Paul was super helpful in my emergency tire replacement! I called with very short notice and was met with kindness and grace. Paul went above and beyond to help me secure a tire after I had a flat tire the night before and really needed it to be handled on the weekend. Not only was Paul and everyone in the shop very polite, but they were honest, compassionate, and FAST! I expected for the installation to be scheduled later in the day, and they were able to go ahead and get it on for me. Paul was a huge help and this shop is an awesome local place that has more than fair pricing and great service! Thank you guys so much for your help today.Service: Tires

Had tires, brakes and oil change done. Had the car back the very next day. No issues at all. They even looked at my filters and checked all my lights and fluids. Great shop. Never fails when coming to bowman. Will always be my number one shop. Nick and Paul were super friendly. Called to ask if they could do an oil change and tire rotation that day. I was told I could make an appointment or walk-in but if I wanted to do a walk-in they would recommend coming soon. I was there 15 minutes later. Waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted because all of the employees were standing around chatting and laughing. Then I was told I would have to leave the car for at least 2-3 hours. When I told them I was just told to walk-in they denied anyone spoke to me. I took my business down the street.

Excellent service walked in off the street expecting to have to wait I only needed license plate lights and some air in my tires they got my vehicle in quickly got it taken care of and got it back to me in no time and and the price was fair

I decided to go here over a year ago because my father in law trusted them with his cars for 20+ years. I took my car in because the check engine light was on and my right turn signal wouldn't come on. They determined a coil needed replaced and said they could fix the signal for $800. I picked up my car before work the next day, as I'm turning my steering wheel keeps sticking like its catching something and I notice my turn signal works now but doesn't turn of manually. So I call them and they say yes bring it back in. I bring the car in and get a call from them saying my wheel bearing is bad it will be another 1200 to fix it. The problem is the issue I was having wasn't happening prior to the work they did. I didn't take my car back for them to get another 1200 from me I wanted them to fix the signal issue and fix whatever was loose in the steering wheel. Neither of those things happened. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you want to pay the cost of new car in repairs that are street mechanic quality at best.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

The folks who work here are extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, skilled, and very, very friendly. We have been taking our cars here for over twelve years, and will continue to do so. The service was great and the people was nice. All other places was booked and had me waiting over two to four hours. My sister told me about this place where she goes for all of her service needs. I went in and they assessed my vehicle needs, repaired and I was out in 45 minutes. When your dealership is booked, this the next best place to have your car repaired.

I came in as a new customer. The issue I had with my car is that it was overheating. I've had my coolant flushed 2 days prior before coming in to Goodyear.They ran a full diagnostic test. Nothing was found. No coolant leaks anywhere.The only thing they claimed they did was burp the coolant at 4000 rpm's. The original diagnostic price was 90$ . But the Good year employee charged me 50$. Ok, cool. I even gave him a pretty decent tip for the quick service. I leave the shop. Then 5 minutes later my car is still overheating. I took the vehicle right back up there. Explained to them whats going on. They wanted to keep the car to examine the issue again. I dropped the the car right when the opened the next morning. They kept the car for about 5-7 hours. Then they said my coolant cap wasn't tightened enough. So they replaced it with a new one. I was charged about 35$. They said they test drove the car and it didn't over heat any. I was very excited about that.Within 15 minutes of me leaving the shop once again my car still overheated. Once again the problem still not fixed. I'm having patience with them. I just want my car fixed. I brought it back up there. The mechanics came out from the back and told me they don't know what the issues is. They told my to put some coolant flush in the vehicle , drive for a couple of days. Then bring the car in for a flush. They told me 50$ for diagnosis. I brought the car back in for the third time. They allegedly said they test drove the car on the streets and on highway. THEY TOLD ME, THE CAR NEVER OVERHEATED, ONCE AGAIN. I said well this gotta be it right here. I HAD faith that they fixed my car. I pulled out of the the parking lot. MY CAR OVERHEATED AGAIN!!!. Within 15 minutes of myself leaving. I called them and told them about the issue. They said they dont know once again what it could be. I was even on the phone with them as my car was overheating. They can hear the dings from my car in the background on the phone. The guy at Good year said bring it back to be looked at I DONE MISSED SOO MANY DAYS OF WORK!!! I HAVE NOT BROUGHT IT BACK UP THERE.AFTER3 TIMES THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE ISSUE TO THIS VERY DAY. THEY WILL KEEP TYING TO SQUEEZE MORE AND MORE MONEY OUT YOU. THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER. ITS A DAMN MICKEYMOUSE OPERATION IN THERE. DO NOT GO TO GOODYEAR IN BEXLEY ON MAIN ST. MY CAR HAS BEEN RUNNING WORSE SINCE I TOOK IT UPTHERE!!

I had an great experience here at Bowman. I came up there to buy a new tire to replace my flat tire from the day before. Unfortunately, upon request they didn t have the exact tire I wanted in stock. But with a quick call they had the tire expedited to the store just in a couple of hours. Also, the manager discovered I had some road hazard insurance I purchased with my original tires that I didn t realize I had, thus, saving me some money out of pocket.

Went in for an alignment after doing my own outer tie rod with a friend, and just had brakes replaced myself. They told me the brakes were needing to be replaced, as were the rotors, and that I needed inner and outer tie rods. I just replaced the other outer tie rod, mechanic friends said inners were fine as were the brakes and rotors. They refused to do the alignment citing issues with the tie rods, and had the audacity to charge me 1/2 hour of work for nothing to try and get me to replace the tie rods. Took it to somewhere else for an alignment and it's all fine. Go somewhere else they will try to rip you off, can't believe they charged a half hour for doing nothing

Great experience taking my car to Bowman Tire and Repair. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I find it hard to find somewhere honest where I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. I brought my car in with a flat tire, and they were able to patch it instead of replacing the tire, as I was told somewhere else, which saved me a ton of money! I won't be bringing my car anywhere else for tire needs in the future. Thank you!

I was looking for a Goodyear Tire store near where I work for a set of new tires. I called Bowman's on E. Main St. in Bexley, and am SO happy I did!Immediately, Mark greeted me on the phone with a friendly helpful attitude. He didn't just quote me a price for 4 tires, he genuinly seemed interested in helping me and making me his customer. He gathered some personal information and called me by my first name. He ordered my tires even though I hadn't committed to an appointment. He said he did it so he'd have them on hand for when I decided! Later the same day, he called me back to check if I had decided when to bring it in. I was pleasantly surprised with the call back.Ultimately, I decided to come to this location because of the outstanding customer service. Mark will take care of you.I am a strictly Goodyear tire customer. The best place to but Goodyear tires is at an actual Goodyear store. Trust me, I've done the reasearch.

Had a puncture in my tire and needed a fix. Really didn't want to have to buy a whole new tire for such a small hole. Called a ton of places in town and Bowman was not only the friendliest but were among the cheapest AND were willing to get me in quickly. Everyone else I called wasn't able to get to me for at minimum 3 days.Service was quick enough, they were pretty busy when I got there, but they had the Buckeyes game on and there's free WiFi. It's 100% a locally owned place and you can really tell. I will be returning here in the future.

I had them install 4 tires. They never removed the old wheel weights nor balanced my tires. They did not service my TPMS sensors, nor reteach the new locations. They bent a pinch weld underneath my vehicle. They left a huge dirt smudge on my vehicle's light tan interior roof liner. Witnessed them overselling unneeded service to other customers that were less than informed about their issues. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I wish I had.

Appointment to get Back brakes rotors and pads on my 2010 Kia Forte. I was told 1 1/2 hours it has taken them 3 1/2 hours. They order wrong rotors had to wait on them then the also ordered wrong pads. Never came to tell me as I m waiting they wait until 2 1/2 hours to tell me he ordered wrong parts. Then they had taken the front brake off and could not get it back on correctly. Never will I come back here poor customer service and now I m not really trusting their work. I will be having someone else look at them. Goodyear on Main Street in Bexley

This place is a full service shop and does all repairs to any and all types of vehicles. Motorcycle,RV,cars, trucks,diesel, doesn't matter the type just bring it in and they will get it fixed right the first time. They have prices that can't be beat. So if you're in Columbus or surrounding area's this should be your #1 first choice for any and all auto repairs.... Not sure but pretty sure they could fix a boat motor too lol their seriously that good.

I was on my way to a relaxation appointment when I hit a pothole and busted my tire. I was pretty flustered after having a bad couple of days, but the managers here were very nice and quickly got me in and out giving me multiple options to choose from. Great guys! Check them out.

Took my Land Rover to bowman Goodyear in bexley for tires, brakes and wanted them to look at the exhaust because there was a leak somewhere. They put new tires and breaks on with no problem but when they went to look at the exhaust they ended up breaking a bolt on the manifold. When I went to pick it up they specifically told me it that they didn t break anything but that the exhaust was louder now. After driving it home and realizing just how loud it was (like a motorcycle) I took it back to them to see what was up. They finally admitted that they broke a bolt and told me that they had ordered a new one and would have it fixed in a few days. Then a couple of hours later they called to tell me that they won t fix it because it would require five hours of labor to drill out the broken bolt. They said if I wanted it fixed it would cost me $482 for the five hours of labor(to fix the bolt they broke). In fairness to them, I m sure the bolts were old and rusty and had they been straight with me from the beginning(or just met me halfway with the labor) it would have been fine, but after lying about the broken bolt and then telling me they are gonna fix it and then retracting the offer to fix it I m very unhappy with this store and wish I had just gone somewhere else.

Awful customer service. I scheduled a $39.99 oil change and when I picked up my car they told me it was $69.99. They never called to discuss the price change and made up a story that this what my car required. Afterwards I called the dealer and their theory is incorrect. I called corporate to discuss and they had the same person call me back and he was nasty the second time around to. Don't go here you will not be satisfied.

I was recently in there for a tire rotation and brakes replacement. I decided not to get brakes and rotors because of the price. When I got home, my locking lug nut fell off of one of my tires. Now I'm replacing my brakes myself and one of the screw heads on my rotors has been snapped off. Its freshly done because there is no rust. I took it in yesterday and I'm doing my brakes today. You shouldnt have even touched my brakes and rotors until I agreed to the price. Plus the other screw on the rotor is stripped out, also fresh/ not rusted. Now I have to go out of my way because I can't get the screw out. Thanks...

I had previously pledge my repeat business but after my last experience they lost me ... Skipped two vital steps in a simple tire rotation... Didn't relearn my TPMS location& sent me down the road with 80psi in my front tires and 60 in my rears .. could have killed me

Good Year tire of Bexley likes to take advantage of their customers. They break things and then charge YOU to fix it. They are very rude with their customer service. To me this a classic case of a company trying gauge their customers for money by breaking it more and then having the customers pay for their mistakes. I wish you could put 0 stars. Would not recommend anyone here. If you do come you should bring your lawyer.

They have worked on my car from top to bottom the prices are fair.. And the job is always done right.. I finally found a shop I can trust and that I would recommend to anybody.. I love these guys

It was the day before thanksgiving and one of my brand new tires had a nail in it and we were told it was unrepairable. I was in a panic trying to get a tire that matched the ones I had prior to thanksgiving. I called GY Bexley, they ordered my tire, got it delivered to the store and told me I would have it before I left work on Wednesday. They called me as said they were able to fix the nail and I only had to pay $30 instead of $200 for my new tire. Obviously, I know nothing about cars and they could ve easily sold me the new tire. The HONESTY of this GY will make me a client for life. Thanks GY BExley.
