I made an appointment with Buckeye auto care. It was early in the morning came in. They were very wonderful Personality was nice. They were very hospitable. They asked me what I like to stay until my car was done or they had Transportation to take me home and bring me back by that time my car was done and ready to be paid for they gave me a rundown everything else that I needed done with my car. And I can get those repairs done same way like I did Friday. Friday3/29/24 I was so happy with them that I will be coming back to get other repairs done that I need done to my car. Thumbs up guys I gave them as many stars as they need. Thank you

We had started out being big fans. Great service, seemingly honest, efficient.But then we began to see they were trying to sell us on needless repairs. Go in for a simple job and you get a long list of things you should do, according to them. We took the car to our trusty mechanic and none of what they are recommending is technically wrong, but absolutely not needed.Also, once they get a hold of your phone number the spamming is incessant.

I needed my car's Wheels balanced very quickly because I was having it test driven to sell it the following day !. The phone person and the service person told me that I was able to be helped me on the same day.They were true to their word. The wheels were balanced. And I believe they were balanced with precision. Because the car sold the following day!! Thank you Buckeye!!! Their price was double of all the other places I checked with , but all those other shops weren't able to take it in that fast.For rapid service, the extra $60 was worth it.I'm actually out of the country and I had friends deliver the card to the shop.To be so well taken care of while so far away was a relief.I highly recommend Buckeye to all buckeyes and non buckeyes all over!!Go bucks, and go Buckeye complete Auto Care.

I appreciate the awesome repair services and hospitality you provided me during the period my car was undergoing repairs at your place. You provided drop off and pick up services at your costs. I also received extra bonus/deduction. I never had this services before from all other auto repair services I had experienced before. Thank you and keep it up.

Five star don t do any justice. The place right here deserves 10 s no lie! They really took care of me . Bob and Frank(I believe that s their names) are the absolute best. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know and I also will be back!

From the onset, the communication was less than satisfactory, but it was the final bill that truly left me in shock. Not only did they proceed to check and "fix" parts of the vehicle I never asked them to inspect, but they also slapped on hefty fees for these unrequested services. disregarding my specific instructions.Moreover, the final cost was astronomically high, especially considering I only wanted the catalytic converter addressed. It's clear to me that this business practices scamming and overpricing, taking advantage of situations by performing and charging for unnecessary work.I highly discourage anyone from using Buckeye complete auto care - Columbus for their automotive needs. Based on my experience, you're likely to end up paying for services you didn't ask for at prices that are through the roof. It's not just about the money but also about trust and integrity, both of which were severely lacking in my interaction with them.Save yourself the time, frustration, and financial strain by taking your vehicle elsewhere. Don't let your simple service request turn into an inflated bill filled with unrequested extras. I learned my lesson the hard way and will definitely not be returning or recommending their services to anyone. 100% ripped off and utterly disappointed.

Took my car in because I got a check engine light and my car was shutting off at low speeds. Read reviews online and Buckeye had lots of great reviews so I took it there. I was greeted immediately and was given multiple options on how I wanted to go about fixing my car as opposed to one price and one way. They even offered to Uber me home when I was without a vehicle! If I ever need car repair again, I'll choose buckeye!

With someone who has little to no money for repairs their financing and helpful service has brought hope back to people like me. I want to thank everyone at this location for the tremendous service and honesty they have shown me. For that I will always be grateful and I will continue to bring my vehicle here for repairs. Big thank you goes to rob for walking me through the steps I need today.

I have had quite a bit of work done on my jeep over the last year. Buckeye has made that experience much less terrible. They have been very professional and very reasonable in pricing along with a quick repair time. They have provided a free loaner cad during extended repair times and also provided shuttle service to home and back to the shop. I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could.

I ll start off by saying I do not know anything about their work. I was a first time customer I called in to schedule an appointment after work to which they said they could have me in for my problem right now. So I drove there and received my estimate to do the work I asked for. Signed their docusign and sat and waited. After the work was agreed upon and I sat for 20 minutes they came back and told me they would have to reschedule to another day as the work would take too long. I said okay I can do that as long as the price stays the same. To that they told me they couldn t do that either and the price for the work went from $210 to over $500 dollars. In my opinion that is a horrible way to do business. They offered zero resolution or compromise after agreeing to fixing my issue initially and me signing for them to do so. Lastly as a first impression from a customer to a business I feel like this was the worst thing to do.

We were locked out of our vehicle, AAA Roadside Assistance said our help would come in an hour or so. Buckeye Compplete Auto Care driver Nick aka "Toothpick" got to us in under and hour. He had our truck open lickety split could not have been more than a minute or two. Thank You AAA and Thank you very much "Toothpick."

As soon as you walk n their door you are greeted with a great positive neighborhood vibe. The mechanics are very well trained and do an excellent job. I ve had my car in their shop several times this year and they have met all expectations. Fair pricing, quality service and a friendly staff. This is my go to car repair business.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

My name is Terri Russell(for some reason my phone is stuck on my nephews acct? -no clue!) From calling to set the appt,to walking in and being immediately greeted,to checking out,I couldn t be more pleased.To the honesty of the mechanics(I asked them to check my brakes because I heard a grinding sound) and they told me my brakes were just a bit rusty from sitting,when several places would have automatically told me I needed brakes I truly appreciate them not taking advantage of me just because I am an older female!

This place was recommended to me by a family member who is a long term customer of the shop. I have a shop I've used for years and am very happy with them but this place is super close to me so I figured I'd check them out. Anyway, I have a Honda Odyssey due for a timing belt so I called to check their price figuring that if they're competitive I'd go for it. Guy said they don't quote prices over the phone because it's not accurate or honest and I'd need to bring it by for a look-see before we could talk about money. I take this as a very bad sign. It's not as if I'm having car trouble and asked for a diagnosis and price over the phone. I told him the year, make and model, and told him I needed the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, etc.-all the usual stuff you do when changing T-belts on Hondas but they want me to bring it in? Sorry, but nope. This is something every shop does on a regular basis and there's just no good reason they can't tell me what they'll charge for a routine maintenance over the phone. Thanks but no thanks. I could smell the johnson rod upsell through the phone receiver. Steer clear or hold on to your wallet...

Went to check why I wasn t getting any heat. Car was fixed very quickly. Also, I was brought home and picked up to come back and get my vehicle. The heat is working fine. They did a great job. Thank you.

My mom went this morning to have air put in tire. She was told to pull over to the air hose and someone would be out to help. She is in her 70's and she shouldn't have to put air in her tire. We waited 15-20 minutes and no one came out to even ask if she needed help. 2 guys walked out to other cars but didn't come over to see if my mom needed help. We were very disappointed. Ever since Nick left the people just hasn't been very helpful. I usually take my car there to since it's close to the house but will be finding another place.

Best Auto repair place I ve ever been too. Staff are nice and CARING and the work was done in a timely manner I even got a follow up on how my vehicle was running. I definitely would recommend Buckeye to anyone.

I was in a bind and low on money. I had just moved my elderly mother here from Kentucky and she had a major heart surgery. In tears and wondering how I was going to pay for a rental PLUS the $2000 repair bill, Buckeye came to my rescue! The shop on Karl Road not only gave me a loaner to drive to work they also gave me a link to set up payments through a payment service. In tears, I hugged the owner, thanked him and told them they had all renewed my faith in humanity and good folk! I will NEVER go to another shop. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

The team showed incredible diligence and a quick response time, swiftly addressing all the necessary repairs. The immaculate work they did on my Jeep and my fianc� s Chevy, truly showcased their dedication to excellence. I highly recommend Buckeye Complete Auto Care for their exceptional service and genuine care for their customers safety and satisfaction.As we spoke and went over the necessary repairs for my Jeep, I let them know that I couldn t afford to do everything necessary at the moment. However, I needed something that I could safely drive with my children. After mentioning this, they worked with me even more on pricing, what I had the ability to pay and what it would take to ensure the safety of my family. You can tell they care about their work, their employees and their name but most importantly they care about the safety of their customers and their families. I can't speak to the service because my car was not serviced there. I had made an appointment and when I arrived I was told that my car would probably not be looked at today. I only have the one car and need it to go to work. I have no problem that you are busy what bothers me is you had me make an appointment, just to be told I would have to come back. If you can't see me that day just tell me and I will go somewhere else. I'm sure this is a good shop, because there were a lot of people my bad review comes from the scheduling don't have me come in just to tell me I have to come back.

Nicest car repair people you ll meet! Fixed the lining under my car and service lights for free and took time to explain some other more long-term issues I might want to keep an eye on for the future.One other thing that I want to note is that I saw them pay a local artist who decorated their building more than she asked for. I am disgusted with Buckeye. We've been customers for about 6 years and I've had enough with their price gouging and slimeball tactics. The last straw came when we brought our vehicle in because the engine was smoking. They told us the engine compartment had an animal nest in it, they wouldn't work on the car until it was cleaned, and they'd take care if it for the totally fair price of $189. I took it to a local detailer who 1) cleaned it for the industry standard price of $100 and 2) that THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF AN ANIMAL NEST AT ALL.A couple years ago, Buckeye told me my rotors needed replaced, charged me $400, then I found out it was actually the power steering and gad wasted my money. Either way, incompetence or deception, I do not appreciate it and will warn anyone possible to avoid this business.

Great place to take your vehicles for tuneups and repairs. They keep you up to date on everything and quote prices. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The estimate was free and not contingent on having the work done by them. Scheduling was very easy and repairs were done quickly. The cost was in line with what a dealer had quoted. I had a question about a week later and they had me come in at my convenience to take a test drive which answered my questions.
