We went to get help since our auxiliary battery was boiling. Still under warranty and we r from out of town. A nice car quest guy in buckeye lake sent us here. They had it in stock and even installed it for me to get me on my way. Thanks to them no car fire and on with vacation. No charge at all!

Went in because my car was starting really funny. They tested my battery, showed me the right one when it tested bad, and installed the new one. Answered all my questions, super friendly and professional. Special thanks to Bobby and Casey for being so helpful!

Edit: tried visiting again because it is a convenient location for me. Still 1 star. Poor customer service.Such inconvenient hours on top of very poor customer service every time I come in. I'll take my business right down the street to any one of the countless other auto parts stores. Will not return!

Just purchased wiper blades there and asked if someone could install them. The man who rang me up said he could. 20+ mins of him struggling with them and telling me what a "bear" these particular blades were, I asked him to just put my old ones back on and I would install the new ones at home. After reading the instructions, I was able to pop both blades on securely in less than 5 mins. It would have been better for him to tell me right off the bat that he wasn't familiar with the type of arm on my car or something, instead of making me wait so long. Very nice gentleman, but I probably wouldn't have him do any minor installations of anything, let alone anything important like a battery.

Promptly replaced a battery that was still under warranty and the guy was very kind. I ve occasionally run into men at auto parts stores (not at this store) who give me the stink eye because I m a young female in an auto store but I was very impressed. I ll be back!

If they say the part is in stock you should make sure they have it in their hands before driving all the way up to find out they don t actually have it in stock, despite what the computer says.

I've been going here for years and never had trouble with a part , or returning it if it turns out i got the wrong part. Low prices or they will match the price.

This store closes at 6pm for some reason. When placing an online order, I was not warned that the store was closed. I drove all the way across town for no reason.
