When I came in I believe the manager was busy with a customer so I went in looking for the part I needed and when I couldn't find it I stood in line and the manager had asked another employee to help me then he could clock out while said employee was literally running to try to leave already so I told him & showed him what I was looking for and let him know I had already looked for it on the floor and couldn't find said part and he doesn't look at me for more than 2 seconds and directs me to the tool Isle and I told him I wasn't looking for a tool so are you sure this part will be over there because like I said I have already check the floor and he said yes yeah that's it right there and disappeared.Needless to say it Was Not In That Isle, but I already know that so I just left .I'm almost 100% sure I know more about cars, the parts that they may need than this kid and let me tell you that's really saying something especially about someone who works in an auto parts store!!From now on we will drive a little bit more to the West broad location that's by Wilson Rd because there employees at least know what they are doing and can help you instead of misdirecting you!

We came in to get two parts and you guys said you don t have either even though it did say so online and yall sent us to another store saying they had it. So we went and they had one of the parts but not the other. They asked what store sent us so we told them and they called you guys to double check if you really didn t have it and sure enough you guys did. They told us yall always send people to them for whatever reason. So we came back to you guys and yall were rude and said the part just came in as if we ordered it but really yall were to lazy to go look. We were gone 30 minutes there was no ordering. What a waste of time. Some of your employees were crying the first time we went to each other about how yall get paid bad but why should you get paid more if yall don t do your job

For a big store the line can get a lil long, but don't let it detour you from getting what you need ! The cashier's get it moving pretty quickly... It was the only store to have my part on hand, price was more than double but they had it, now I'm mobile again... Thanks AutoZone!!!

Came here to get new brake rotors because THEY gave me the wrong ones. I knew they were wrong when I opened them at home. They told me they couldn't do an exchange for the right rotors and pads. Went 5 minutes down they street and they fixed it no problem. Always a problem at this auto zone. Don't not come here and waste your time. The employees don't know anything.

I went in looking for some odd parts, I have a 1992 Ford F-150 and a 1974 Ford e300. The woman behind the counter was able to locate all the parts I needed but unfortunately only about half of them were available in the store. The rest I would have to order. Considering it's the Friday before Christmas and my vehicles are at least 30 years old that is not a big deal.She also went and got the dielectric grease is needed and helped me figure a battery issue as well.Great customer service and very patient. Recommend.

I had a great experience, I am a new driver and I wanted wiper blades. I had issues with the driver sides blade and I was told I could just buy one for that side. I had no idea I could buy just one.. I was really happy about that . This nice lady that help me out I totally forget her name , she even put them on for me because I am clueless has to how I put them on, great worker , I was very satisfied with my visit , I will definitely recommend this location .

This store is a joke. Employees working here no nothing. Purchased 2 Bosch icon wiper blades on line. Picked them up today only to see that they gave me 1 icon wiper and 1 envision wiper blade. Went back in to show them mistake. Turns out they only had 1 icon wiper blade. So I guess they figured just give him an envision wiper blade for the other one. Nope. Refund my card. No apology just dopey face workers. Nerver again AutoZone. Terrible customer service

Was there today for help with my rear windshield wiper. I was sold one by another place and it wouldn t work and they told me I needed a whole new arm. I m sorry I didn t get the salespersons name but they were fantastic! Found the wiper quickly and even put it on and made sure it worked before I even paid. They also replaced the cover. You can bet I ll be going here again if I need any other parts or just have a question. 10 star service!!! Thank you!!

I just want to let you know that's Carol Garcia at 5401 W broad st store in Columbus Ohio is one of the best workers I have dealt with at AutoZone. She is the only one that speaks Spanish there and will give above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. I had s broken arm and she changed the batteries on my diesel truck without hesitating and after she attended me I watched her with several other Spanish customers while the non Spanish speaking employees just kept ignoring them or pointing them down to her. You need more workers like her! She always has smile on her face and takes care of her customers and is very knowledgeable on parts. She deserve s a raise and recognition for doing what she does. I continue to buy from AutoZone because of people like her at store 0782

I have never had bad service until yesterday when the girl with huge nails audibly regretted not calling off because my parts were too heavy. I've had better service at a ghetto mcds. We did not buy the parts in the end. Horrible experience

Having issues with my battery. They weren't able to test alternator or starter because my battery was so bad. I purchased a new battery at what I thought was a great price. They installed it for me on the spot. They were able to then test the other things that tested with no problems. The staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable and I no longer have to worry whether my car is going to start or not. Was in and out in about 1/2 hour and I liked that too. I reccomend.

I've been to many Auto Zones around the Columbus area this was definitely my best experience. The staff was FRIENDLY, they didn't act like I made them mad just by being there. And they gave me great service.

Came to get a battery for my truck. The woman who began helping me got a call on her cell phone and left to go have a conversation. The man who took over tried hard but in the end said that I would need to go to their other location to get one. Instead I went to a competitor a block away and got the same or better battery for about $50 less. I have been here other times and had helpful service, but I have occasionally left disappointed.

Awesome customer service! Brandon removed my brake light to be certain of replacement bulb needed, located it for me on the store shelf, quickly checked me out and then replaced it. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. Highly recommend.

Hard to get waited on. Called to have a part set aside but nobody knew what I was talking about when I arrived. Not a big deal but instead of asking every person working if they knew about the call why not simply solve it and pull the part instead of it being an elaborate fiasco.

I had such an amazing customer service experience here today! Actually it started yesterday... after a long day and having to replace 3 batteries I was done, so when the blower motor in my truck decided to stop working on the coldest day of the year I called auto zone..Allen answered my call, and told me he would have my part ready. As soon as I bought it I turned around and returned it because my other half informed me it was working again....jokingly Allen said I would.be back and sure enough I was this morning... as soon as I came in he had a huge smile and welcomed me. I got the blower and set off to replace it. When I released I didn't have a tool to transfer a screw over I called auto zone to see if I could use a tool to finish the job. Without hesitation Allen responded yes...(huge sigh of relief) thankful because I was 20mins from home and 1 minute from auto zone. I brought both blower motors in and he switched the bolt over for me.. he went above and beyond.. I cannot even begin to explain the awesome customer service experience he gave me. They dont have many people that go that far to help a customer. After that I returned another time for a part and he had no problem explaining what to look for, and a few helpful tips. He even helped find a socket that I purchased to finish the job. Huge thank you to Allen for being friendly, kind, and going way above and beyond. It is appreciated so much!

I had amazing service from Brandon. I had already been to 3 different auto parts stores that day and they were absolutely no help. Brandon came out and helped me take out the bulbs that were out (I have a Hyundai Elantra and doing anything to fix it is a task) he took out the old bulbs and found replacements and even gave me a discount! I was so thankful for him. I will definitely be back here if I ever need anymore help with my vehicle!! Thanks again Brandon!!

Usually a pretty decent location with good service but recently I have had 2 bad experiences in a row, both of which involved returns. I went in to return some parts I previously ordered on the auto-zone website. The employee who was there (a very heavy set African American) was very rude & told me they didn t do returns from out of state & how I even got ahold of parts from Tennessee. Like I obviously got them off the website who knows what state they came from (not that it s really any of his business) I have the receipt & unused parts in hand, that s what should matter. This man then goes on to look at my receipt for the longest time to end up asking another employee if they can do this return which they respond with of course we can he then actually does his job scans the barcode on the receipt does my return and places my new receipt on the counter for me to take, can t even hand it to me, Lol hope your day gets better dude.

I came here around 8:50 P.M Sunday 1/16/22, about 10 mins before they close . Even though they were about to close up for the night , the staff on duty took care of me and made sure I got what I needed . I really appreciate that , especially driving in the heavy snow that was coming down . Thanks and I ll be sure to keep this store in mind next time I need something for my car.

Came in with a troubleshooting question. My car wouldn't start. Without running a diagnostic they send me to some backyard garage to get it fixed, saying to have the part delivered to the guy (didn't mention a hefty delivery fee). The mechanic himself was nice and helpful though Cost me 240$ AND it's not even fixed.Very unhappy, will seek other stores from now on.

No issue getting in and out but knew what I was going for and didn t need assistance. It was unfortunate though that none of the employees were wearing masks (unless you count the ones around their necks) although there s a huge sign on the door saying that customers are required to wear one. I totally support infection control but what s the point when the person handing me my change/products/receipt is breathing all over them first?

Came in to get new brake lights for my Nissan Altima and the associate Brandon F not only got me the correct bulbs but installed them for me, free of charge. Appreciate his help, especially after advanced auto parts said they wouldn t do it & my garbage wanted to charge me 50$. Give that man a raise, stat! Will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases.
