I had a lot of body work to be done. Byers was great. Dan kept me updated regularly and finished much quicker than I expected. I have only had my new Mazda 11 months and it looks like new again. Great job in a very timely manner. If I ever need this service again I would go right back to them!

The team at Byers collision have been very very good. They did a great job on repairing our car. And even helped get the other things the insurance company didn't see the first time covered so that we did not have any co-payment. The car looks brand new.

Amazing company. Although My insurance was very hard to deal with and ended up totaling out my car, the process was so much easier on me because of Brandon s help. Brandon and Byers made a really difficult situation easy, despite not getting the business to actually fix my car. I appreciate them so much and I will certainly be using them for any future needs!

Was rear ended by an uninsured motorist on June 3rd. Got to the shop June 4th. Turned car in for work June 14th and had it back June 29thBrandon Lewis was an absolute rockstar advocating for me with my insurance company which kept fighting things every step of the way.He kept me informed, sent photos of the progress, the whole nine yards. Absolutely awesome team to work with, Brandon truly cared about the truck getting done and done perfectly, not just done, to be done. The world needs more people like this working in it, that truly care to see things through.Absolutely awesome job to everyone that touched the truck from parts procurement, paint and assembly, y all absolutely freakin rocked it. Thank you so much! All future (oh dear god I hope no more accidents) bodywork needs, will come to Byers Collision.

Honestly, wasn t so happy 100% with my last experience. But I m not gonna let my last experience effect my business with Byers and plus Emily Banks is honestly a MVP and has always taken care of me there. I m hoping my future experiences if needed will be more pleasant than my last but other than that they typically do an amazing job. Again Emily Banks and the staff there are truly there to help others out and do go above and beyond when needed.

I have used Byers Collision Center in the past, most notably for my 2020 Ascent after it was rear ended in Jan 2020. They were very professional, timely, and did a great job at that time. So naturally, when the car (which was in Columbus at the time) decided to lose a wheel and slide into a building, I had it towed to Byers. Unfortunately, this experience was not so great. I had an alarm set for 09:00 Monday to call them and let them know the situation with the car, as the incident happened over the weekend. A woman called me a few minutes before 9, though, to get the information on the car. That was no problem, and the conversation started out pleasantly enough.I explained the situation with the car and let her know I wanted to know the cost to repair (i.e. an estimate) so I could decide if I wanted to proceed with repair or scrap the car. She asked me what insurance it was going to be sent to.When I told her I was going to pay out of pocket, her tone immediately changed. She got snippy and told me they would not even do an estimate, and that I had to come get it off the lot (please remember it has 3 wheels at this point). She went on to tell me that I would be charged a storage fee and an admin fee. She also complained that the towing company had dropped the car across 4 different spaces.I tried to argue that I had plenty of cash and wanted the repair estimate, but she wouldn't have it. She said all they would do is total the car and they wanted it gone ASAP.So, I called a scrap yard and had them come get it that afternoon. Byers lost out on several thousand of my dollars for this incident, and should I ever need collision repair again, it won't be at Byers. I don't care how good the body work is if they're going to act like that.I don't currently live in the area but am moving back in a couple of months. My family has 4 cars, and I alone drive 35k miles per year. When you have that many miles, there is increased likelihood of minor collisions just by random chance. But they will be off my short list.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Would not recommend...lady at.the counter was rude and telling me the customers business..was there to tow a customers car who also had a bad experience so I was towing her vehicle back to her ..all.i needed were the keys and where the vehicle was located ...totally unprofessional ..I will never use them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either

The guys at Byers Collision are awesome! Not only was the work done in a timely fashion but the end result was fabulous! They repaired front bumper and repainted.They also went above and beyond by cleaning my car inside and out! My car looks brand new.Thanks guys! Brandon and the Byers auto body team were absolutely incredible. My vehicle needed repaired and Brandon was communicative, accommodating and finished it when promised down to the minute. Came in for a factory defect repair. Had to come back multiple times after the paint was not applied correctly, brake vents upside down and on the wound side. Car left outside with no hood. You can see the paint color difference, it is not the sun, that is the paint job on the rear bumper and front fender. Used wing bolts on bottom of car where the bumper is attached. Still isn't right. Bumper underneath wasnt painted right, either. Add to that they painted one of my wiper arms. Months later and I am still waiting as they look for a resolution. Poor service.

Emily and the staff are great. They did a wonderful job repairing my car and delighted me with a complimentary cleaning when I picked it up. I had minor (understandable) issues like a backordered part which were addressed promptly and communication was great. Andy and his staff are great!!! This man went out of his way to help accommodate me retrieving my property out of my vehicle. Where some places may has said no because they were about to close; Andy not only allowed me to get my stuff, but also made it easier for me to get my stuff when he didn t have to. I appreciate all the help I received!!! The customer service I got was amazing; Buyers will be the first place I look for my next vehicle simply based off the great customer service I received from Andy.

One of the best collision centers I have ever used. I have used them on 2 occasions and each time my car looked amazing. I felt the prices were reasonable and the workmanship is fantastic. I worked with Emily on both occasions and she was honest and looked out for me. She always had my best interest in mind. I didn t need regular updates as she communicated changes during the entire process. Really great service. Highly recommend.

Braden is a very efficient employee. He was honest, and proactive when dealing with the repair of my vehicle. There were organization process flaws, late delivers and damaged parts. However he always kept me informed of the delays and time frame for completions. He is a value added employee. Great young man. The other support staff members were profession andcordial.James A. Update: Just had my son's car repaired. Beyond doing a great job, it was a tricky repair because my son lives out of state and we had to coordinate getting the repair done in just one week. That meant ensuring all the parts were available (hard in today's market) and the work completed on time. Byer's did a great job not just on the bodywork, but also making sure the work could all happen in the week we had set aside. Brandon and his colleagues were great to work with. Still 5 stars in my book.Nobody ever wants to have their car repaired. I've had a couple of mishaps and Byer's has always taken care of me. The offer fair prices for repairs, but more importantly, do professional quality work and have great customer service. Brandon has been excellent to work with. Not every service experience needs to be great. If something doesn't go well, there's always the chance that it was an "off" day or next time it will be better. Other service experiences are so frustrating that you lose confidence in the business as a whole, and you will never do business with them in the future under any circumstances. This is how I feel about Byers Collision. I understand that delays happen. When you call to pick your car up on the promised finish date a week later, this is not the time to let the customer know you're not on schedule. I could go on. I should've done my homework. Reviews of competitors' collision sites have hundreds more reviews and better overall scores. Trust these reviews and numbers. Do your homework before making your decision.

Took my 2018 Ford Mustang in for a front fender repair after hitting some road debris. The team at Byers Collision did an amazing job on my car the paint match was spot on! My paint has a lot of metallic in it as well a very difficult color to match but it came out 11/10 amazing can t say enough good about this place and their work ! Fast friendly and accurate service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Ford F-150 was taken to the Byers Collision Center for front end work that required me to get a new bumper and all the parts involved in putting it back on to the front of the truck my fiancee' and I were very impressed with how well the truck looked after it was finished today. I was updated daily by Emily Banks the esimater and by the parts receiving people Marsha and BB so if you ever need any work done contact the Collision Center and ask for Emily Or Amanda they are awesomeServices: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

My car looks brand new after bumper and headlight replacement/repairs. Andrew Foley was outstanding and incredibly responsive. He even got the car back in for a second check before I picked it up after I mentioned another concern that I previously neglected to mention. I came to Byers after someone hit my car with a lawnmower. (Lol) The damage was very minor, and Byers took great care of my car!! I worked with Emily, and she was great!! She exemplified great customer service, and my car looks brand new! I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my car up because they detailed my car for me.

They do good work though I was disappointed by the miscommunication with the insurance company and how it was handled it after it was evident the delay wasn t ultimately the insurance company s fault. Manager kinda blew me off at the end.

I would strongly suggest using a different shop. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I was bringing them business. I brought my vehicle in with some rear bumper damage. When I picked the car up I was handed the keys and told that the car was located in the back lot. Columbus, OH just received a few inches of snow and my car was buried under the snow. I was unable to inspect the repairs. No one from the shop offered to clean off the car or review the repairs with me. I took the car home and after a few days was able to wash it and finally inspect the damage. I found that the lower portion of the bumper was not repaired. I took the car back to the shop and showed them the damage. They took the car back in and make the necessary repairs. Once the car was complete the same pick up situation happened again. Columbus got more snow and the car was located somewhere in the back lot. After searching for the car it was, once again, covered in snow. One of the staff was in the back having a smoke and even mention my prior complaint to Nationwide. She stated "they made you clean the car off again" not offering to help or make it right, more or less just finding humor in the situation. I felt it was almost like I told on her and she wasn't happy. I will not be using Byers again. There are a lot of repair shops out there and this is one I would suggest avoiding.

I ditto the first response. Don't believe the receptionist! Although she was very sweet and seemed as though you could trust her, but nothing was ever done. I emailed her my estimate on a Tuesday in which she told me they would get the parts that day or the next day and that she would call me back. She never called. I called her on Thursday and she didn't answer but a "guy" answered and told me he had ordered them on Wednesday and they hadn't got there maybe Friday. I called on Friday and this same guy said, "Well we don't have your car?" I said...."Did you get the parts?", he said "No, maybe Monday". I stopped for a moment and didn't say anything....I took a deep breath and said "Well I was told not to bring my car unless the parts had arrived". I then said, "Nevermind, thank you".Every car I purchased I have purchased from Byers. I trusted them and felt they were loyal to their customers. Not any more. I'm in the market to purchase another car later this year and I'll steer clear from Byers!PS: I did record every conversation too..

I dealt with Emily during my entire process. There was a big lack of communication from her. She seemed confident at first.. knew what she was doing just fine...I was comfortable with her. After my agreement with the estimimate though, my experience went downhill. Never got a clear explanation of what to expect during the process...was told she would call when parts came in, instead got an email from her a week+ later reminding me of an appt, when no appt had been made...it was confusing and frustrating and this was for minor damage. I'll never choose this place if I need major work done. I think she knows her job well and perhaps she just forgets that her customers don't know what to expect. She needs to set the expectation and explain things clearly and precisely. So I finally made it in...I'm getting minor repairs so I'm waiting in their waiting room. She walks in and begins to explain that I will be charged an additional $25 for the emblem on my front grille. I was told by her in the estimate, the emblem was included. She said yes, but that was for a "recycled grille" that came in scratched and so they had to order an after market one, and the after market one didn't include the emblem, yada yada. What exactly is a "recycled grille" you ask? I was surprised when she told me it was a used one off of a car from a salvage center. Once again.....there was no communication I was getting anything used. Plus, she didn't even present this $25 dollar extra as an option...just a matter of fact. I told her I didn't want to spend the extra, and she said no problem, they would take it off. When the work was done, then she said the emblem was already applied...I wouldn't be charged for it, yada yada. I wasn't charged but that whole thing seemed shady to me. I am giving 2 stars, because the work itself seems good and looks good....but the process in getting there made for an overall bad experience. Can't recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Take your car literally ANYWHERE but here. Unacceptable service and unable to repair my car properly after nearly three weeks of repairing . Upon pickup, they failed to properly install my break lights (kind of need those) and when I came to return, they claimed it was not their fault. I would highly recommend you go to any other collision repair center but here.
