Very great experience with this shop, Alex was quick to find me tires that were in my budget, but were still of quality material, not just trying to sell me the cheapest item to get my money. The service was very quick, they got me on the list and started work immediately. Everyone in the shop was doing their part and working, ensuring a speedy service.

Best service in the industry. Pulled in with a flat tire and two guys jumped right on it. Ended up having a bad valve stem.

Very friendly people. Good service. They opens @08:00 Monday to Friday. They don't work Saturday.

Customer service blows. Very rude bunch. Good prices but I'll take my money somewhere appreciated.UPDATE: I think the shop is under new management. The new crew was very helpful and got me rolling again.

The owner is very rude guy after I asked him a simple question he hang up me. I called credit card service and asked them to remove their name and issue new card with different tire company bye bye

Very good place to deal new owners took over first time I've dealt with them super nice people super fast in and out in 2 hours getting 8 drive tires very good deal we'll go back continuously there really like this place like the new owner

This place is under new ownership. Well , great prices on used tires , great costumer service skills! I do reccomend them for all tour commercial tires , rhey also do alignment pn tour rig!

The owner Stan is a horrible business man that will deliberately screw you over like he did to the guy in front of me. After witnessing this first hand I left. Extremely rude! I will never be back and I definitely don't recommend. Far too many other places locally that offer the same line of tires at the same price (or cheaper) that treat the customer with dignity and respect.

Called a day in advance, got the tire price, they told me to come tomorrow first come first serve, was first one waiting in the morning, just to tell me after waiting for an hour, move your truck so we can work on the next truck we cannot do yours today come back maybe Friday 3 days later!!Not a man of his word, never going there again

Well Stan sold the place now they suck went there for a tire repair and got skipped during a busy time and had to go ask for myself what was going on and he couldn't gimme a straight answer so I went nextdoor to r&j tire much better fast service

I called to price out a new tire for my rv. The tire sales guy was very rude over the phone. I told him I need to buy 1 tire and I have one I already bought that needs to be installed. The guy dident seem to happy about me only wanting to buy one tire. the tires I need are big and they are expensive. 22570r19.5. I was ready to give this company my business until I encountered him. Ill go elsewhere

Mr Stan used to good customer service man, but not anymore when he got all our money he seems very arrogant,His employees trying to pribes otherwise will do good job for you, very bad.

Service was quick, but my complaint was that I had shaking coming from the truck. I ordered 2 brand new Michelin steers with installation, problem did not go away. I assumed it was something else and changed a bunch of parts. It turned out to be a bent rim which they balanced when installing the tires. I mean the rim was really bent, and they just stuck a bunch of weights on it and sent me on my way. They could of at least told me the rim was bent. After spending an extra 1k problem now fixed.

After using Buckeye tire for a year to service my small fleet of cars and trucks I had enough. The incompetence is rampant. From the owner (Stan) to his wife Susan in accounting to Bud in service. More often than not the same problem had to be fixed more than once. Bud (the lead mechanic) generally would not follow service orders and forget things as he reassembled only to then lie about it when questioned. Ever heard of having extra parts? That s Bud. On one occasion he replaced the fuel lines on one of my Diesel trucks and bent the lines as he put them in. I took the truck back twice to be fixed only to have him and Stan the owner tell me it was like that before Columbus Diesel fixed it in one day.When questioned on anything Stan the owner seemed as though he could not believe that anything he or his team did would remotely be wrong. Though he is the owner he acts like whatever it is someone else s department. If there is a billing questions look out. Susan is about as pleasant as the flu and has no customer service skills. The only guy there worth anything is Stan s brother. Sad to say though he is left in the shop most of the time and is more of a do-man than helping run the business. Shame.Do not be fooled by the cheap price quote. At the end of the day you get what you pay for .with this bunch it just head aches and heartburn and a half fixed truck.

Best Big truck tire service in town, they have always taken great care of my Freightliner and trailer tire needs. I have had their tire service out on the road for my trailer, fast and courteous. I wouldn't use anybody else, Thank you Buckeye tire!

I'm only rating this place 1 star simply because I can't give them a zero. If you like being treated like a subhuman piece of trash, this is the place for you. THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I will not be returning here. And would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice friendly service and very reasonable price wise I waited for a while but they got me in and out fairly quick. I would go back to them or recommend other drivers to them.

Better than most tire shops, these guys make sure you are happy with the service, a while back I bought a set of steer tires and my truck wouldn t stop vibrating, turned out to be one tire was causing the problem and they replaced free of charge even after I ve used the tire for like 6 weeks.
