Really grateful for the staff, especially Derrick (no idea if that's the right spelling). Took my car in today to replace my battery, and it was unfortunately fairly corroded and difficult to get out. Derrick took the extra time to remove the corrosion and clean around it, as well as explain to me what he was doing and why, and help me understand what to do in the future and how to fix it. He then made sure to test the battery and my alternator before I left. Very happy with my experience!

I had a frustrating experience with the AutoZone store, primarily due to an employee named Tomas L. As soon as I approached the store, he asked me, "What do you need?" I explained that I wanted to return a filter and purchase motor oil. He immediately asked if I have a receipt. I told him I don't, but I have an AutoZone account. His response was quite hostile :no return without a receipt!! I became upset as well and I told him that I've previously returned items using only my phone number also I mentioned that one of the empolyee had given me the wrong filter in a prior transaction, which clearly wasn't my fault. It was only then that he seemed to back down, perhaps realizing that I had noticed his badge. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied with the service at this AutoZone location.

I had a very strange experience with this location. Last week I went to buy a headlight bulb replacement and the employee who offered to replace it ended up damaging my vehicle. He broke the connection from the inside lever to open the hood of the car. He also said some things about my boyfriend having small hands and called me "mama" and was generally unprofessional. My boyfriend was with me and he ended up replacing the bulb because the employee was unable to. The employee apologized for the damage and we left. I then called and talked to the store manager Thomas about the damage and after some back and forth the district manager called me and agreed to me bringing in the invoice from the mechanic I use. Today I went to get reimbursed at the store as the district manager had told me to. The woman working the register started yelling at me about how my boyfriend had been bumping into and touching the original employee and saying I would not be fully reimbursed. This was news to me because we were pretty non-confrontational about the damage issue and my boyfriend definitely was not in physical contact with any employee. An assistant manager named Gus also came and started repeating the same story and raising his voice as well. I understand wanting to defend your coworker but this was really uncomfortable and the story about my boyfriend was not true at all- he is not the type of guy to get physical with anyone. They told me they didn't do reimbursements this way and I explained that I had been in contact with the district manager and then they finally stopped yelling at me. The actual store manager by the name of Jason came out and had them initiate the reimbursement. They owed me $58.50 and gave me $58.25 because they didn't have enough quarters. I left and called the customer support line and communicated the inappropriate yelling and accusations. I knew the employees here were unprofessional but I did not expect to have them raise their voices at me and make up situations that aren't true. Super weird place and I definitely would not recommend coming here.

Nicest man ever helped me out in the lot when my car died out there before they even opened this morning, recommended me a shop near by that I could get to without power steering and told me who to ask for. Will probably always go back to this autozone as long as I live in the area!

I had invented a stiff holder for my iPad, and had attached it to a cell phone holder that attaches to an air vent, but my air vent holder broke. I went to Auto Zone to find another type of cell phone holder that I could adapt to hold my iPad. Gus helped me choose one that would connect in my CD player slot. He then got a drill, screw driver, cutter, and some screws, and took apart the holder, trimmed down the back plate, and screwed it onto the piece I had made to hold my iPad. He then attached the rest of the device I purchased, and showed me how to install it in my 17 year old Toyota. It it just the right height, it is adjustable, and I can see my navigation app while driving very well! What great, creative problem solving!

I was given the wrong wiper blades from the auto zone in taylor michigan and on my way traveling states away one of my wipers flew off while I was driving in the rain. I was able to get to this auto zone location in Columbus safely and they were happy to get me the right wipers and install them. They even put them on for me!

Car didn't start so after I got my car jumped I went to Auto Zone in Clintonville. There, they were able to test my battery right away. There was never an upsell as they tested it and told me it was looking good and made recommendations. Agusto was the guy that helped me out and he was great. Whenever I'd need something in the future, and I will, I'll head to AutoZone since I know they won't try to take advantage of me like other car places have in the past. 5 stars!

Gus saved my day. I was running an errand and my keyfob died, so I couldn t start my car. This location had the battery needed in my key, and Gus made sure it worked. Friendly and fast.

Horrible experience store manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, we got into it and he was yelling at me and being a terrible manager on the job. It was almost as if he wanted to fight me. For him to be the store manager is shocking. I warn anyone who needs to get there car checked out to go to another location. So surprised to see this type of service from autozone very dissatisfied and disappointed will never go back yo autozone again

I have found the staff helpful and polite. I generally just going in for a replacement battery, light bulb, filter, wipers, etc not really any heavy duty repair or maintenance work. The online account make orders easier to track for say battery core returns, when you don t have the old one with you at purchase. They have also offered to install the battery or helped out wiper blades on for me.

Stopped in on a rainy Monday when we realized both brake lights were burnt out. Even though they were busy, the manager took the time to switch out our bulbs and get us back on the road. Thank you for a tremendous customer service!!

Went to a different location with my dead car battery and was immediately met with "just get a new battery, we don't have a tester or charger." It was very obvious he just didn't want to help us. We came to this location instead and were given great service by Casey J and the gentleman with the grey hair and mustache. They got my battery charging for me and I was able to pick it back up in less than an hour. Thank you so much for saving me from having to buy a new battery. Money is tight right now and this made a huge difference!! Thank you.

Bryant was super helpful. I was looking for UV dye to find a coolant leak. He grabbed it for me and let me know that it can void a car's warranty if I try to find it on my own. I really appreciate the advice.

I needed some tools for a DIY car stereo installation and in the process of browsing with their help, I told the associates I had never installed a stereo before. One of them advised me to disconnect my battery before I started working in the wiring. I hadn t caught that part in the installation manual, and am so grateful he said something. In addition to a great shopping experience, going to Auto Zone saved me from risking an electrical accident. I d give them 10 stars if I could.

Derik was such a huge huge help!! My side mirror was such a hassle, but he was so patient and determined to get the new one on securely. Definitely recommend getting his help when getting things checked out! Thankful for the service of Derik and the other crew at this location!!

On Christmas Eve I woke up and my car wouldn t start, for the second day in a row (I had previously had someone jump it). I once again had it jumped, and then drove to this autozone as I had driven by it in the past. This was a day after the big storm, and the temperature was in the low single digits but they did a battery test then and there, determined I needed a new battery, and installed it for at no additional cost. It took no more than 15 minutes from when i drove up and when I left, and my car hasn t had any trouble left! I really appreciate the employees at this store, they made a stressful time a lot less stressful.

called to ask about getting my battery changed, went in 15 minutes later, then 10 minutes later my battery was changed and my car was back to normal! Richard was quick, polite, and awesome! batteries are a bit pricey but between the quick & efficient service i would absolutely recommend this autozone! :)

I received excellent service from this location. They were friendly, efficient, replaced my battery for me and had me on my way. I can't remember the guys name who helped me but he had short blondish hair? Bradley maybe? Sorry!

I have been going to this AutoZone for over a decade and I've always received kind and excellent service. Tonight, I needed a headlight replaced and within minutes it was done with a warm and wonderful smile. I've been to other AutoZones, none are like this one. Thanks for being such a great business and support to our neighborhood.

I had a low battery alert from my car and went here to get it checked. While the check said the charge was good, the battery was old and I was worried it would lose the charge so I bought a new battery. The price was reasonable and they replaced my battery for me as well. My car has the battery in a complicated location and had several parts that needed to be removed and then put back on in a specific way. I am very grateful that they did this for me, especially in 20 degree weather. Everyone that I interacted with today was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this AutoZone location.

They were awesome. I m so sad I didn t catch the name of the man who helped me but I needed new wiper blades, I was in and out with the wiper blades on my car in 7-10 minutes. He worked to make sure I got the right blades and attachments I needed and didn't try to sell me on overpriced items. Super personal and pleasant people!

This location has been very consistent with their above-and-beyond style of customer service. Every time I need help with my car or have questions, they don't hesitate to go out of their way to make sure my problems are solved. I rarely give 5 stars to a "non-local" business, but my experience today deems this place worthy to give such a rating.I would like to give a shoutout to Casey for taking his time to help me. Other places would easily shrug in my direction and tell me I'm on my own, but Casey really took the initiative to help. I'm immensely grateful and so is my car!
