Just got my X3 back from them and couldn't be any happier. They were super friendly and upfront through the whole process. Updated me constantly and were transparent on prices. Very fair with pricing compared to the many other quotes I got. Very happy with my choice to work with A to Z. I hope I do NOT need their services again, but if I do they will be my first call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A to Z TRANSMISSION.

Had transmission work done on 2006 Trailblazer. Gerald and Brandon did an awesome job rebuilding the transmission. They were very through in their work. Tiffany did a good job updating me on the repair work progress. Highly recommend. Reasonable price. Thanks to everyone.Melissa J

Had our SUV worked on by A2Z Transmissions almost 2 years ago. It's been running really good but started leaking fluid so we called Jared as he gave us a warranty on the work that he did. He told us to bring the SUV in and honored the warranty and fixed the leak. He's an honest guy and is a man of his word - a rare find these days. We trust Jared and A2Z Transmissions to do work on any of our vehicles.

Took my car to Jared to have some work done. He was upfront and honest and the prices were reasonable. He stayed in contact with me and did exactly what he said. I would highly recommend!

Have nothing bad to say about this business they was honest about everything and went above and beyond to get my transmission fixes as soon as possible I lived over a hour away and they stayed after hours for me to pick it up would definitely recommend this place

The owner's name is Jared and he is TOP NOTCH! This is the place to go if you are having transmission issues or automotive issues in general. Tiffany is the office manager and they treat you and your vehicle as friends and family. I cannot rave enough about the professionalism, knowledge and kindness that this company exhibits! They sell cars, they fix cars and they do it all very well. They are up front and honest about costs and why the costs is what it will be. Jared will take the time to explain the process and not just take your vehicle and return it with a price tag attached. They have pride in their work and stand behind their repairs. Whatever you have, gas or diesel, new or old you can trust AZ to do a a quality job with no suprises. It is super hard to find quality service and friendly service with honesty and openness. If that is what you are looking for, give Jared a call and let him know that you read JJ's review. You won't be disappointed.

Took my 2014 Chevy Cruze for transmission repair. They was honest and up front about everything that needs done. The cost was better than other shops around that I could find. The staff here are extremely friendly and upfront, they let me go into the shop to see their work and the shop was absolutely clean, everybody treated me with respect and were extremely courteous, they have bought themselves a loyal customer for life. I took my 1979 Studebaker there for a transmission rebuild and they took great care of my car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely bring any car here, and recommend them to anyone who needs transmission work. And the price was decent too.

Very good experience! They fixed my baby and explained everything in detail; answered all my questions. Jared and Tiffany were especially helpful. Linda W.Columbus, OHOur 2011 Chevy Equinox needed a new transmission - so we had A2Z look at it, give us an estimate, had the work done and it's running great! Jared the owner was very honest, upfront with everything that needed to be done, and very reasonably priced. He kept us informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond and we are very happy with the service and the warranty we were given. We have another older vehicle and if we need work done in the future, we will definitely take it to A2Z Transmission. You don't find stand-up guys like Jared these days - few and far between, but he's very knowledgeable about vehicles and is very trustworthy! I took my 2003 Toyota Tundra in for a transmission rebuild. Other than a supply line issue that was beyond the shops control everything went smoothly. I just drove the truck from Columbus to south Florida averaging 80 mph and she purrs like a tiger. This shop is very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys, great job.

I got my vehicle back last week. I just want to thank A-Z Transmission for fixing my 2019 Range Rover Sport. I took my SUV to A to Z Transmission and let them fix it. I was very pleased with the customer service first of all. They told me that it would take a week to replace my transmission. Jarrod and his team recently replaced my power steering rack through warrantee at a great price! I was kinda nervous about it and had never dealt with warrantee stuff before but Jarrod took care of it making it quick and easy! Everyone was so polite and professional, and quick about it too! My car has been purring ever since!

My Chevrolet Equinox would not switch geers. I took it to Aamco first and they wanted to charge me $5500 to fix my transmission. I took it to A -Z transmission and they were more reasonable. I didn't have to call them to check the progress of my vehicle. They called me the same week and said that I can pick it up. They just charged me $4300. I like the fact that the owner was straight forward. He said if I wanted it done it would be that price and that they would start on it asap. Thank you.Service: Transmission

I am happy that I got my GMC Arcadia back today. They told me that it would be fixed in a week. The time frame for A-Z Transmission to fix it took just 6 days. You guys are the best Transmission Specialist.

Quick service. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately had to have my transmission rebuilt a second time because of a faulty replacement part. Tim (owner) assured me that they switched to a different supplier for the torque converter and that if I had any more trouble to come right back.5 stars because they do good honest work and they stand behind their warranty! What more can you ask for? When spending this much money on a repair, you want it done right. AZ Transmission should be your first choice.Service: Transmission

Never went because they do not like to communicate or set the appointment I needed.In response to your response One I do t do alot of reviews OK.but if a bad experience I do so people know. And short staffed is OK but I had to reach out again after almost 2 weeks no response. And it was never explained your shop was a drop off only .I thought I still needed a timeframe or a day to drop off.nice you reply to this immediately though.Unlike my inquiry.its called constructive criticism and my personal experience with my dealings with your shop. I actually tried to call several times. I was referred to your shop.
