I have been visiting here for years. The two man team here is awesome and fair-minded. They work well together to take care of the customers needs. They know the business very well. When the leader makes recommendations to the customer, his partner is already thinking ahead and moving like a two-man military. The work is high quality! They have a great selection to choose from and are very creative with providing Solutions to the customer. Rather you visit for an emergency need, or choose to upgrade, you are at the right place and at the right time when you come to ABC always.

Its was around 4:30pm on a Friday, I notice my tire was flat. I wasn't sure what to do. My dad recommended me here. I was afraid they would be closed by the time I got off. I called to make sure I could still make it after I got off at 5:30. I let them know the situation. The owner right away said to bring it in when I got off, no hesitation. I was nervous however as soon I pulled over the owner greeted me & they helped me right away. The prices are very affordable. The owner is so genuine & down to earth. I was very grateful since most places take advantage of young folks. I appreciate the help so much, I later came back for new brakes. He showed me the new tires and why I needed a brake replacement. I will definitely come back here next time I need anything with my car! Thank you for all you do!! Great people, great prices and great service

This is the nicest, most honest, and best working tire shop in Columbus! Had AAA drop my car off for rear flat and they found the right tire at half the price others quoted me. It was mounted, balanced, and back on the car in under 20 minutes. If you need tires, this should be your only choice!

Classic, hardworking people who actually want to help you and give you good, fair, and economical solutions to your auto needs. The owner is an amazing guy and they actually repaired our tire, repainted our rim and installed a new valve stem all for free while they were fixing our brakes (Meanwhile AAA said we needed a whole new tire and new rim!!!). These are the kind of people and type of business you want to support. Thankful we happened to break down by their shop!!!

I ve seen this place as I always drive by. My steering wheel started to wobble back and forth. So I called. He said to bring it in, sounded like a broken belt in my tire. Within in a hour, I pulled up. He looked at my tires and sure enough, broken belts. I was relieved as it wasn t my tire rod or more. For a GREAT price, he replaced my two front tires with new ones. All within 20mins!! Him and his partner were quick, efficient and kind. Didn t make me feel bad or take advantage of me. I was so happy and in tears when I drove off smoothly. My daughter has a safe van to ride in now. Thank you for all your help. I will definitely be back for more tire/brake needs. Awesome place!!

I recently had my tires changed at ABC used & new tires and I must say it was a positive experience overall. The pricing was quite affordable compared to other places I've checked. The staff was efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. The quality of service was satisfactory, and I appreciate the transparency in pricing. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for tire changes, I'd recommend giving ABC used & new tires a try.

After an unexpected wheelbearing emergency I finally had no choice but to get the car looked over and repaired immediately since missing work is not an option. I called around hoping for a list of prices ,and after a few local mechanics did give a computed estimate I spoke with a kind and professional gentleman by the name of Salah and he was honest in saying he would rather look at the vehical to make a better assessment and not just guess and add prices without knowing.and after slowly making my way to him he was expecting my arrival and went straight to work and put me at ease, This gentleman showed me respect,kindness and concern,when I was close to panicking. And broke down all the elements of the repair keeping me in the loop and explaining all the parts. We came together on the price,and I came back to a smooth ride, and a sense of renewed safety, in my car,and I'm back on the road.Many thanks-Miranda Additional update !! After needing the above repairs earlier this year I decided to go back and have an unexpected but similar repair made to the opposite side of the vehicle. So along with the passenger side wheel hub and bearing i was offered 2 new much needed tires, and was given a great price for a new ball joint. all in all my car is back on the road and I cant thank ABC new and used tires enough for helping me with both their time and expertise.

I've been going to ABC tires for 6 years now. I am a single mom of three and I always feel taken care of and safe after they've completed their job. They have best prices and always do a great job. I got a quote for my breaks $1300, so I called ABC tires. Not only did I not have to wait, they charged me about 70% less than the original quote I received. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and easy to speak with during a snow storm in the middle of a pandemic. The Owner was very accommodating with the tow truck drop off time during this storm. My tires were smooth as a baby s bottom and I got a great deal for a complete set. He noticed I did not have pads and my rotors were beyond the legal limit. He requested I take pics as he pouted out the dangers of the ice, no break pads and poor rotor conditions. My overall cost was unexpected yet he gave me an affordable price. I will use him again and recommend his services. He even dropped me off to work less than .25 miles away. Thanks I needed a Lyft. No pun intended!!

Went in to get my brake pads and rotors changed and said I needed new calipers. I didn t have the money for all of it but the guy working here worked with me and I got everything for an amazing price. He got me new brake pads , rotors and calipers and changed them all for me. He knows what he is doing and knows what he is talking about. Without him I would still have terrible everything. Much appreciated

My daughter caught a flat on I71. AAA towed her to ABC tires. The shop was closing so Salah (spelling?) set her up for tired service first thing the next morning. He then brought her home safely to Dublin and even fed her on the way! The next morning her car was repaired and she was able to make it to work for the day. The reasonable tire service work was outstanding but the integrity and care shown for my young daughter was simply amazing ! Thank so much for serving our community ABC new and used tires!

Was a really excellent fella. Got my tires sealed around the rims, valves sealed up. No more low air pressure and I'm thrilled! Salah is a star, works with his lovely sons in a family business, gets it right fast. I'm going to do my brakes there...Recommend

I brought my car in for new tires and lug nuts . Turns out I needed new brakes and rotors and the sensors for my tire pressure as well (I just bought the car so I didn t know what all it needed) he gave me his pricing for the new tires, brakes and only charged me 20$ under his name so they wouldn t be expensive for the sensors and no labor to put them on. He was very honest and let me know the back brakes were fine and just needed to be cleaned and he took care of that for me no charge. It only took him a hour and a half to do all that and even made sure I had a ride home so I could get my car worked on! The tires and brakes are amazing I wouldn t have been able to make it through this snow if he didn t get me together ! I will be referring everyone I know to this shop!

Salah is a very professional straight to the point businessman. I truly appreciate his business and he provides excellent service. My daughter and I having been going to him for years now and would definitely without a shadow of a doubt recommend his business to anyone. If you are not pleased he will make it right. I have not had any issues, but he always tells me that when I have him service my vehicle. He is all about making sure you do not spend money when you do not need to. His prices are very reasonable and he is very transparent with the deals he offers. His mechanic is nice and works efficiently and fast. Love them.

Great experience! Stopped by on a Saturday morning with a flat tire and they were able to work on it right away and get it replaced with a new tire within 15 minutes for a great cost. Will definitely come back for future tire replacements!

Meant to do this a couple weeks ago, but I had a serious problem with my tires after my car got worked on and looked at. The place I went to were going to charge me $550 for labor and tires. This was out of my budget after having to replace the starter and fix a leaky gasket. Called ABC tires as they have helped me in a serious bind before and It was $330 for labor and two new tires and they got me right in and out in time for work. And just in time as it snowed the next day. I am super thankful for this business and will continue to go to them for my tire and brake needs.
