Excellent service. My car battery died twice in the last two days. The team here is AWESOME. In less than 5 minutes they changed my battery under warranty. Can t ask for better service honestly.

My car was struggling to start and seeing as this was a brand new car I was really really upset. Took my car over to Autozone to get a free battery check and was met with some of the best customer service ever. I was helped by an employee named Michael! He was super knowledgeable, he ran all sorts of tests, and even used personal equipment to help get a read. He got my car started and spoke to my dad (also a mechanic) to explain what he thinks could be wrong. He gave me a rec to a place to get my issue fixed and overall he was just really kind and helpful. Another employee helped too and both of them were just so smart and really helped to calm me down because I was pretty distraught. All I can say is thank you to this place and that I m really grateful they helped me. As a woman and as someone who knows nothing about cars, it s hard to understand what s happening but he helped so much and I just felt reassured as he was doing the tests on my car.

Mike H. What a gentleman. I just bought a truck and he helped me during my visit today by politely helping me put away all of the things I thought I needed. He then told me a few tips and tricks with the new items he showed me. Very grateful to be able to go into an autozone and have someone like him help me. Give this man a raise and some PTO.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She was rude on the phone and in person. She was the first person I saw when i walked in and instantly put me in a bad mood with her unfriendly demeanor. However , the two male workers were very friendly and helpful! Hopefully they can train her so future visits are pleasant.

My teenage daughter had a dead battery. AAA gave her a jump and told her to go to the nearest O Reillys or Autozone to get the battery charged. (Bear in mind, she s never had to deal with this before, her phone was about to die and she was afraid she was going to break down and be stranded with no phone and no help so she was a bit panicked). She went to O Reillys bc it was closest, and the guy rudely told her he was the only one there and couldn t help her. I called Autozone to see if someone there could help. Jeffrey answered and said they would do whatever they could to help her (and that she could even use his charger to charge her phone.) When she got there Jeffrey and someone else were already waiting for her, looked at her car, and ultimately told her she was good and didn t even need a charge. Most importantly, they were kind to her and made her feel safe. Sometimes that s all someone needs (especially a panicked teenage girl). I will be sending her to this Autozone for anything she needs for her car from here on out and would recommend the same to anyone else, especially parents of college students who dont yet know how to deal with these issues when they pop up. Thank you Jeffrey and everyone else at the W. 5th Autozone!

I've had good experience with people working there. But I had a bad experience about battery quality.I bought a battery in Feb 2022 from AutoZone. On Nov 12th, my battery died unexpectedly. I was able to start it again with cable. AutoZone checked it everything was ok. On Nov 13th, I went to Toyota where it failed the test. I had to buy a new battery :-(So I'm not quite sure what to think about AutoZone products (people working there are fantastic).

Bill "helped" my partner and I today, and treated us like we were complete idiots. He was very short and snippy with us. I think a lot of people come into this store nervous because they don't know exactly what they're looking for, or how to find it. Every other AutoZone I've been to, the employees treat me with respect, but today Bill made us feel like we didn't belong there and like we weren't worth his time. Hope he gets the help he needs, and has the day he deserves!

Ramsey to the rescue! I came in to get a battery replaced in my key fob, and Ramsey was very kind and helpful. I am inept when it comes to cars/electronics, and he very patiently helped me replace the battery, even as all the little pieces/buttons fell out and had to be put back in. I probably would have thrown everything across the room, but he took his time and got it all put back together. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Michael was incredibly helpful! Was traveling for work when my car said my key fob had low battery. Wasn t going to be traveling home for a few more days, meaning it was a now problem to fix. My husband suggested I stop into Autozone to buy the new battery. As I was checking out, I happened to ask if any of the guys there knew how to install the new battery in my fob. Michael did! He took the time to do the 10-minute project and even went out to my car to check that everything went back into place correctly. I can t expect better service. Thank you, Columbus Autozone!

I'm giving employee Bill and this store 5 stars with my recent experience. I need headlight bulbs for my 2015 Dodge Dart. I order then online. I thought it was this location but for some reason Google recommended E. 5th instead of W. 5th. The website said that E.5th had the bulbs in stock and guaranteed they would be ready by 11am the next day. E. 5th did not have them in store and 2 days later my order still wasn't ready and the store clerk told me they couldn't transfer the order to another store and didn't offer to give me my money back. That is a complete lie or misinformation. I went into W. 5th on Sunday they had the bulbs in stock talk to employee Bill and told him my situation after I thought that this was the original store I order. He told me I originally order from E. 5th but he was very knowledgeable of the system and said he would transfer the order here and give me the part. He jus had to confirm it wasn't already canceled. In a nut shell Bill was experience and very helpful with the inconvenience E. 5th had made with there misinformation. I recommend this store or the one located on 5498 N. Hamilton Rd. I had made frequent stop and purchases from these store and never had a problem and great smooth service. The one on E. 5th is hot garage and I will not do business at that one. Don't waste your time and money.

Have had some weird car issues and as someone who knows nothing about cars, they were the MOST helpful. I had quickly looked up their address to see how close they were, but immediately decided to go to them based on the few amazing reviews I saw and they did not disappoint. So, so, so helpful!Will definitely be returning!

I purchased wiper blades for my 2022 Honda Civic, without knowing how difficult they are to change. Wes initially helped me and then Juan came to help and after about 25 minutes, Juan was able to get them both on. I can t say enough how great they both were and took their time and helped me more than they know. Thank you both!

This is such a great store. AL helped enormously! He saved me a goodAmount of money by testing my battery. Turns out it was 100% fine, rather than functioning at 11% like the AAA contractor told me. I will be a loyal customer for life!

I was recently at this AutoZone and am so impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. Isacc, one of the employees, was so helpful and replace both of my car headlights which was not easy to do. He went out of his way to assist me and was very personable. He should get a promotion/ huge raise! I will continue to come to this AutoZone for my future needs and am excited to recommend it to my friends and family!

I have had some recent car troubles that led me to go see AutoZone after being towed. The staff were professional, fun and very helpful! I bought a new battery but my Equinox required so many things just to get the old battery free. The staff worked for 30 minutes to get my battery replaced and were so helpful in explaining everything. I bought them lunch. I hope that is allowed. They deserve a raise. Cedrick and Isaac will be the reason I go back for anything my car ever needs in the future. Thanks again!

Good customer service! Had to special order wiper blades, they arrived next day to the store. The store manager put them on for me in minutes. On my way with clear windshield. Appreciate the great service!

The gentleman who was there (I am assuming a manager based upon the color of his shirt) was extremely friendly! I was trying to find what I needed on my own and he saw me struggling and politely engaged. He did not make me feel inferior because I do not know much about cars like other Auto Zone employees do. We laughed and joked for a bit. He really made my experience a great one!

Store 4589 has been an asset to the community since it opened. I am consistently impressed by the expertise of the staff with their support and experience.Most recent Kyle helped my toddler and I with some Friday afternoon car trouble. Thankful for the continued support and help in the community!

I walked in and desperately needed new wiperblades. As I was standing going thru the book trying to find my sizes, Wesley called over and said "Ma'am, come on up, I'll look your sizes up". So I walked up to the counter and he figured out what I needed for my car, after we walked over to the wipers and found a pair. During the checkout he said that he'd get them placed on for me. Which honestly, I was shocked for a moment, I thought I was going to have to watch a YouTube video how to (don't judge me ). He put them on for me & I am so pumped for new blades!! Wesley is a top knotch employee, extremely humble and so incredibly nice. I WILL be back if I need any more automotive care. This was such a great experience. Give Wesley a raise.

Just got my battery checked and replaced. Also recently got my headligh bulbs and turn signals from them. Always professional and courteous. They make dealing with a stressful vehicle situation fun and less stressful. Can't say enough about this place.
