I was having a problem with my battery and when I got there a guy named Shawn (I think that was his name,) was so very helpful and very nice. He checked my old battery and it was no good. So I got a new one and he installed it for me. I thought that was the best thing ever!!!! He was a great help!!!

Sold is a used Alternator told us we could exchange at a different location which was a lie, also told us we could get our core charge at a different location also. Spent my gas and time running around the city because this location is a crook. Beware don t use this location unless you want to waste your time and money also. I agree with the store being racist towards lighter colors of skin all other staff available to assist me but refused I had to wait for the white employee to assist me. This location needs shut down.

The guy I worked with was new but he was very helpful, the oriental guy that was training him seemed to be a ASZHOLE and he could most definitely work on his customer service skills, the Asian guy is the reason I only rate the place 3 stars. I'm big on being a customer serviced

When my day was already at its worst, Jessie and Ashley really came through for me!!! I can not thank them enough for what they provided as professional service. They both were kind, friendly, straight forward, and down right amazing- to say the very least! They helped me pick the proper battery for my white F-150, take out the old battery, install the newly purchase battery. They could tell I was already having a rough day and they not only did their job, they made me laugh and smile all while engaged in their duties. My recommendation to the company: Hire employees just like them and maybe even give these two a raise! THANK YOU, JESSIE & ASHLEY!!!

A+ service and staff, very friendly and helpful every time I've been in. Had to get a new scooter battery this morning and they did a great job helping me find one that would fit in my scooters tiny battery compartment, then cut me a deal on it since the only one that worked was a really expensive lithium battery. They definitely care about their customers and it shows.

I had to come to Advance Auto Parts because UPS uses their location for package access points. Just in case they couldn't deliver an item to the actual address it gets drooped off & the individual comes to pick his / her item. I love this option, glad Advance decided to use this .

A few weeks ago I bought a car from an elderly couple, not knowing that it was anything other than a "good running vehicle which was well maintained". It was started up to drive from the BMV to go home, which is a 4 hour drive for me, with my toddler and newborn baby who I brought along. The car was overheated. I couldn't drive off of the lot. My sister drove us over to this Advanced Auto where she explained my current situation to the manager at the store. We purchased radiator fluid. Jeremy encouraged us to come right back there so they could run the codes, and diagnose further issues. We arrived back with my "new" car which had already started overheating again after only a few miles. Codes came up for the thermostat, the alternator, and the purge valve. This car was not going to make it 4 miles let alone 4 hours home. The manager personally called a contact of his and requested help on my behalf to replace my thermostat and alternator. I bought the parts I needed and a man nicknamed Superman replaced them. It was a very hot and humid day. The employees of this store, and Superman, went above and beyond on my behalf. God put the right people in the right places and turned my bad day into a blessed one. I will not ever forget this lesson in my life or the people who helped me through this tough situation. Jeremy, and Myron; Thank you for being passionate about your work and caring for others. Thank you for your patience and helpfulness on a hot day. With every ounce of my spirit I love you guys. I'm very thankful.

Employees were friendly and helpful, I asked a question and rather than lie they told me they didn't know, so the honesty was appreciated. Had what I needed, got me taken care of quick.

Stopped in today for assistance with ongoing battery issues after purchasing 2 batteries at Hebron store. The manager Kyle was very helpful and did everything possible to help resolve the problem. Nice folks pleasant to deal with. Thanks Kyle

Not critical but of your store, but it s Thursday at 11:53 am and all the doors are locked So, maybe you should change your store hours to closed on Thursday?

The gentleman I spoke with was not very knowledgeable about what I needed. But instead of finding out the info for me, he told me his computer wasn't working and basically told me to just order the part online....I dunno if his computer really wasn't working or if he just wanted to put me off cuz he had no clue, either way he seemed not interested. I felt shunned either way. Customer service has gone out the window cuz of the easy access to Internet any more. Believe me, talking to me like a person is a lot more helpful than acting like a robot dealing with numbers. The internet is great, but it does not replace human interaction, customer service, and common courtesy. I'll just order the part, wait a few days, if I have any questions....I probably will not call this place.

I thought these places actually helped you, but I went in with both headlights out at the same time in my mind I thought it would be the fuse since both went out at exactly the same time. All he wanted to do was sell me bulbs not help me problem solve at all.

Not so friendly and helpful staff. Young man on duty was moreless not in the best of work spirits and was very nonchalant. Didn't come from behind that counter to assist in any of my shopping needs

Hella helpful folks on multiple occasions. Went in today to ask them to test a special battery that I wasn t sure was good anymore. Helped me remove it from the case and tested it to, despite not having one in stock to sell me if it didn t do well.

Wouldn t take battery back with receipt hasn t been used at all less than a week from sale. They don t care about helping you they care about lining their pockets, terrible customer service. Don t stop by.

They put wrong my windshield, flu out in the high way with rain and don't replace just give me a discount I spend 50 $ in this , please train the employees!
