I went to AutoZone today at 3636 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The store manager that assisted my senior mother and I was Dee Dee. When I say see was EXCEPTIONAL it is an understatement. She went above and beyond in assisting us and it was truly a blessing! She actually helped us take our battery out of the car (which was buried underneath the hood), put the new battery back in, and everything in between. From the moment my mother contacted the store and spoke with Dee Dee on the phone, she said DeeDee was a breath of fresh air and because my Mom is a senior she offered to assist her in any way she could. During a time in the world where customer service has declined Dee Dee has shown us that there are those employees out there that truly care! Thank you Dee Dee for your commitment, professionalism and exceptional customer service it has truly made a difference!!

I walked in, explained to the lady what all I needed for my truck, with no complaints, and a line as well, she went and got all of the things I needed, and even helped my 5 year old granddaughter and I carry everything out to my car. She was GREAT! However all the men I seen in there, they seemed as if they were standing around with their hands in their pockets, not knowing what to do, which really wasn't fair to the customers that were behind me, but my visit was A+++

Some of the store employees were not wearing face mask and those wearing them only cover their chins. No social distancing protocols despite rising cases of covid-19 in Columbus.

Horrible experience with Bree who said I'm doing you a favor by serving you...I'm supposed to be off right now and told me to go to next cashier, CSR # 15 Older gentleman then helped me and was just as bad he left me at the cash register and didn't tell me what he was doing and was already at my car trying to get the bulb out at which time he couldn't get it out or put the new one in. I got bulb out and 3rd employee came by and assisted me and finished putting it in for me. I will not be purchasing anything from this AutoZone again.

Michael B was amazing! Help me finally find the correct wipers for my car and even put them on for me... Not an easy task for my car with 3 different lengths and different attachment setups! Took several attempts for him to get the right ones for the right price, but he was patient, friendly, understanding and so very helpful.Absolutely outstanding service! I 100% recommended this location as I saw other associates helping other customers.One of the all-time best, stress-free experiences I've had at an auto supply store (of which I've had many)

I gave this place a 5 star only, because of DD, she is so professional at her work. Please autozone promote her to higher position she really deserves more. One of the workers was given me hard time and she came in and handle it professionally. WOOW that really made my day.

Excellent Customer Service!!! David and Billy M (store managers) went above and beyond in helping me in my situation!! My car battery died unexpectedly and they were able to get my battery replaced. This was an emergency and they were able to help me out. They are always willing to help and truly care about their customers.Very professional and knowledgeable regarding cars. Best mechanics in town!!

The manager always seems to me in a mood. He is very judgemental and acts like he knows everything and is better than you. He doesn't smile nor does he seem to like any of his customers.

Awesome neighborhood Auto Zone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff there to greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Place is stocked with everything you'll need for your ride. I especially love that they always have sales and stuff for popular items. The only thing I personally don't like about this location is the LOCATION because trying to make a left turn onto Cleveland Ave is a true NIGHTMARE when leaving this place in the middle of the day. BUT.....Other than that, come in here and let these folks help you.

My daughter car stopped so I had to drive 3 hours to Columbus to fix it. I stopped at this location to get a part because they opened at 8am earlier then anyone else. 8:05am doors were open. Myself and another customer walked in and was stopped at the door my a younger guy eating his breakfast at the counter. He told us that they weren't opened yet because all of their systems were down. He followed us to the door and locked it behind us laughing. As I was pulling off He had sat back down to finish his breakfast. I drove to the nearest autozone which was 3 miles down the road. They were opened so I asked them were the system down this morning. They said no. I told them what the other location said and they laughed and said. Yes that sounds like that location.

I called store 0764 and spoke with the most polite lady ever. She treated me as if she knew me. She looked up my part even though I had no clue what it was and told me to come on up. I flew up there and the guy coworker advised me she was looking for my part!! Not even knowing if I was really going to come. She came around that corner with my part she was so happy with me and I really appreciated her. She has no clue as to what I had been through today and still doesn't know how much she changed my day!!! Thank you auto zone store 0764 for ceceillia m.. I greatly appreciate her!! Hopefully she get to see this!

Little miss Katie upfront needs to seriously consider her job in customer service and learn to not absolutely scream at all her customers. She had everyone in the storing second guessing their purchases.

My experience was amazing, I went to three Advanced auto zone and I was appalled at my experience there seeing that they were trying to make me do their job so when I came to this Auto Zone, David the manager went above and beyond to assist me. David was a pure gentleman as was his coworkers amoungest him. Billy was exceptionally awesome simply because he did more than his job asked of him. Each and every time I called or came into the store I was greeted with respect and joy, I was assisted in a timely manner and I got the BEST deals in Columbus. Thank you to T.J. She was very nice to me on the phone when I was calling for a price quote. Thank you to all the team members who treats every customer as I was treated. I love my Black and Latino/Latina brother s and sisters up in there and I will definitely come back and refer ppl I know to shop there because my experience was definitely a memorable one. Thank you again to Billy and David. Redd will miss y all.

I've been going to this Auto Zone for many, many years. Not once did I ever have a problem until today. I was irrationally accused of shoplifting. I originally came into the store looking for a particular cleaning product, but couldn't find it. So I spent the remainder of my time just browsing through some aisles. Nothing caught my interest, so I left. Seconds after leaving the building, I was approached by an employee who told me that someone claimed I pocketed something. Without a shred of evidence I was accused of this. As a customer who's been to this location for many years, I must say I was actually offended and in disbelief by this accusation. Now I have to give the employee some credit, cause I'm familiar with him, and he approached me about this in a calm and reasonable manner. But still, it was embarrassing and uncalled for. I will never return to this location. Disappointed.

This is one of my favorite branches. The agents here are ridiculously helpful and friendly. They are all knowledgeable in general and the lines always seem to move quickly. 4 out of my 4 last visits to AutoZone were to this location - Great job guys!

This store came through clutch for me. My battery was bad, smelling and I needed to get it taken care of right away to continue to Lyft drive. The store manager was military like myself and provided great customer service. Thanks again David.Mo

The staff is super helpful and went out of their way for me! I came in to find a replacement part for my broken windshield wiper but ended up buying the wrong part. Once I realized, I got some help from an Autozone staff member, a really nice gentleman who s name I forgot, and he came out to my car and tightened the bolt to fix the wiper! I will definitely be back for any other minor car fixes.
