Bee Line is scum of the earth! Joyrode my car during an alignment appointment. After waiting an hour and a half longer than the quoted time the BMW was returned to me smelling like oil, brakes and extremely hot under the hood, fresh tire rubber on the fenders and a quarter tank of gas gone.The staff flat refused to discuss anything. Could have apologized, could have said we had a rogue employee. Could have been civil. No, they hid behind their counter.I DO NOT TRUST BEE LINE COLUMBUS, NOBODY SHOULD TRUST BEE LINE COLUMBUS WITH THEIR VEHICLES!!!

The alignment shop with the right tools & equipment to get an alignment on just about anything. In my case, a car lowered with barely enough room for a finger to fit between the tire & fender. Where others all switched to tire mounted tools, Bee Line uses an in-ground alignment machine.This shop has knowledgeable & personable technicians! The only downsides to this shop are that the area is really rough & they have a rough parking lot. I'd stick around during servicing & definitely make sure to leave with your car.

If you have a lowered vehicle with modified suspension, they will take care of your alignment for a decent price. Always helpful

Wish I would have had a better experience. Just like every other alignment shop. Gave tow adjustment didn't tell me what it was before the adjustment. Drove my truck 1-mile at 25 miles an hour. Not much of a test drive especially because I asked them to take it down the highway. I had Great hopes of an old shop with a good reputation. Came away disappointed as usual

It was a good experience! I got kinda confused about what he was saying about my car and went off! He was still polite then took the time to explain "that what I thought isn't what he was saying." I calmed down understood got my car and it is driving way better then before I took it up there!

I have been taking our personal and company vehicles to Bee Line for nearly 20 years. They are good at what they do. There is a snag here and there and it looks like a truck shop but thats life. I am now sending my son there even thought we have a mechanic shop and lift at our place of business. Just makes sense.

Bee Line is totally bogus and tried to rip me off...I went in for a front wheel alignment for an Audi because my main mechanic recommended it after removing and replacing my entire suspension, struts, replaced the upper and lower front CV axle and other repairs not worth mentioning.. These guys had the nerve to make me wait an hour or so before coming back telling me they couldn't work on my car until all the aforementioned repairs I just listed were addressed and that they couldn't find none of these parts so they charged me $21.45 for a check only. They had to refund my money after I showed the receipt for the work that had already been done.Never going back!!

I brought my very old Mazda RX-7 here for a front-end alignment. I had replaced the tie rod ends and the shop I took it to for an alignment was not able to successfully complete it. They recommended Bee Line. I called and was able to schedule an appointment with a day or two. It took about an hour and a half from start to finish. Very reasonable prices and good work; they didn't try to upsell me on anything or tell me that I had worn out parts. (I've had some shops tell me I had worn suspension/steering parts that I literally replaced myself hours prior, and I think that's ridiculous.)

This place is a complete Rip Off. I called them and had to make a appointment a week out to get a Front End Alignment. I show up knowing that there is other stuff wrong with the front end, but I just wanted to get a Alignment to start off with. I told the guy at the front desk that I only had money to get the Alignment and that I did not want to get anything else done or pay for anything besides a Alignment. That I had been in a accident and knew that the shop that fixed it, did not do everything they were supposed to. What do they do? Charged me for a Test Drive and Diagnostic. Than tell me that they would not do the Alignment unless I had everything on the front end fixed. SO WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT FROM THE GET GO?!?! Especially when I said that I only wanted to pay for the Alignment and Nothing Else. Because they knew that they weren't going to do the Alignment, but they still wanted to be able to charge me for something. So they wasted a hour of My Time and charged me for something that I did not want done in the first place. Than they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to start looking up Parts for the car. I would throw the entire car away before I ever let them touch My Car again. This place is the definition of a Shady Garage with Hidden Fees. If this place was the only Garage in the State that could fix my car, I would drive to another state before I would let them touch My Car again. I feel so Ripped Off, when they could of just been upfront with me about what they were going to charge me for.

The people here are great they went above and beyond to help me get my tire off and put a spare on. They treated me with respect and wasn't expensive at all for them to change it. Definitely will go back when my tires need worked on.

I am very happy with my experience here. This is the first time I have ever been here. I am a very picky person/consumer. I own Stamos Remodeling and I love to be involved or watch when someone works on anything of mine. Everyone was friendly, no one gave me an attitude, and trust me I ask a lot of questions. Alex was extremely helpful. I highly recommend these guys!

1250 dollars aprox for Bilstein suspension install with Vogtland springs on a passat cc for your reference, didn't think I was going to say that after my previous experiences with Columbus shops but they know what they are doing, the car feels and drives good,

Bee Line is just, plain and simple....AWESOME! The guys working the front are very intellectually intelligent, and they know their trade very very well....and the mechanics are top notch. I've been taking my F350 trucks there for several years....I don't go anywhere else.

Had my 328I aligned here. Previously after some repair work done by Geico, there was a rear-end shimmy, and the traction control light would light up all the time when on even light corners - after having these guys check it out and got everything aligned (which apparently Geico s shops can t manage), everything is fantastic! The car grips the pavement on the tightest curves, and there s no shimmy - These guys know what they re doing! I absolutely will recommend!

Since the covid is so dangerous, the waiting room only had one occupant when I arrived. As you can imagine, it was boring! But that is not the fault of Bee Line. I have been using their facility since 1996, so I know im getting good service. I trust them to do excellent work. I recommend them, so if you are planning on having alignment work done, these are the people to do it, and do it right!

Used this place for the first time the other day and was VERY pleased with the service, prices, and waiting area. They were very helpful in answering my questions and the waiting area was very clean. They also printed off a discount coupon for me when I explained to them that my personal printer was down. My vehicle was done in a very timely manner and all the employees were very courteous. I will definitely be going back and using them for the other services which they provide. I highly recommend this place for your vehicle alignment issues.

This place doesn't seem interested in fixing your car or about customer satisfaction!! They take your money. I was charged $80 for just an Inspection without being made aware that there would be an upfront charge for this. Would have rated them a zero if I could.

They are a no frills no bull shop. They've been there forever for a reason. They are honest and reasonable on prices. Also for that reason they are always busy, and any appointment you have is... -ish. You're better off bringing them your car first thing in the morning and just leaving it. The sketchy scheduling is the only reason I have to go with 4 out of 5 stars. I always use them for all front end or brake service needs.

If you need front end anything done to your vehicle, this is the place to go. Everyone in my family takes their vegicles here to get alignments done for over 20+ years. Their prices are extremely hard to beat. If you have a problem they tell you, they don't lie or add on hidden prices. DONT HESITATE to take them your business. They'll take care of you.

$120/ hour alignment rate for pickups with modified suspension, informed them all steering and suspension parts were brand new. They told me it would be a couple hours! $240 for an alignment is unreal. I recommend NELSON FRAME AND SPRING. They took care of me for $90!

Our company has our own shop to work on our trucks, but can't do alignments. Took our truck here a few weeks ago for an alignment. They said there were multiple parts on the front that need replaced. So we took it back to our shop, replaced all the parts they said were bad, then took it back to have the alignment done a few weeks later. They said they could not do the alignment because there were bad parts that needed to be replaced. The same parts THAT WE JUST REPLACED. ALL BRAND NEW PARTS. This place is a scam. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!Service: Wheel alignment

First time I ve had an alignment for my lifted F350 crew long bed with oversized tires that I haven t had problems with. Very fast, very affordable. I especially recommend these guys if you have a larger vehicle.

Not a great experience with this shop. I brought them an unusual car, a 1974 Bradley gt (vw beetle kit car), but they said they could handle it when I made the appointment. I thought I should get it aligned after changing out the tie rods. In short, they "aligned it" but now it drifts to the right. The steering wheel visibly turns right if you let go. I took it back in for them to look at again, especially since I didn't think it did that before we started aligning it. They took a quick look then a mechanic came out to basically tell me there is nothing wrong with. I told him its pulling to the right. He condescendingly told me that they drive these cars before they work on them and that it was pulling to the right before I brought it in. He was really rude and unhelpful. He seemed to think I was trying to cheat the shop by asking that my car drive straight down the street after being aligned by professionals. This is an ALIGNMENT shop.... I guess if you want your car "aligned" but still pulling to one side, these are your guys...

Good place for an alignment. Got in quick, received good quality service at a reasonable price. Had work done and got car back when promised. I felt I received good service by an honest shop. Will definitely take car there again when needed.
