I am a current employee and have worked here for 3 years and 6 months and counting, I praise Buckeye whenever i can, good quality work is done in our shops, the team we have at this facility is one I am grateful and proud of. Just take a look at the pictures of work we can do here!This company is full of people you can lean on when you need a helping hand, come join our Team, we are not just coworkers we are FAMILY here.

I work in the Reading warranty department and Buckeye is amazing to work with. They are very responsive and always are willing to help with any problems that we have. The customer service here is exceptional and I would highly recommend using them for any problems that you have!

I have been working with Buckeye Body & Equipment for over 5 years now and will continue to do so. The customer service that I receive from Duke and Roger is 2nd to none. They always have a smooth and efficient turn around time that my customers require and appreciate. I will continue to be a Buckeye Body customer for a long time. Thank you guys!!

I do a lot outside sales business with Buckeye and direct representative Nick Conway. Not always the cheapest, but get what you pay for with quality.Repeat business will bring some issues, but Buckeye Body stands behind their service and custom work is precise and lead times are executed in a timely manner. Great people to deal with.

I recently came in to pick up my truck from this company. As a business professional I expected to be greeted and treated as such, that was not the case here. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their office manager Lori. She didn t know the process of how things go. When i began asking her questions she began huffing her breath and rolling her eyes. When she finally gets through the initial steps she couldn t print and invoice and had to go out to the shop to find someone who could assist me. THIS IS THE OFFICE MANAGER! Finally one of the sales men came in and helped me right awayHorrible experience at the company everyone should learn the process and learn how to deal with customers with respect and not huff and puff trying to help someone. I do not recommend this company.

I have been dealing with Buckeye for over 30 years and they always go above and beyond when it comes to quality and customer service. Top Notch outfit and I highly recommend them for truck body and equipment!!!George Gauvin

I can't believe this place allowed my husband to sit in the scorching sun of 90 plus degrees while they allowed another lady to sit inside their waiting room. This is the poorest customer service we've ever received and I hope some one pays you with the same treatment somedsy. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Always great customer service. Follow up and hitting proposed completions nearly every time. They do a great job with service during and especially after the sale.

Terrible customer service. Wanted a custom truck body done. Was told they d have something for me in a couple days. 2 weeks later I messaged back and was told a couple more days and over a month later never got any response. I ll take my business and money elsewhere. Pretty pathetic.
