This place gets it done, and quick. I had a slow leak in my work truck. I went to Browns- they had my tire off within 3 minutes and I drove away in less than 20. Thanks Lonnie you run a well oiled machine!!

Came to Browns Tires last winter because my old tires were worn down and not safe. All I can say is Browns got me RIGHT!! I got BRAND NEW name brand tires at half the cost other places wanted to charge me even with the cheaper brands as my specific tire size are typically expensive. They had the brand new tire lines on them still! I went on many road trips with these new tires and are still going strong till this day. Even survived the brutal winter like a champ. Definitely give Browns tires a try you won t regret it. Thank you Browns Tires!

There were four or five cars ahead of me, and I bought two good used tires, and I was out of there in less than an hour. Good tires. Good service. I've got no complaints. BROWNS TIRE SALES gets an A in my book. Yes, I have a book....

Came here to get 4 used tires on my SUV. Tires were advertised as "like new" and I could hardly tell they were used at all. The price of the tires and getting them mounted was unbeatable as well as the service. I took a real gamble driving over an hour to this shop and after my first experience with them, I plan on going back any time I need some tire work done. Well worth the trip!

I have been coming here for years. Any questions you ask they will be honest w you and they have great prices. Most of us can't afford to buy 4 brand new tires at a time and they will work with you. Great staff, friendly too.

Super nice staff, great selection of new and used tires. I got a set of tires for my 2016 Chevy traverse at a great price and even though they were used tires they looked almost new. I have been using browns for years and I highly recommend them.

This wonderful man from Brown's Tire Sales stopped by the highway to help my boyfriend and I with our flat tire completely unprompted and without any compensation. He popped out the stuck tire like a total pro and had us on our way within minutes when we've been waiting on roadside assistance for over an hour. Literally a godsend. God bless this man and his business.

I'm a 61 yr. Old widow. I've been taken advantage of. NOT BROWNS TIRE. They are the best. Will not Rip u off. I called asked I'd they did muffler. They don't.. but sent me to solos on Eakin . They are going to fix it for me. Brown said they are honest folks. Browns would not send you anywhere that they trust.Thanks Brown family.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I needed a tire and heard great things and decided instead of going to Walmart as usual and having to wait two weeks for my tires that I d get my tire here same day. I was told my tire was in stock and it wasn t. I showed up and they put a smaller tire on to drive on until one came in.this caused my tire pressure monitor to stay on non stop. I waited two weeks and heard nothing and couldn t get ahold of anyone so I drove up there to be told they had lost my information but would contact me once my tire comes in. 3 weeks later still no call. Spoke with a man who stated they lost my information yet again and that he wasn t aware of my issue but he would go across the street to see if they had a tire in stock. Never got called back. Two hours later spoke with a lady who said she would go check. Still no call 4 hours later so I took it upon myself once again to drive up there to make sure they had my tire. This time they did . So instead of waiting 2 weeks for Walmart I waited about 6 weeks for one with my information being lost twice. This company needs to have better organization and better communication. The office staff seems to not know how to keep customer information safe. I could understand loosing my information once but twice?!?! Cmon

Came for a used tire last week. They didnt have what i needed. I keft name and number and was told i woukd get a call. I waited nearly a week. I called today and was told they had my tire. Quoted 60 bucks. Drove all the way to the store and they didnt have my tire . I waited almost 2 hours. They had to go to the other store for the tire i was told was there. Guys are running ragged trying to fix everybodys tires. They tried to say the tire was 75. I reminded them of the quote i got on the ohone prior to driving all the way here.Finally got my tire fixed and paid 60. Sad i feel like i need to bring a man with me to get good service.

On a roadtrip from Kansas City to Connecticut, our tire began to lose air, rapidly. An hour west of Columbus, I did a 24-hour tire repair Google search and found Brown s. I called and explained the situation and was told that the shop would be closing in 30 minutes. I asked for ideas for getting our tire fixed that night and the woman on the phone said, Hold on a sec. When she returned, she said that her brother-in-law (an owner, I think) would be coming by the shop and, if we could be there by 6:30 pm (it was a Saturday and there was an Ohio State football game at 7:30!), he d hang around and fix our tire. We arrived at 6:25 pm and he had us in and out of there in TEN minutes! So, please patronize this fine business run by very good people!

They fixed a practically new tire that had two holes in it in a quick, and timely order, and the guys that helped me were super nice. I would highly recommend Browns tire to anyone that asks.

Browns Tire Sales is the best place to go when you need any kind of tire help. They're fast and cheap and always have what you need. Forget about your dealership, they gouge you. go to Browns. My dealership tried to sell me on a whole set of tires because they said they couldn't patch one slow leak cuz it was too close to the rim. Browns Tire Sales patched it - for $8 - over a year ago and I'm still driving on it!

This is my second time coming here and the service is awesome. Got 3 tires with almost brand new tread, the guys put them on quickly even though they were crazy busy. This is definitely my go to place when I need to place when I need tire

The staff is incredible!! Went in got 2 new tires (at a great price as well) and was on my way in 30 minutes. EVERYONE there was so polite and happy to work there. If you need tires, please visit them. Support local businesses!!

What horrible service! I ve been here an hour, two cars have come and gone and got their tires fixed and I m still waiting. They took the tire off of my car so I can t go anywhere, I ve had it. They don t ever need to worry about me coming back here! They just lost a customer.

Went there yesterday asked them for a new tire or potential repair they replaced the valve stem and said it was good to go, I get home and check the tire out and still hear a leak from the tire and after checking the tire out more there was a nail in the tire.

I called the lady on the phone said that a 205/70/16 was going to be $60 on the phone then I drove pretty far, get there another guy tells me they will $75 there a ton of tires shops here in Columbus don t let them lie and rip you off.

Then going to this tire shop better than 20 years the service in dependability has dwindled over the years recently was just quoted $80 for a tire that was worn half and dry rodded also was told that I would have to put it on my own car and it would not be balanced this is insane Lonnie Daniel you need to do better Your father or grandfather would have done business like this! Anyway saying this anyone who reads this review should also keep in mind there are 13 different tire shops within a mile of this one with way better service

I called and they quoted me the exact price it was to get my tire fixed! They are THE CHEAPEST place every! 75$ for a new tire put on my rim! Everyone was super nice and respectful and didn t take that long!
