They have some nice friendly gentleman working in here. I just pulled up on them and they helped me with two brand new tires and a wheel alignment. I left so happy. Love this shop!!! great customer service!! always on top of things and gets the job done right for the low.. my opinion its the cheapest shop in Columbus that gets it done right the first time!!! So if you have a problem with your vehicle bringing on down here. They'll make sure you're taken care of and if they can't do it They'll send you to the right place to get it done... keep up the great work guys!!!

I went for an alignment on my jeep, they drove it, put it on the rack and told me it really didn't need one. They drove it right back off and said once you put your lift kit on it, bring it back! Didn't charge me!! So , completely honest shop! Amazing!! Thank you!!

This family owned business, is amazing always great to talk to. I have been a customer a few years now, i also just had my back rotors ans brakes done. GREAT DEALS ON TIRES & BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK BROWNS FAMILY

they are the best guys you could have work on your car!! very friendly, helpful and extremely assisting and knowledgeable. I came on a whim and over the last couple weeks they've been the best n most honest shop I've ever taken any of my cars to!!

I came in to get an alignment and new front tires. As I was told by Valvoline it's what I needed but didn't want to pay fThe 115$ so I took it to browns. Well after the two tires and the Alignment my car is still not running smooth like it should be. I called browns and left messages to call me back but no one has. I should have just let Valvoline do it at least they Stand behind there work.

I had some work done there recently and I feel they did a good job. Only issue was their lift was broken/misbehaving so I couldn't come in to see the completed work due to liability concerns . I'd give 5 stars if not for that.

I drove my car into Brown s for suspension work and while they had it my transmission was destroyed. They made me pay $994.37 before I got my keys and my car couldn t be driven off the lot.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

They are good at tires but when you need something done that requires more than that and you have questions about that they will Sigh because you re not smart with cars and rich they are just there for the money not the hard working every day joeService: TiresService: Tires
