John was able to remedy an issue and created a world-class experience for my family and get us back on the road. Appreciated the extra effort, and will definitely be doing business with the Clintonville location again.

These buys are the absolute best!!!! I went in while having a complete people suck day when i met Corey at the counter. After telling him it is not him i just hate people today she laughed, said thank you for the warning with a smile and asked how he can help. I told him I jsut received service on my car from Alternative Auto Care and they had told me that i needed a new battery, it was 5 years old, that they would be happy to replace for me while my car was in the shop. Thank goodness i said no i will get it from Batteries plus. I took the car in and Corey tested the battery for me a couple of different ways. He said no, the battery was running fine and that Interstate was a great battery to have. He saved me another $300 at least on what was already an expensive couple of weeks having my car repaired. I have been going to Batteries Plus for years and would not go anywhere else for all my batteries. Their prices are outstanding, the service is amazing! and Corey what a love. He completely turned my day around with a smile and exemplary service. If you truly want to support local or just want some phenomenal customer service go to Batteries Plus on High street just north or Morse Road. It will be the highlight of you day!!!

Today I bought a battery from Battery Plus and the store clerk came out to install it. He insisted that the original battery cover was not needed and started installing it without the cover. But he kept dropping and eventually lost one of the nuts that holds the battery in place. In the end, he finished the installation without proper parts and assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. It was truly an unprofessional behavior.

I was told to go buy batteries for my fleet elsewhere. Those Duracell batteries have been nothing but trouble and of coarse they are always out of warranty stay away from them!

I spent a wonderful half hour or so on 9-11-2023 at the Batteries Plus at 5010 N. High St. in the "Clintonville" neighborhood of Columbus.My original plan had been to visit there briefly and then to continue to my next destination. However, several wonderful things happened during my visit so I ended up staying there longer than I had been planning to. I found on their shelves several packages of a light bulb that I had assumed is no longer available. I learned [after asking a question about their ceiling lights] that there are LED light bulbs that look exactly like the old familiar fluorescent tubes [that have been discontinued] that emit the same color and brightness of light as fluorescent tubes while using far fewer watts to create that light. I had a wonderful conversation with two of their staff members about the color temperatures of light bulbs that are now measured in "Kelvin" [abbreviated as "K"]. The color temperatures of most "regular" LED light bulbs are somewhere between 2700K [warm white] and 3500K [cool white].Since I am a photographer who takes photographs that are exclusively in color, I am often affected by the color temperatures of the light bulbs that are in use while I am taking "inside" photographs.If you are looking for a great selection of batteries and other supplies and you are looking for friendly and knowledgeable staff members, I strongly recommend Batteries Plus.

I've been there a couple of times when I needed specific use batteries and lights. Always very helpful.Yesterday I needed a bunch of battery back up (UPS) batteries. They were very helpful in directing me to the ones that were best suited for my needs.

Quick, efficient service for and APC back-up batteery. I called to find out if the battery I needed was in stock. I was told it was so I drove to the store and bought it. Again, the service was quick, efficient and easy. Thank you!

Staff were so helpful in helping troubleshoot a dead Camry battery, and then talking us through how to install a new one. The gentleman with the goatee and curly hair was particularly gracious about fielding multiple calls in an hour, explaining the various product/troubleshooting options and making us feel capable of the task at hand. Grateful for the good customer service at this location and for their great warranties!

They really Know (underscore) batteries. From car faubs to diabetic testing meters. It's all there.You might expect a sales pitch from the person waiting on you.UPDATE:The tattoo guy ruined my $150 Stauer water resistant watch!They do not have ANY technical knowledge. Just experiencedprying the back off to slip in a new battery!I asked for $100 b/c they ask if the watch is worth more? The guy brings his closed hand over my way; then opens his hand and said: "There's your $100." Nothing more than I can do for you!!!Please DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY batteries for your valuable time piece. Find a JEWELER!

The first impression we received from the employee who waited on us was not a good one. I don't know if he had an earlier encounter which caused him to be very put off or at least that's the look that was on his face in the tone of his voice was not great either, I asked if someone else had given him a bad time before we got there he politely said no ma'am. but! whatever was bothering him should not have been at the workplace. He was not very friendly and we were only too glad to leave once we purchased our car battery this is why I rated the company with 2 stars. The $10.00 appointment discount for having your cell phone battery replaced does not apply to business customers. This is not noted on their web page and they do not mention it ahead of time.My battery was replaced in a timely manner, but only time will tell if the replacement battery is as powerful, or will last as long between charges, as the original battery. I asked to see the old battery and was told that it had been recycled.

Website says Batteries Plus Bulbs replaces batteries in Google Pixels - even gives you pricing and the ability to make an appointment to have the battery in your Google Pixel replaced. Imagine my surprise when I walked in to inquire about the process and was rudely greeted with "we don't work on Pixels. never have. don't care what the website says."One call to corporate and that answer quickly changed to "all the repair guys at that location were out sick but we will gladly still take your money since we do have replacement batteries for Google Pixels and the staff is indeed trained to replace them".I don't work with BS. Never have. Don't care what BPB says.

For those of you question if "Customer Service" was obsolete...Batteries Plus restored my faith. Ben, one of their techs took great care of me. I needed some battery packs assembled. They took special care to be sure to assemble them to perfection. They offer many services. Check them out, the entire staff is excellent!!!

They always have the product I need in stock. The staff is knowledgeable but not pushy. I suggest you take advantage of their lifetime replacement of automobile key fob batteries.

The staff was gracious, laid back, competent and cool. I am not a techy dude, and they were not condescending and explained every possible scenario prior to the repair. The repair was done quickly and my wait was minimal. Scheduling an appointment to figure out what was wrong with my iPhone was a breeze compared to the Apple store, or any of the other repair shops I screened. Their pricing was less expensive then other stores. It was a great experience. My iPhone is my lifeline, so getting it fixed quickly and with a caring staff was way cool beans.

Excellent experience Went in last weekend to have a phone battery replaced. They needed to order it, it was ordered, they called me & I made the appointment to get it done. Took the tech an hour just like he said it would (my battery was in BAD shape). Cost a little less than quoted. Techs are all super nice & I received great customer service. I would definitely go to them again! Thanks for taking good care of me & my phone

A great store to find batteries and hard to find light bulbs. If it exists they should have it, or can order it for you. They are my go-to place for bulbs for my lave lamp. Prices are reasonable also.

Great customer service. Enjoy buying my battery online, receiving a discount, then being able to pick it up in the store with free installation. That s customer service with a plus! Plus it was so cold but the gentleman was so nice and took his time to install it and explained everything to me. Thank you for your kindness at this location!

This option was far better than the dealership. They charged less for the battery and only $10 to install it, despite the difficulty due to the configuration in my vehicle. It took him 10 minutes to do it, right out in the parking lot. And he was pleasant and polite the whole time.

Called the store to see if they had a special battery for my flashlight. Was put on a small hold and was informed of all the different brands and prices of the specific battery I was looking for. When I arrived at the store a few minutes before closing, Dominic helped me and was professional and knowledgeable of the products and helped pick out the perfect battery for valve and quality! Awesome place and great customer service. Will for sure come back for any batteries I will need in the future.

Stopped to get a replacement battery for a device. It's the same battery used for vape cartridges, BUT they have "special non-vape batteries" (it's slightly longer than standers length to disable use in vape devices). This was for a portable fan.. they didn't carry a standard size battery [I assume for safety, and I'm sure corporate will chime in with standard customer service fanfare excuses] so I'm out a drive. Not a total 1 star, because the staff was friendly and honest.

Great service, fast and friendly. They always have the correct batteries. Great selection of high end flashlights. They also are doing automotive key fobs. Oh I almost forgot they do lightbulbs too.

Had a frustrating but complicated experience.Bought an aftermarket key fob, called to make sure they'd be willing and able to program it (they had no hesitation over the phone), and brought it in to be programmed. They could only get half of it working (but charged the entire programming fee for both halves), then suggested we buy the other half of a fob from them, which we did. They then got the other half working but it wouldn't fit together with the original fob we had. When we went back a third time because it was effectively unusable, they said they don't like programming aftermarket fobs and asked us to buy the other half of the fob from them.They initially refused to refund for the incomplete fob, offering only to refund for the part they asked us to buy, and wanted to charge us full price for the incompletely programmed original fob.After arguing they refunded the entire purchase.I'd recommend them only if you're going to buy the products entirely from their store, but not if you have a product already.

Always friendly and helpful. Brought in my daughter's phone and it was repaired much faster than I expected at a lower price than competitors. I brought it here because I previously I brought in my phone with what I thought was a battery issue, and they cleaned my charging port for free and fixed my issue. This showed me their staff is trustworthy.
