I had to get my battery replaced today and Taft G assisted me. He is AMAZING!! The store was extremely busy but he was so kind and polite. I watched him juggle long lines, answering questions and helping others outside with their cars. It was extremely cold today but he happily changed my battery and a few others. Phenomenal customer service Taft. Thank YOU.

I stopped in to check prices for wiper blades for my daughters car. I was greeted so nicely by Selene, she was very helpful and awesome to talk with. The manager Dillon was such a nice guy. They both went out of their way to help my daughter out with her wiper blades, the manager even installed them and filled her washer fluid tank. I appreciate them both so much. Thank you

My mom s car would not start. I stopped in Autozone to get a charger so O could get the car started. Got it started but was about 5 minutes until the stores closed. I called and asked if I could come in even though it was almost closing time. They did not hesitate and said to bring it in. Within 20 minutes of arriving, they had the battery changed and was on my way home. Fantastic service and attitude. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

I always visit this store when I have an auto need. They are patient and helpful and the service is great. I needed a battery yesterday, and my car was not be cooperative when he replaced it. Kory was incredibly professional and made sure it was completed thoroughly. He was friendly and patient. He's a great representative of AutoZone. I will be returning!

The young gentlemen ( manager??) Was outstanding. Great customer service and knowledge. He helped me with selecting air flow cleaners and was very pleasant.

Car battery died. Second time in 3 days. Sunday morning. I called AutoZone on N. Hamilton Rd. and a nice young man assured me he had a battery and could install it. Got a jump and drove to AutoZone. Cameron was the helpful young man who was able to quickly solve my problem. This would be "normal" service, but what makes this a five star review was this man Cameron. He was conversational, professional and has a respectful demeanor. He has the rare quality of being able to put someone at ease in an otherwise "not my plan for the day" situation. Keep an eye on this guy. He is going places. You might want to give him a raise. He refused a tip.

I stopped by there to get windshield wiper blades tonight, The manger Dillion and the lady named Selene were two of the most nicest people I have ever met. Truly made my night tonight by just being great and helpful. Dillion fixed my windshield wiper blades, I was blessed today by them both. Truly outstanding !

Stopped in to see if I could get a headlight bulb replaced on New Year s Eve. Dillon knocked it out in minutes. Very friendly and super helpful.

Today I Went and bought a new bulb for my light. I asked the gentleman if he could install it for me because I don t know how he was very nice about it and he said that he does not know how either he s only been there three weeks so he asked the manager, the manager just shook his head. No, he didn t make no customer interaction with me or anything I have always asked for help at AutoZone for things, but a different locations. This was the only location that declined to help especially from a manager. I ll let the kid know that I would never go back to that AutoZone again.

The gentleman I work with was so quick and easy in replacing my battery. He did the diagnostic test and got me a new battery placed in my car in less than 20 minutes might I add in the rain. I d come here in a heartbeat if I need something else in the future!

Had the pleasure of meeting employee Musheer tonight when I went in to purchase brake fluid for my 1999 Honda Accord. He was extremely patient and kind considering I am a senior citizen and not savvy on auto care. He took the time to put the brake fluid into the engine after the sale. I really appreciate his efforts! He should be recognized as Employee of the Month!

I ve been to this location several times. Most recently for Wiper blades . Customer Service looked up the type of blades I needed took me too them and was helpful with the best parts for my vehicle. They also offered to install the blades for me ! Which was awesome! They ve done the exact same thing with me for batteries and such ! Every time I visit the customer service is top notch

Shout out to Kyle. Friendly and helpful. He was great in helping with my battery issue. Had to get it replaced, but tester wasn't working 100% right. But, he handled it well and we got it sorted out.Felt like the guys were treating me like a normal dude and not someone to make money off of. Well done, guys! A+

These workers are the best out of any Auto Zone . I'm in their so much they make you feel like your family. Lol But for real they do and they will go that extra mile for you every time ...They make me feel like if I don't stop in everyday to buy something like my day is not complete without stoping in their. Just a real great bunch of woman and men with vast knowledge who work their and I would say the 161 store is by far the best out of everyone I've been to over the years , always the same faces their that u can rely on.. thanks

Jasmine P. was great. I had a frustrating battery placement and she was super pleasant and very patient. I would definitely return for her help in the future. She was also an awesome help in selecting a proper battery. A great asset to the organization!!!

Car battery died, got a jump, and drove to Westerville AutoZone store. Store manager found my hard-to-find battery, but took the additional step to make sure it wasn't dated - which it was. She then went on line and and found another at the New Albany AutoZone store where the battery was waiting for my arrival. Store personnel quickly replaced my dead battery with a new one and gave me credit for the cores. Customer service at both stores was first rate. Employees were courteous, dressed appropriately and were most professional. I would not hesitate recommending AutoZone to anyone and will make sure to visit the next time I am in dire need or maybe sooner!

I purchased a headlight bulb in another city at another Auto Zone location but wasn t able to have it installed. I saw this location in passing and decided to stop in. Terrell came out to see if he could install it with no questions asked. He had it I stalled in a matter of minutes and his customer service was superb. I really appreciate this so I had to write a review!

Great store but one of the employees is rude rings me up and doesn t ask me how I wanted my receipt and just walks away and starts talking to someone else while my receipt is printing and didn t bother coming back. had to reach over the counter and grab it myself

Bought a battery that I didn't end up using and when I returned it they didn't refund core charge. Checked the receipt and went back in to get my money and after they finished talking trash to another customer they begrudgingly gave me my money back. Would not shop here again.
