Went in for brake pads & rotors. Nathaniel was very helpful and kind. He patiently worked with me to get the best prices between in-store prices and online prices. The rotors were heavy for me to carry, he helped carry them out to my car. We need more people like Nathaniel in the world.

Soon as I walked in they was very nice and ready to help. Customer service was great compare to the other ones I've been to. Made sure I got the right pieces and lights . I was very satisfied.

Better than the last time due the fact I finally got a return on one of the 4 taillight connecters that are the wrong ones for my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado , I didn't get cash but a card which is better than parts and can't use , Thank you

Kelli is awesome she helped me get all the parts and supplies I needed to do repairs on my vehicle. The staff isgreat. The guy that helped me was Nike I think ,he really knows his stuff unfortunately I'm not sure I got his name correct.

Great visit staff was very helpful and allowed my buddy to charge his battery up a couple different times tried to help us troubleshoot and even pointed Us in the right direction very clean store very nice staff will return

customer service is terrible and management is worse. had came in to pick up an online order, the website said it was in stock but when i got there, Alex Q. told me it wasn't there. proceeded to refuse to help me look for my part elsewhere and even canceled my pick up order after i told them they should know how to do their job. lost my 10 dollar online coupon. WILL NEVER BUY FROM ADVANCE AGAIN. Went to autozone where they had my part and signed up for their rewards instead.

I was pleasantly surprised when I had called this store yesterday and spoke with John, who agreed to match the price of a competitor for a similar battery if I needed to purchase one. That was great news! I came into the store on the following day and Ray assisted me. He inspected my battery and cleaned the heavy corrosion on my battery cables. Ray then tested my battery, starter and alternator. Although the battery voltage was a bit low, both the alternator and starter tested ok. We had determined that I was letting my car sit for days at a time without starting it. You must start your car periodically for the health of your charging system. It CAN AND DOES make a big difference. Ray did not recommend that I purchase a battery right now. Instead he suggested that when I have the car serviced next time, that I have the alternator taken off and tested BEFORE purchasing a new battery. Good advice, great service and a savings of approximately $150. Thanks to Ray, I am happy for now!

Shout out to Christian who works there! He helped us with power steering fluid suggestions, was professional and knowledgeable. He also pointed hubs and I in the right direction for a mechanic that was fair and got the job done!

Love the nostalgic oil cans and transmission fluid cans on the top shelf! Keep going with that theme.. Get a couple used white wall slicks with 60s era aluminum racing rims and hang them on the wall.

This place is so racist and the workers don't know anything about cars even though all they have to do is put the car info in the computer and it does it all for u I went there today 01/26/2019 to buy oil and filter for a Dodge and the girl working there said she could not sell me oil and a filter cause u r Muslim so I tried to contact their corporate office but I was told I would have to wait til Monday I even explained what had happened to me and they still said I would have to wait till Monday morning and call back and gave me a six digit code to give to them when I call back so if u do not want to be decremented on please do not go to this store it is 3511 sullivant ave Columbus Ohio 43228 very poor service

Convenient for basics, sometimes there's a wait to pay for your purchase if there are a couple of other customers. Stock can be limited at times.

Been a loyal Advance auto Parts customer for over 15 years , until I met with Skylar from this store , the worst attitude not willing to help and at the end he treated me as if I was a thief should get fired with that attitude if you don't want to work then go else where to make money.
