Excellent place with really honest work and fair prices. They are a tire shop but also do a variety of suspension work and repairs.The whole operation is busy and the shop has a real community feel .Senior employees work the hardest, and the culture of working hard flows from the top.As with any good shop, they get BUSY with people coming in for various repairs. You should expect to wait. Do not go there if you re in a hurry and are not able to respect their time and workflow.Definitely worth the wait though as my car drives beautifully.These guys are a blessing. My best wishes and prayers are with them.

This place is awesome. It took them 16 minutes to figure out what Firestone says. Will take them 6 hours. Their courteous, their attentive, and they will give you information on how to resolve your issue better than Firestone.

Every time I go it s a problem. Most recently the owner jumped in my face as if he were going to hurt me when I expressed my concerns about the lack of professionalism from him and his untrained snd uncertified staff. He never fix the issues he and his staff caused and left me worse than when I came. (A lot worse). They don t give receipts and only take cash. I should ve never brought my business to them. I wouldn t wish what they put me through on my worst enemy.

I have gotten my tire fixed here twice now. This second time the guy kicked my tire several times. Tire seemed ok when I drove away. Now it's flat I went to put air in it and the valve stem is completely broken which it wasn't when I put air in it to get to the tire place. Tried to call several times no answer. I'm livid I even tipped the guy smh never again.

Came in with a flat and within 15 minutes they had a used tire on for me to replace it. Thankfully they were close and open cause I was late to work. Super nice people and he worked with us on the price

My friend(single mother) got her tire fixed twice, and she is now missing two lug nuts off the tire that was fixed by them. That is dangerous for anybody to drive around like that but especially for a mechanic to not put them back on the tire tight enough to where it either fell off or they just did not put it back on Never again and other people need to see this so they can be aware to check their Lugnuts if they get their tire changed there

I will not recommend ever! One of the dudes that said he run the shop name is Juan, which this is his picture told me that his air wasn t working and I couldn t get air if I didn t buy a tire and I asked him why and he said because I was getting disrespectful because I told him I was not gonna buy a tire. I just needed air. I also been back multiple times to get the same tire replaced that I just bought this dude one is seriously disrespectful. I don t know what he had against me just because I wasn t buying a tire but they need some new management.

These guys do great work. Quick service and hard work. I really appreciate what they've set out to do!We actually had a problem with our tire order coming in later than expected due to some learning and inexperience at their shop with employees in new roles. Everyone stumbles, and how they recover is the best indicator of what kind of person you're dealing with. These guys are top notch! They got me on the road, placed me at top priority and made it right. I couldn't ask for anything more from a shop, and I'll be bringing more tires their way in the future!Great job, guys!

This tire place gets a perfect five stars because they have the best prices on new and used tires and their service is great! They are fast, work hard, and they are honest! I really appreciate them.

I got a tire here a couple weeks ago and within 4 or 5 days, it was starting to slowly go flat, then it started going flat faster. I was happy to find a place open on a Sunday at 7pm, but the tire wasn't cheap enough to go bad so quickly. Then again, I should've called and inquired about getting a replacement but I didn't. I did sit for a long while in my car, not realizing I needed to go inside to pay. They never really directed me, and it was so crowded I had to inch backward and forward just to get out of there. They were very courteous tho.

I love this place it's not the most beautiful spot in the world but they do great work they're honest and they take good care of you I've been coming there for years I had realized that I was hearing some noise up under my vehicle after getting some breaks done and I thought that maybe something wasn't hooked up correctly if so I kept putting it off putting it off putting it off cuz I didn't want to accuse them of anything and I was dreading going back over there but when I did decide to stop over they immediately took a look to make sure that it wasn't anything to do with my brakes and it wasn't turns out it was my tire rod links that I was hearing and not only did he tell me what the problem was but he offered to put them on and gave me a discount to put them on for me they are excellent I love the work they do they're Fair the prices are fair and reasonable small things that you need done to your car and you want to get it done quickly without having to wait all day long and be charged three arms and two legs this is the people to see right on the corner of Courtright and refugee across from the car dealership

the bosses wan and hatem are very sweet and make sure i am taken care of every time o go here for service. they talk and play with my children if they have any spare time while moving between vehicles but it's usually busy because so many ppl continue to return for other services. many ppl are familiar with the workers and bosses especially. i will be a loyal customer for life.

Update as of June 2019. I used to take my car here because they were cheap and did a fair bit of work. Unfortunately the last few times I went in they kept replacing parts that probably did not need replacing like rotors and such. For some reason every time they ordered parts while I sat there and waited the wrong Parts would be delivered two and three times and then I had to wait while some kid who didn't know what he was doing took 3 hours for a 20-minute job replacing bearings on the front axle. After that I had one or two other rotors replaced and the same thing happened, ordered the parts while I sat and waited and the wrong parts were delivered two or three times again. Took forever to get them installed so I was there for hours each time. The last time I went I was told a rear shock was bad and they kept ordering the wrong one so I went back day after day to see what was going on. Turns out the electronic shock is almost $400 and they kept either ordering the wrong one or the last time I went they had not even ordered it when they knew the correct one. I gave up on the place after that. Still the owner is a nice guy.My original review is below.You might miss this place or not want to stop because of the way it looks but looks are deceiving. These guys do their maintenance out in the parking lot but the owner is a great guy from Jordan and he gives you a great deal and a good price. I've had work done on my Cadillac XTS and they've always done it and backed up their work. It's usually first come first serve so get there early and bring your breakfast or lunch cuz there's nothing within walking distance.

Adam is the sweetest. Very friendly didn t catch the mans name that changed my tire, but he was nice. Go early got there at 8:55 was already 4 cars there. They still came right up and asked what I needed at 9, and I was out by 9:20 for a tire replacement. As were 2 other people before me. My overall experience was pretty great. I d recommend!

I took my car here 3 months ago. I got alignment and 4 tires, just got a flat yesterday and couldn't get the tire off because they stripped it and put the cap to cover it. I had to tow my car home. Trying to find a place to tow it to so they can weld the bolt off and buy another tire. I thought they was a great place up until now people ask where and who put my tire on and I said this place and they told me they are known for messing up. Very disappointed!!

Never go here for new or used tires recently bought 4 tires; they said it was new. Next day 1/4 tires was completely flat. Took it to a tire shop and they said theres a hole in the side wall also tires tread was 5/10. Meaning tires weren't new and half way done.Don't get a balance nor alignment. There machine doesn't work. Please don't go here for anything I had mentioned you'll regret it .

Adam & Juan are EXCELLENT!!! Fast friendly service and very affordable!!! Great customer service and very professional!!! As a woman sometimes people will try to take advantage of you because you might not be very knowledgeable about cars, but they have NEVER tried to price gouge me!! Because one time I came in there and said that I need a new tire oh, the gentleman took the tire off and seeing that the seal on the inside was just broken, and just charge me $5. Had to have been someone else at another shop, they would have sold me a used tire for $40 and it actually would have been my same Tire! They are truly AWESOME!!! And they guarantee their work!!! I'm very Blessed to have found them!!!! Thanks again, Adam & Juan at Best Deal Tires!!!

They're so quick! I promise I was in and out in 35 minutes. Super reasonable prices. I called another place, and they quoted me the same price for 2 tires that best deal tire gave me for 4 tires! Free rotations and balance for the life of the tire, what's not to love!
