I had an appointment SCHEDULED on 10/31/23 at 1pm to install 4 tires and have alignment done on my semi truck. When I showed up I was told that the place IS BOOKED FOR THE WHOLE DAY therefore they are not able to install the tires... EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED.

Under 30 minutes from the time I pulled in until the time I signed papers to leave. They got me in fast, changed the trailer tire fast and now I'm ready to go make some money. Friendly, fast service from an awesome business. 10 stars.

This place a total scam I stop by there today on 11/16/23 for flat tire which got nail on it but the service guy cut my tire from inside it is very fresh cut and he told me to buy new tire because of the cut he made it it is totally scam and unexpected.

They changed Kingpin Front 2 tires plus alignment 1655$ plus 138 inspection.They don't do anything, then they will say to you we did inspection u have to pay 138.So be careful, they are hunters

I had a breakdown on the interstate (shredded tire), and my spare tire had a broken valve. I bought my spare to Best-One and they were able to accommodate me with no notice and replace the valve in 10 minutes. Excellent service, thanks for getting me back on the road!

Did a great job reconditioning my hard to find custom rims. The found some awesome tires for them as Well. Dick did a great job and was very helpful.

Called to make an appointment for an alignment, they claimed that a mechanic had to take a look first because I have 22x12s on my truck. Brought my truck by and made an appointment after they took a look. One of the mechanics joked that he s calling off on the day I booked. On my appointment day I brought it in, and not even 15 mins passed and they came in and claimed that my idler arm and bracket was broken. I paid the diag fee and left. Called another mechanic who said I wouldn t be driving my truck if the idler arm was bad. I had it aligned at another shop no problem. This place will up-charge you because they are too lazy to do the job!

I wish I have read the reviews. DO NOT GO THERE. Do your alignment somewhere else. They will tell you to fix bunch of unnecessary things and will not do your alignment and will tell you to pay a deposit/inspection. Bunch of lying Thieves. They are all in it including their manager. The mechanic couldn t show me anything wrong with my truck he just mentioned bunch of stuff I just took it to my mechanic and everything they mentioned is in good condition. They are not even mechanics. Stick to changing tires. You roped me $138. I will never set a foot in any of your facilities ever.

Absolute Rockstars! Professional, honest and knowledgeable. We were stuck on the road in our RV with a flat. We couldn't find anyone who would help after limping into 4 different tire service centers. One call to "Best-One" (aptly named) and they said "Bring it on in and we'll work it out for you". 15 minutes later, we were on the road. Highly recommended!

You better do your alignment somewhere else they will tell you to fix a bunch of things has nothing to do with the alignment they won't fix it until you change everything they recommend and you still get charged for diagnostic. I would understand if I had a bad tire they can say change your tires stupid.

I don't know what to say about this one, I went for 1 rear tire. After waiting 1.5 hours I fell asleep in the waiting room. 3 hours total wait time for one tire. A little disappointed. They have great deals if you buy in bulk.

Called a few places to purchase a pair of tires, and felt that this location was the best for me..felt good once I walked in. The young lady at the front desk really made me feel part of their staff..honest folks, that means a lot to me. I want to thank Mr. Gray for all his help and patience when purchasing 2 new front tires for my vehicle, very helpful and for being so professional. ..from beginning to end.

This business is absolutely fantastic. Whether you are looking for help with semi truck tires, or sports car tires they are fantastic, the manager was so helpful and very reassuring. The prices were very reasonable, they've done all services on my semis. And will most likely be the company I go to for my cars from now on. Simply amazing

These guys care about the service they provide. Found the problem with our RV tires nearly instantly. Went beyond what was expected and stayed nearly an hour late to make sure we could safely get back on the road. Shoutout to Chris & Kevin! I dont know what you guys make, but I know you guys definitely deserve more! Thank you for all your kindness and care! I wish I lived closer so I could send all my friends to your shop! Thank you!!

They treat you like family here. Very competitive prices and great complete service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Obetz store has a great management team. Visit, you won't be sorry. Trucks, vans, cars, big rigs, travel trailers, I've seen them all there.

Way to go Shane! Somehow while doing our DOT inspection you confused our bright yellow VOLVO for an International and wrote not only the wrong Vin number but the wrong truck number. Thank you for your attention to detail and calm demeanor.

Extremely over-priced. Tried to tell me every suspension component on my front end was bad when half of the component have been replaced and were fine. They re just trying to get every bit of money they can out of you. Will never step foot in another Best One Tire facility.

The worst place to go to get work done and they like to rip off people. They are also way overpriced and not worth the squeeze. They give you lies instead of actual good job. I then had to tear my truck piece by piece for no reason. As soon as I left I went to a much better place and they gave me not only a better deal but also they told me nothing was wrong. What a scam.

Don't bring your semi truck for alignment, maybe it's good for car with that 4 stars , the worst alignment I've never had in 20 years of trucking.

I had a tire blow out on me 351 miles from home. I gave Best-One Tire & Service a call and they got right out to me to fix my problem. Steve noticed that the previous owner had mismatched the tires on my truck and called back to his shop and got the right tire out to get me back on the road. I can't thank the team enough for getting me back on the road for what was an already long drawn out trip. Thank you so much again!
