I went to this location to get a headlight for my car and was greeted by an employee named James A. He greeted me with a smile on his face ready to help me. We conversed as he helped me sign up and look for my light and also came out to put the light in for me. It was not that it was apart of his job. But the fact he did it with passion behind him because he love what he does. I want to say thank you James! Your presence is amazing.

Made an order online, one single part was out.They upgraded me to the next best thing for no charge. Great manager. Very happy and will happily come back and do future business. Appreciate them taking care of me and my order.

This team is amazing! Benny helped out my husband's band that is traveling through Columbus for the night on tour from Colorado. He went above and beyond to get the part they needed for the generator on their tour bus. Recommend them highly, such wonderful customer service!

I knew my by-now-ancient wiper blades had shredded the last time I tried to use the washer fluid to clear my windshield, and I *meant* to get them replaced, but it slipped my mind. At least, until the other day when the first sprinkling ahead of a major thunderstorm front began falling.I pulled over and called my husband at work, and he told me to head to the nearest Auto Zone and they'd take care of it for me. (I'm 60+ with mobility issues and can no longer do these things myself.) After a very brief wait, the gentleman behind the counter looked up the sizes my car needed, walked me to the display, gave me a brief admonishment that blades should be changed twice a year (for winter and summer), and then recced a mid-range set that he claimed he'd use on his own truck. They were less expensive than the ones I'd looked up at Amazon and then forgot to order.He also took them outside once the sale had been completed and mounted them for me, even though the rain was beginning to pick up again. He had every opportunity to upsell to an old lady who seemingly would know no different, or even pretend there was an installation charge.Instead, he was completely honest, efficient, and also at least bilingual as I watched him interact in detail with other customers in a language common between them. An employee with such experience, technical knowledge, and a deft hand with a range of customers is worth his weight in gold!

John was very helpful in choosing the best option for our windshield wipers, light bulbs, and headlight restoration kit! He went out of his way to help us replace the windshield wipers as well. Very caring than you John!

The only reason I made it to pick up my daughters was due to how efficient and knowledgeable Joseph was in getting my dead battery replaced. It s been a while since I ve had to visit this store and it s great knowing they have such competent and capable staff. I hope I don t have to see him again under the same circumstance, but I will head back to them just because he was a lifesaver so to speak. Thank you Joe.

Timothy the store manager was an absolute delight to work with. I had battery troubles and I don t have much knowledge on cars, but he immediately knew the better battery for my car and even helped me install it. Saved me a lot of troubles and I couldn t be more thankful. Best service I ve ever had. Would highly recommend this location.

I loved the service I received from Timothy & Dominique & John. I walked in not knowing what I needed and they didn t hesitate to walk out to my car and do a full inspection. I normally am a quiet person but the conversation flowed so comfortably, we laughed, joked, and smiled the entire time. I got exactly what I needed with a discount! I ll be back because of them!

The store manager Adele (? Wearing a mask couldn t hear name) was AMAZING! He was patient and sweet even when my card s chip wasn t working. He was sure to reassure me that it wasn t the money in my account and printed out each receipt to prove I wasn t charged. He was personable and kind. Would absolutely go back!

About 2 weeks had a ratchet head stuck in place and needed removed. After explaining my problem, the employee, explained exactly what I needed and told me how removed the tool.The tool broke which he readily replaced since it was a warranted part. The best customer service I ever received in any type or retail.They went WAY WAY over any type of except help.

One of the worst autozone I've ever visited! First, one of their sales person doesn't listen to you at all and do his own things. I had a $25 off coupon loaded on my account and despite me pointing numerous times that it hasn't applied, he argued and argued with me. After I got the receipt from him, I tried explaining again to him and he still insisted that everything was done correctly and I'm just new to the country and doesn't exactly understand this. Asked him that what kind of battery it takes and he refused to help me saying that he doesn't know and can't open it to see what kind of battery it takes. I'd be writing corporate about this guy.

Didn't say hello or even try to help when we were waiting for them. We had to help ourselves. All they did was talk bad about customers who were rude to them but they were probably right to since they are bad at their jobs. Walked in the workers were not helping but were too busy talking to school other.

Got my lifetime warranty for my breaks. Bought my rotors... the young man name Romance carried all of my stuff to my car. Great costumer service!!! Haven't seen CS in a long time. Well done young man.

Easy enough to get to but I was disappointed that they wouldn't help with replacing the light bulb. Nowadays, most auto parts stores assist with replacing things like bulbs, wipers, etc. But this gal wasn't that helpful. She really didn't seem like she knew want she was doing or had the confidence to do the job.

I had A sway bar linkage that went to my 2004 Honda Element that was mistakenly purchased and wasn't needed. The team at the Hilliard Ohio location helped me by not only refunding me my item,but they were able to do it without my receipt,( by looking it up in the computer) they also stayed open until 2 minutes before closing time just to attend to my needs! Thanks a million!!!

The staff here is incredibly helpful. Everytime I have gone in for parts, they always have whay I meed instock and reqdy to go. Their prices are great and I'm really looking forward to getting more stuff from them in the future!

This location hours are until 9 pm. I arrived at 8:44pm to pick up a part they stated they had in stock on the phone. I watched them lock the door as I exited my vehicle. I went to the door and stood until they unlocked it. Many people arrived after me AutoZone and it was the store manager locking the door early. The part was showing in stock but not found in the store. This happens frequently. I asked if they would call the Broad St Store that is open 24 hours to check if they had the part in stock. He said the computer says they do and they won't answer. The computer also said they had one. He reluctantly called and was put on hold. I was as well on my cell phone. It is now 9:27 and I am still on hold.

I work for AutoZone and this location is a disgrace. We re supposed to greet the customers when they walk in and nobody greeted me. I waited at the counter to check out and ended up having to call someone from the back. It just happened to be the manager on duty and he had an attitude like I was bothering him. Pitiful.

It was a 30 minute wait in line because they said they had a part on their in-store system and it was not there. There was people standing around doing nothing I mean employees, while there was a line for that long and they did not single played in their phones
