Very friendly and professional. Went to them twice, first time for a check engine light, second time after hitting a pothole. Gave a very honest estimate for the catalytic converter and did not charge for the inspection. Will definitely visit them again!

Sent in a contact form using their website about a week ago and have yet to receive a response.Edit:27 minutes after my review they sure responded very quickly. Instead of just reaching out and saying they missed the email, they responded with this very aggressive email in return. Verbatim;"HiApparently I missed an email, and it made you (not a customer of mine) leave a negative review on google. Thanks for that.DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.I do not deal with impatient people, and especially people who are quick to leave negative attitudes towards me and my small 2 man operation. We strive for perfection, not quick responses and repairs. Your phone broke? Can t text message or make a call?? Kindly find another shop in Columbus to fix your car, I will not.Again, thanks for the review, hope you find what you re looking for elsewhere."Honestly hilarious, I was not planning to contact again anyway but just wanted to add this so others can see how they respond when called out on their lack of communication. There was more than enough turn around time considering how quickly they sent their email response to the review. It would have been an easier fix to just say they missed the email so I could have understood and removed my negative review in the first place but oh well.

Exceeded my expectations! Personable, responsive, honest, trustworthy, phenomenal service! I can't say enough good things about this place. My car had been sitting un-drivable for ~8 months. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced my alternator, replaced my battery, and did an oil change all at an affordable price. My car has been driving smoothly ever since. I curb-checked really hard to avoid an accident. I was worried I'd damaged my car. Took it in and they inspected it fully for damage. There wasn't any, and they didn't charge me for the inspection.I had my brake lines done here in the past. Reasonably priced and great at communicating.

I can't recommend All Hours Automotive enough. They offer fast, reliable service at extremely fair rates. They seem to be a very honest and trustworthy company. They did great work on my car and accidentally changed my oil with full synthetic and didn't charge me at all for it. I've been here multiple times and I've always had a great experience.

I always appreciate the service provided by Justin and his colleagues. Oil changes and free advice are a specialty!! I highly recommend them.UPDATED August 2023:In addition to oil changes, Justin was able to install a newer stereo/streaming system (all bells & whistles) to replace my FJammer -- he advised me to go to Crutchfield to purchase and I was satisfied with the Kenwood product and the very capable installation by All Hours......Services: Electrical, Oil change

DON T TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. Justin is the best! He always calls back with updates on your vehicle in a timely manner. Honest about what needs to be done. THIS is how you do customer service right. Took my car into multiple shops around Columbus and this is the only place I trust. All hours is awesome! Was recommended by a friend who's been going there for years. I had a part that my car needed, it was ordered right away, had to wait a week for them to take care of it, but I could still drive it so it was all right. Just had to pay for the part, they said only took a few minutes to put on so didn't charge for labor. They are very fair and nice and honest! Justin very nice knowledgeable! Justin has been great over the past 2.5 years I've been with All Hours. Very helpful, honest and isn't like other mechanic franchises that just try to scam you for as much money as possible. I've used this shop for several vehicles and several types of repairs. All hours staff have 100% given me more than I've expected every time. I'm always impressed at the knowledge and understanding of how to provide the best service to the customer based on their wants. as someone who does most of their own car maintenance, I appreciate the honesty at which they have approached repairs and quotes. They have always finished on budget and within the time they appraised the work for, many times even beating deadlines. the best outcome is to overdeliver and without question I would trust this shop to do exactly that.

Justin and his crew are great. Very knowledgeable staff. Honorable mechanics. Hard workers. I've been going here for about 6 years now. Fair pricing. Every friend/family member I send here walk out extremely satisfied. Make sure you schedule an appointment early, they're busy and for a good reason. Cannot say enough great things about this shop and very happy I stumbled upon them!

This is a very honest shop! Great staff, great service. I have all my brakes, tires changed there and will recommend my friends go there as well.Recently my car got some vibration problem, and I took it there to let them take a look. There can be so many parts that's causing the problem. They saw oil leaked from the axial shaft and based on experience thought it was the axial shaft. However, after changed that part, the vibration did not go away.One of the owner, Justin, was very honest with me about the issue and let me have a month time to see if the problem get better, WITHOUT charging me any money. Later on, we found it was the transmission issue and they did not mention anything about the previous axial shaft cost.Although the vibration was not fixed first time, it is not fair to say they are at fault, because it is a complecated issue, and within a short given time, I understand it happens. But their attitude is very honest with their customer and they offer great professional service with affordable price.

I'm new to Columbus and decided to go here b/c the reviews are great and Justin was really helpful on the phone. Justin did not disappoint! Everywhere else I checked out charged 75+ for diagnostics alone but Justin doesn't charge for an estimate. It turns out one of my hoses was just lose and so he popped it back in. Even though his team took time out of their day to take a look at my car, he wasn't even going to charge for that b/c it was such an easy fix. Such a pleasant surprise! I really appreciate the integrity of this business and how there aren't hidden fees. Thanks so much, Justin! I'll definitely be coming back here with any future car needs and referring you!

These guys are awesome. Great customer service, they're honest and level with me if an issue can wait, rather than just take my money. I never get surprised by the final price, if anything when more problems pop up than we talked about in the estimate they have still stuck to their quoted price. My brakes ended up being a big hassle for them with unexpected rusted parts that needed replaced and they also fixed a few smaller issues I was worried about at no extra cost, which they were certainly entitled to charge me but didn't. They had all the parts in stock (not always the case with my car at other places), and the parts cost seemed very reasonable. I'm a repeat customer, and I will definitely keep going back!

I have had multiple cars repaired here over the years. They are extremely honest and helpful. I had taken a vehicle to a different shop regarding brakes and they told me I needed Rotors, Pads, and Calipers. I then had Justin look at it; told me I just needed Rotors and Pads. When I challenged him on what the other shop said, he explained to me all the testing they do to make sure they are diagnosing the problem correctly. Justin's expertise saved me hundreds. There have been times where there were multiple problems with my car and he advises on what to fix first to keep me and my family safest. He also gives me part price options if they are available and makes recommendations. Finally, there has been a time where I brought my car in for him to look at and he advised me against the repair and suggested I look for a new vehicle - without charging me anything. These guys are by far the best. i have recommended others to them and will not take my car to be repaired anywhere else.

These folks are great. Their goal is to keep you driving your car until its last dying breath. Reasonably priced with no upselling. They're transparent, communicative and will do whatever they can to save you money. They've saved me money through creative fixes and efficient labor. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. I had my car towed there because my key wouldn't turn in the ignition. Toyota told me my key-lock cylinder would need replaced, but All Hours said I may just need a new key. Turns out, they were right! Saved me $350. Front desk staff was very helpful and wasn't just trying to squeeze money out of me. Will definitely go back next time I need repairs!

This is my first review, and I figured out how to write them just for this. I scheduled an appointment for today, I get there, sit down, and they have my car fixed and ready within a half hour. They realized that my EGR valve wasn't plugged in, popped it in, and the problem was fixed. Here's the kicker: they didn't even charge me. The employee working (I didn't get his name), said he couldn't charge me in good conscience.I will be coming back, I won't be going to any other mechanic. I know a billion other people all have similar reviews, but if you need a car repair, seriously, this is the one.

Had my car towed here at night, they called first thing in the morning with the issue and cost to repair and had it fixed by the following day. I got a full timing belt/water pump/seals/spark plug service done here. Excellent work at hundreds less than quotes from other local shops. Also, a different shop replaced an alternator for me which failed after two weeks, and All Hours covered the warranty repair at no cost to me! While the car was there, they recharged my AC at no cost to me!Great shop, great quality of work, great cost. Highly recommend.

Justin and his staff are honest and reliable. I wish I would've known them earlier. As a car owner who basically knows nothing about cars, I feel I can totally trust them. They gave suggestions (instead of trying to sell) when they found some parts needed to be replaced, and they were also honest with its condition. They let me know if it is an emergency or it can wait. Once my friend saw my receipt, and she privately told me the labor charge was much cheaper than her store. I always recommend my friends who don't know about cars to Justin's place because I know they won't get ripped off.

This is by far the best shop around Columbus. I brought my car in to have several service lights checked that came up on the dash. They checked the car and thought they fixed the problem. I started driving my car back home and the lights came back on. I called and they told me to bring the car right back and double checked and found the issue. After that was all fixed, I was only charged for the part. There was no diagnostic fee and I wasn't even charged for labor. Me and many people I know have had excellent service here. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I came in to get a schedule B maintenance on my Mercedes. The price was good and the service excellent. I was in and out quickly and the guys were so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxing and everything was explained to me regarding my bill. They remind me of mechanics of the past. Very laid back. I will not take my care anywhere else. These guys rock!

The staff is great and friendly. Very knowledgable. I have had transmission work done, brakes, front end work, radiator work, and front suspension. They don't try to up sell you, in fact my bills have come back at quoted cost or less. Quality warranties and a true passion for their work. When a recurring issue kept popping up they did everything possible to make it right at no cost to me. I would (and have) recommended them to everyone with auto needs.

Mike and All Hours Automotive are awesome. Great mechanics who are honest and fair.I live in New York, my niece is a student at Ohio State. She asked me to help her with her car that was giving her a lot of trouble. She dropped her car off at P** B*** and was charged $89 for a diagnostic check and given an estimate for more than $800.I then called two local shops both of which seemed good. I chose Mike at All Hours Automotive because he stated he doesn't rely of someone else's diagnosis he will evaluate the car and determine what needs to done. By far the best move for my niece. The car was repaired in a short period of time and the bill was under $300. Great service and an honest businessman. Mike we appreciate your help.My niece doesn't have to worry any longer about where to go for an oil change or major repairs.Thank you
