I cannot recommend this company enough! Called a few companies to get a quote and Mike was up front and honest about pricing and timeline. Someone shattered my window over the holiday weekend and Mike was able to get me in and promptly installed a new one. This is the first time my car has been broken into and I wasn t sure where to go. I chose Best Quality Auto Glass based on other reviews and was not disappointed! I asked for a quote, received a call within minutes, and had an appointment set for the next day. The technicians were on time, efficient, and extremely patient and kind. They even cleaned up the glass and wiped down the surfaces inside and outside of my car! Incredible customer service at an affordable price. Thank you!!

Woke up one rainy morning to find one of my car s windows was smashed. Nothing stolen, but I digress. The inside was getting wet and I was supposed to be at work. The place my insurance suggested was going to make me pay nearly $500 out of pocket and they couldn t get me in for like 3-4 days!! Nothing to lose, I called Best Quality Auto Glass and got in about 3-4 HOURS later for less than HALF the price!!! On top of that, it only took them like 30-45 minutes, max. Only had to miss half the day of work and had my car back good as new. THANK YOU, GUYS!!!

Mike provided extraordinary customer service! He accommodated me with a same day appointment and installed a brand new windshield on my 2019 Honda Civic in less than 90 minutes! They were amazing! I called an a Sunday morning and they gave me a quote. Next day they were in my driveway replacing my window. Completely done in less than an hour, including cleaning up the broken glass. I couldn t recommend them more, if I ever need another window replaced they ll be my first call.

My 2022 jeep wrangler window was busted Friday night best quality auto glass had it repaired and fixed first thing in the morning. It was a very pleasant experience, very professional, and quick turnaround!! It took 45 minutes max!!! Great company!!

This company really knows how to do it! Quick, efficient, professional, nice, and affordable. Was able to make a next day appointment. Even saw the main tech come back in the rain to help someone else on my street. Can t recommend enough :)

All around great service. They replaced the rear glass on my 2023 Silverado within 24 hours. The mobile technician was efficient and thorough even on a cold day. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with through the entire process.

Great customer service. Quick repairs. Quoted me a great price for one window that got smashed out. Side note: The office is really nice, smells good, decorated nice and Mike even offered me something to drink. Definitely referring this place to people. GOOD JOB BEST QUALITY AUTO GLASS

Highly recommend!! They came to my location and fixed my broken window on my Kia. The service took no more than 10min and they even vaccumed the broken glass in my car. You guys were very sweet and the prices are affordable. Thank you so much.

Found a small rock chip in my windshield driving to work one morning. My car is new, and I wanted to avoid a costly windshield replacement. Best Quality was able to stop by my shop midday, and repair the chip. Was snowing outside when he arrived. So I pulled the car inside, and he was done in 20 minutes. Saved me a bundle. Quick, courteous, service!

Mike and his guy got me in the same day I called after my side window had been broken into. It was for a Toyota tundra and I contacted Toyota they said they would need a week to order the glass and the quote was 3 times what Mike quoted me. Mike had the glass in stock and replaced it in about 45 minutes with a lifetime warranty on anything mechanical.. these guys are great highly recommend and will have my business in the future !!

The worst place . Don t trust this guys with your carThey broke the base of my cell phone charger. And they cut the cables of the Dash Cam and they lost 2 sets of keysI hope I don't find something else damaged I on my truck.

Mike and company were the only team in Columbus who had the parts and knowledge to replace the windshield in my older convertible Mustang. He arrived when he said he would, completed the work in the time he said and for the price quoted. I highly recommend Best Quality Auto Glass to the DIY car enthusiasts who are very hesitant to let other people do work on their cars.

I have a 2020 chevy silverado. Same day replacement. They offered to drive to my location!!! Vacuumed the entire truck out with my deal. All within a short period of time. So happy safelite was delayed on cars for a few days, I would have never found this place and would've had safelite rob me of my money. Best Quality Auto Glass is definitely the place to go
