I can not explain how amazing this company is. They haul our water across the city many times a month. This is one way this AMAZING company gives back to this community! Jordan s Crossing is incredibly thankful for Broad and James Towing!

Faster than expected response time, especially on a cold January Holiday. The driver that picked up my truck was super friendly and seem to enjoy his job. Broad and James Towing renewed my faith in Tow Truck Drivers after a series of fails with other companies.

Prompt service and friendly, professional people. It's never a good situation if you're needing a tow, but Broad and James helps you make the best of a less than ideal situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow or any of the other services they offer.

I had such a positive experience when I needed a tow recently, because of getting a flat tire while out on the road. Mitchell, with Broad and James Towing, showed up in a timely manner, and was very professional, helpful, kind and courteous! My tire could not be repaired, so he put my spare on, so I could at least get through until Monday, when the tire stores were back open. As a female, I also felt very safe, being in his care. I hope Broad and James that you're sure to appreciate Mitchell and take good care of employees that do such a good job

Very professional and courteous. I called at 9:00pm from the side of the road with my car overheating. They arrived quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. There were no hidden costs, and the service was phenomenal!

Have taken my car there (the auto care) twice now and Jim and the crew are great! Super helpful, fast, and reasonably priced. Actually have a couple more things to get done and will be going back to them! Highly recommend.

Mitchell was my tow truck driver. He was fast, friendly and reassuring. Broad and James towing took care of me. Would recommend them whenever you re in a pinch. It was late at night and they were able to get to me within 30 minutes.

I locked my keys in my car, they were there in a timely manor. Their communication was excellent, the gentleman that came was kind, courteous and took no time at all to get my car open so that I could be on my way. Their price was amazing and I would most definitely recommend Their company for your needs!!! If I were ever in need in the future I will be calling them again.

Brady came out to change my flat tire on the side of 270. He arrived quickly and worked super efficiently. He needed an extra tool, so he called for Dustin to bring it- who also arrived quickly.These guys were seriously the best. They got my tire changed quickly and helped me merge back on the freeway.Thanks y all!!! I hope i don t need you again, but if I do, I m asking for Brady by name!!! Stay safe!!!!

It was fast really fast. I called to get one flat tire changed they charged way to much for 30sec job. Specially if they didn't have to go out of there way and lose bigger jobs . They could have looked out. And get a lot better ratings. But I'd give them a 10 if it weren't for 70 bucks to change it. If I had the tools I could have done it myself.

I have an old Camry that I m really attached to. It has only been to the dealer its whole life. Well, times are different now and was looking for a strong alternative. I found Broad & James based on their high reviews and decided to give them a try. I spent my last dollar on a major repair with them. Upon completion my car was still making a suspension noise. I was convinced I had made a poor choice straying from the dealership. I contacted B&J and they said to bring the car back and they would check it out. I did, and wouldn t you know the dealership made a mistake and B&J fixed it for free!!! I m sold and will be back!! You won t get rich from my old Toyota, but it ll feel good to me knowing she s in good hands. Thanks again!!

they were great. i called after 10pm to see if they could unlock my vehicle, and they were there within 15-20 minutes. the guy that came was easy going and friendly, and was able to unlock my jeep quickly. I would definitely recommend them if anyone needs their services!

I had a great experience. Communication was clear and timely, they were actually much earlier than their commitment time (which was great). Aaron, the person that helped me was very friendly and efficient, the company is fortunate he is part of the team!

To me it was a difficult tow..my vehicle was in the garage..but because I had a helpful neighbor..tow truck driver had the room needed to maneuver..AND the truck came 40 minutes early!! I would of given 5 stars but somehow the cover of my side mirror was missing...driver did not hit the garage so not sure what happened but would have been professional to bring it to my attention

I had a flat tire and had my sister call Broad and James Towing . They arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was great. My car was towed without incident to repair shop. I would use your service again without hesitation. And I will also recommend you highly.

I had a rather scary experience with my rental car first thing on Friday morning, and needed to have someone come out and take a look at the tire. My insurance company chose Broad & James, and i am SO glad they did! I spoke to two folks on the phone, and both were so incredibly kind. The gentleman who came to help was also wonderful! He answered all of my questions, and really put me more at ease with the situation. Just off of these interactions alone, I will ALWAYS go to them for any towing or other car needs.

This service is AMAZING. Brent helped me deduce my car starter was fine and that I just needed some battery help then helped drive me to my mechanic. Can't thank him enough for his help and reassurance.

Great experience! Nick was patient as we worked out getting him to where I was. He also explained what tools I would need to perform any future tire changes myself. I got to stay in the warm car while he worked. Definitely will call these folks first every time!

My car broke down on my way to work on the freeway. I had to park it at a McDonald's and then go back the next day to meet the tow truck driver to tow it to the shop. It was pouring down rain all night and the next day. I tried for 2 hours to get an Uber ride and couldn't get one. Without even me asking them to, they suggested why don't we come to your house and get the keys and you won't even have to leave. The tow truck driver drove to my house which was 15 miles away to pick up the keys so I can stay home and they towed my truck to the the dealership to be fixed. This is customer service you don't normally get. I was very happy with the service and I didn't even choose them. My insurance company has a contract with them. My recommendation if you ever need a towing service call them first.!

Broad and James were sent to me for road side assistance tonight when my battery died far from home, their location and in -8 windchill .way off a main road. I had to wait a bit as they were busy and I was far from them but despite the fact that I called to check on the ETA several times (I was cold and scared) they were kind and patient and once the truck arrived he got my car started and I could make my journey back home in the warmth! I am grateful for the help and amazing service! 10/10 would most definitely recommend!!! Thank you so much for helping me!!!

I used they services through my insurance company. Once i filed the claim, I received a call within 5 minutes letting me know the ETA, 10 minutes before the tow truck arrived I received a follow up call. Their staff is professional and very friendly. I do 100% recommend Broad & James Towing. If you have the opportunity, ask for Brian and Jordan. They're the best.

It was late Sunday night and several tow truck companies were swamped with calls. Broad and James towing came through. Our trailer blew a tire. Anthony was supposed to have a second person for the tow but got called on another job. He took the best care of our trailer, like it was his own. He went above and beyond making sure that both trailers were parked in place. It was a two hour job. There weren't shortcuts taken and he didn't rush despite the time. The cost was more than fair considering everything that it took. Thanks Anthony and Broad and James for caring and doing an awesome job.Service: Special vehicle towing

Called mid morning on a Friday! I talk with Jim he was able to get me in to get my oil changed done by the end of the day! He got it done mid-afternoon! So, most places you have to get an appointment a week in advance appreciate the turnaround time. Thanks Jim and crew.
