Writing this under my daughters account ! They have worked on my son's 2017 Audi A4 a few times and has always treated us fair and worked with us on the prices ! I have been going to this goodyear since 2003 with all our cars ! Good service. I recommend going there and ask for Josh ! Thanks againAmy

My vehicle was acting really funny with crazy vibration stopped in. Josh and Nick took great care of my concerns from check in to there digital inspections and gave me a gear price for the repair and had me back on the road will tell all my friends and family to only go here. Customer for life thanks again everyone

I have video footage and the full explaination on my Facebook account @DaquianGrindTime. This is the 4th time they have deleted my comment. I am not violating one google regulation nor deframing your company. I am telling the truth plain and simple.Bowman Goodyear Livingston had my vehicle for two weeks in their possession as I was dealing with the insurance company working out the kinks. When I came in to get my car back upon looking at my vehicle I noticed my dash was sticking out and my radio missing with no signs of forced entry. When I asked management and the receptionist inside working upfront why my radio was not in the car I was met with a lot of aggression, and wild comments also them admitting the vehicle was in their possession and locked every night.The managers made statements saying there is nothing they can do about it, we have blind spots all over you won t see on camera, our workers are just human, the comments where endless and extremely disrespectful also stating for me to call my insurance, a lawyer or the police because there is nothing they are going to do about it, and I can exit their property. Even told me to get my towed off their lot knowing I just needed a jump after having my car sitting for several days. Had to call the manager at the other BranchThey literally stated the car has been locked up the whole time on their property in their care, which leaves only one of their people to have taken the radio. Police where called and they are being investigated for TheftAs I was there another customer came in complaining that the oil change they received, services were never rendered after having another company check out the work they did not even a week later.This is not the same Goodyear that we ve known for years trust me. Beware they do delete reviews too how much can you trust them

I went here to have my vehicle serviced, the customer service was very professional and pleasant, they got done with my vehicle in a timely manner, and they are reasonably priced.

Brakes went out on my diesel truck and had to make an emergency exit off the interstate. Did a quick google search for repair ships and this one had good stars so I stopped. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a doozy of a break job but they took care of it with as much concern for my budget as well as safety. Highly recommend.

Today, not a good visit as I received a letter from them and stopped by to discuss it and apparently the owners daughter said I shouldn't hang out there, really, unprofessional! And of course didnt approach me to say it, ridiculous that she didn't ask me why I was there!

Rip off artist! There are too many businesses getting away with taking advantage of hard working people that are trying to get by! They need held accountable.They got my gramma for $1500 cash and acted like they never got it.I sent her in for an oil change and this company came back in an hour with a $3500 work requested estimate to fix the car. I had to send my brother (mechanic) over to get my gramma out of there. We later had a legit company investigate what had changed (since we had already had them look it over before we bought it a month ago).They found that :The Battery cable had been loosenedHuge Motor bolt loosened in rear of motorBrakes now scrapingNow have oil leakAir filtration system completely loosened.That was from the guy looking at it for 5 minutes. I told him no need for more. We got to get this info out there!!!! Bowman Tire and Repair center is a scam shop!!! Don t send your mother, father, sister, brother, Cousin, lover, daughter, son and definitely you yourself should stay away. Very convincing fellas, but scam artists to the hilt

This place has demonstrated such severe incompetence on every level, that I am not sure I could really elaborate enough here to explain it all. I've honestly never seen a more inept shop in my life between three different states. Which is startling, honestly. They can't even accomplish paperwork, their techs and managers have zero communication and don't know what the other is doing, and they can't get their estimates anywhere near consistent.Taking my vehicle here resulted in it actually being damaged worse than before I brought it in, and thus costing me about $800 more because they don't know how to put a vehicle back together when they're done with it.I cannot say more about the situation publicly. All I can say is, if you have the option to take your vehicle anywhere else, you should do so. Don't trust whatever they tell you on the phone, it's a ploy to get you in the door.Honestly. The absolute worst shop I've been to in 40 years.

I wanted to replace the engine on my 2005 Nissan Sentra and they were able to find a good engine quickly, and for a reasonable price. They also were able to obtain the engine and install it quickly. They also took care of a few other odds and ends to round out the repair. I was satisfied with the work and the price, and would recommend to others.

Hector did a great job fixing my car, after I paid he took the time to fix my key fob, which I never was able to get the automatic start to work on it. Now it works and he didn't even charge me for that. I highly recommend them for the work that they do and they got my car ready in a few hours.

The people here are great. They are helping me with my vehicle that carshield is giving me grief fixing my SUV. I'm going through the behind scene of the television holy saviour to the broken down car folks. It's going on a month since carshield crew towed my vehicle. Bowman tire real heroes. And they sacrifice their time and bay space while carshield claims department wants to half fix a problem don't care about the customer who been paying for warranty coverage for ten to eleven months. May have to get the camera on to help expose...

Mike and the guys were very helpful fixing my electrical problem on my wifes Saturn. They went above and beyond the normal by providing her a ride to work and dropping car off so she could get home. Very professional also. I will use Bowman for any future repairs.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I have been going to this shop for years because I live nearby. I noticed recently that they charge 2 or 3 times the actual cost for parts though. They tried to charge me $455 for a starter part! I'm not stupid. I think the mechanics do good work, but beware if you go here because they have different owners and operators than before. You are better off getting your own parts and just paying them for the labor because you will get majorly ripped off otherwise!

Hector is phenomenal! Down to earth and very outgoing. You want quality work done, come here and see Hector!! It's hard to find good, honest help, especially when it pertains to cars; they will not only treat you like family, but do amazing work for half the price of other competitors. There's no reason not to come here!!

It's hard to find an automotive repair shop that you feel you can trust. I found it here.I took my wife's car in because the check engine light came on. The problem was that the gas cap wasn't screwed on, which meant that a sensor showed that the pressure in the gas tank was low. It turned out that the last time my wife had to get gas the wind chill was below zero. She simply pumped the gas and jumped back into the car, neglecting to properly screw on the cap.The shop manager didn't charge me anything, not even a diagnosis fee. This wasn't my first time having my vehicles serviced at Bowman Goodyear. This visit helped to confirm that I'll be back.

Went in thinking my car had bad tie rods or alignment, something along those lines. After explaining the noise and issue, they thought wheel bearings. What could have been a $300+ job turned out to be a poorly installed new tire from a different place. Didn't even charge me for the diagnostic which could have been $100. Wish I could give more then 5 stars.

Mike and His Crew Is The Bomb. They deliver 100% professionalism, Value, Pride and Spirit in everything they do. They really help me out with my car and educated me on things I never even knew. Mike Your Wonderful, Everyone on your team is wonderful. And through this pandemic if yall didn't exsist. I don't know where I'd be. Thank You Bowman Tire and Repair Shop For Everything. Outstanding professional customer services and promptly resolves costumer concerns. Customer service writer was well knowledge in tire selection to meet customer needs and budget. Service writer demonstrated positive key control to insure the safety and protection of customer vehicle. Definitely, I will be a repeat customer.

The guy with the goatee that helped my boyfriend the other day was horribly rude. I can see why the two customers in front of him walked out and took their business elsewhere.He tried to say he needed a part that he didn't, sassed him for asking a question, and on top of it all was going to charge way too much for unnecessary work.I'm glad he went elsewhere and got his car fixed right. Won't be back!

Traveling cross country and had tire issues. Called Bowmans and talked to Shawn who got us the tires we needed,mounted and balanced. Got us back on the road right away! Thankyou Shawn for your fantastic service

They gave me a long list of things that needed repaired, when I took it to Ford they found it only needed brakes. Good thing it wasn't my personal vehicle, it was my fleet van.

Get in and out. I would have given 5 stars, but when my husband took our truck for an oil change and tire rotation and our tires didnt get rotated. The tech lied and said that they where.
