Love Bobb says yes. It s my second time getting a car through them. Both times had gone very smooth. Julian went above and beyond to help me last night. They stayed over to get all my documents done so I could drive away that night with my new baby. Thank you Julian and your team for all the help.

Absolutely not. I bought a car from here and they had to ship the car to me and even I got it the car was filthy, appears it was never cleaned it at all. They offered me compensation which I never received and they stopped responding. Then, to make matters even worse the car has cut off on me twice in 10 days .10. Just don t

I was treated very well at Bobb by my salesperson Melissa. Everyone there was nice very helpful with getting me into and solving any issues I have with my vehicle. Melissa specifically was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make everything work for me. I also love my vehicle, it was nowhere near the first one I would have chosen but at this point wouldn't trade it for my original first choice.

Melissa is Amazing! She took the time to make sure everything was ok for me buying a new car with my gap insurance delaying payment on my old vehicle. I recommend this place to anyone!

I know this is very late and I am very sorry!! If you are looking for your dream car this is the place to go!! Mike and T are AMAZING they made everything soo easy and I found my dream JEEP I have wanted si nce I was 5 and they made that happen!! THE BEAST!!! Tony DeCecco took amazing care of me today. He got my 6 foot 8 size into a 2018 Hyundai Sonata because he knew it's a sedan made for tall men. What a great salesman. He even arranged my car insurance policy! Thank you for a great buying experience. I recommend you 100 %

Patrick and Julian were so helpful with me, I went to another dealership the other day and they had me sitting in a office for over a 1 1/2 hours just to tell me I needed 3k for a down payment instead of the original 1k but Patrick and Julian brightened up my day. I went home in such a horrible mood and was just scrolling through dealerships and signed up for one. Next thing you know I get a call from Julian (amazing) and asking if I was interested in getting a vehicle now after everything I just went through I was skeptical about it but she ensured me no more than 1k and I d have a vehicle. So when I show up today in Columbus Patrick was their to greet me and let me tell u professional, funny, relaxed guy like he made my experience 10x better reassured me that I d be walking out with a vehicle today and I did! and I appreciate them for helping me through this difficult time of finding a vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Doesn t even deserve one star, only gave it so I could leave a review. I am very annoyed. The fastest way to lose a client is to harass them two-three times a day. I was very interested at first, then the calls began and wouldn t stop. So finally, I called and withdrew my interest (nicely, might I add) and before I could even finish my sentence the lady who answered (her name was Autumn) rudely hung up on me. They were so rude and unprofessional. These are supposed to sales professionals. I will never ever give my hard earned money to grown adults who act like children.

My sales representative Esmeralda was AMAZING! She answered all my questions from start to finish! I felt cared about as well as just seen! If you need a car go here most definitely will recommend to everyone I know

Mariah, was an amazing dealer. She was able to help me get a car when I was fearful of not being approved. She was super nice and sweet. Very calm easy to talk with and was willing to answer any questions I had. She also was very understanding my need of wanting an suv and not a car I would definitely recommend going to her for your vehicle needs.

Bob's got it done. It's true what they say. Nobody else wanted anything to do with me. I desperately needed a car. They got me into a nice newish reliable car. My life was ruined in the pandemic and that's how I got in this mess. This is the only place that didn't treat me like I'm too irresponsible to pay my bills. And everybody was friendly and easy to talk to. And the down payment was low, which is huge. That took a big weight off my shoulders and made this a lot easier.

They seems super nice and friendly, which they are but after getting home and reading somethings . Be very warned about this place. We wanted a truck , we didn t leave with a truck I said I wanted to be able to tow a horse trailer , they don t let you pick the car , while the car is nice and fancy. It s not really what I a wanted, we waited around for hours while Tony went and talked with other people, went outside to smoke and what not . We are first time car buyers so we really don t know we were doing, unfortunately we got played , we needed a car desperately we had to go here. I felt really rushed while trying in get our income information. Barely went over any of the financial, the car was sold for 30k but our loan is for 60k . We will not be returning for another car ever again

My car got bumped pretty good in the Meijer s parking lot and a few days later I had been taking care of some other business at Bobb s Bumped into Melissa Spaulding and it all started . She was amazing and patient with me as I had some particularls I was going to need well the perfect car finally looked right at me . Boom, Boom with my Financing by Mr. Mike Colucci and I m riding around in a Great car that looks amazing I thank the entire staff @ Bob Says Yes . Every one was extremely helpful and courteous My Hat is Off to You All !!!!

I enjoyed my time with Patrick in choosing the right car for me. There are not too many auto dealers you can trust but I really felt comfortable and cared about, from Patrick ,on all my choices for my vehicle .If I ever want a vehicle in the future I'll definitely come back.

So I heard about this amazing car salesman from a cousin of mine. Tony DeCecco... I just needed a good reliable car at a decent price and he got me exactly what I was looking for. A Honda Civic!!! I am an out of state purchaser who did the entire buying process online and over the phone. I found Bobs listed as a dealer partner of my bank (CapitalOne) and they had the best price on the very specific BMW I was looking for in a 500mile radius.I worked with Jessica Alderete through NABS (Bob s nationwide sales program) and she is an excellent Salesperson and made sure the buying process was smooth and communicated with me all week until I flew in to accept delivery. Chris and Ron in the office were very helpful to resolve any issues and made sure I was sent home happy in my vehicle.I do not have any credit issues and came with my own funding but after spending an hour on site with this team, I m sure if you are facing difficulties, they will be honest and fair to make sure they get you the best deal for your situation.Bob s is an honest dealership with honest people, Thank you!!!

Notice how all of these 5 star reviews are people just purchasing their car. No one makes a review about how within the first month it breaks down, and continues to be in the shop for the next year while paying $400 every time it s fixed. I wouldn t come here unless you know you have money to fix your car EVERY week. Seriously I have receipts to prove it. Just wrong.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Patrick Sumling today. He was fantastic walked me through the whole process. Super helpful and patient with my over complicated self !! New to the car buying scene he kept me laughing so i wouldnt get overwhelmed by the process and i had a great time and left with an awesome car 10 outta 10 recommend.

When I began looking for another vehicle this place was recommended. Purchasing the car, getting financed, and having the vehicle delivered was super easy and legit a great experience. But that s where it ends. I ve officially had this vehicle for over a month and it runs great however it is a NIGHTMARE trying to get someone to help me get the title for my tag. They issued a temporary tag and said it usually takes 2 weeks for me to receive the paperwork so I can get my tag. I started calling them 3 weeks ago trying to figure out what is going on with the paperwork. I was then given the run around of them waiting on me to sign some papers they d mailed me. I call back the next week they magically found the paperwork I d signed in financing and that at the latest should have something by Saturday. Saturday and Monday come and go and of course I can t get ahold of anyone to figure out what is happening. Once I finally get ahold of someone my understanding is that they use a third party to issue the title paperwork and that it will be mailed directly to my local tax collectors office and they should be contacting me that it was done last week. I call those offices and they have nothing. I call Bob s back and of course they basically throw their hands up and say there s nothing that they can do. Not even issue another temporary tag or something. So come Monday I ll have a vehicle that I can t even legally drive because of all of this. Their answer is always maybe by next week . I m beyond frustrated at this point.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was very professional and helpful. My sales person was Julian and she was the absolutely wonderful, polite and professional. She explained everything in detail.Go to Bob and ask for Julian.
