I wish I read the reviews before I came here. I wish I could give this place a ZERO. Terrible customer service. I came to get my car windows tinted. Everything was working in my car just fine before I got here. I should have heeded the red flag when he mentioned a cosmetic imperfection about my car that I was already aware of but he was being condescending. I thought it was out of bounds but gave him the benefit of the doubt. After he was done with my window s, he pulled the car out and when I got in my car, I realized that my radio was no longer working. He and that receptionist girl claimed that the window tint had nothing to do with my radio and of course. CLEARLY. However, my car radio was working perfectly fine before I came here to get my car windows tinted. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided. They were very condescending and patronized me about my car and spoke to me as if I was a child or incompetent. AND all the while under the guise of kindness they tried to gaslight me for being upset. He refused to give me a refund after I asked. I asked him to remove the tint so I could get my money back and he refused & claimed I wanted service for free. HOW? If I m asking for you to remove the tint. I refuse to pay for service that was unsatisfactory & to be talked down and cursed at when I ve been nothing but respectful. Learn some empathy and customer service or your business will forever struggle which makes sense why he did not want to remove the tint & refund my money. I am extremely disappointed. SAVE YOUR COINS AND GO ELSEWHERE! He is sexist and prejudice. Worst tint business in Columbus!

A2z window tinting was a great experience. The prices are affordable and the service was excellent. It was done 40 minutes faster than they said. I have already booked appointments for my other vehicle and my spouse vehicle. #1 hands down. Highly recommend!!

I have been coming to A2Z for about 10 years. They have done 3 of my cars all 10/10 service. They take excellent care of me! I have referred friends and family here. They are top notch and follow up if I ever have any issues. They are friendly, kind, and always take care of customers thru the time here. I never take my cars anywhere else.

I really appreciate the customer service that I received while at the shop. They were honest and Thorough. The tent job I received on my 2022 Honda Pilot is perfect. I m so glad I came here for my window tinting needs.

I called to have him do my tint over because it had faded. He gave my a hard time , so I just went to Lamont, and paid him. I advise people not to go there.

Amazing work, it is very precise and clean, with the highest quality of tint. I had my rear window tinted, but before they could apply the tint they had to remove my old tint. My old tint was in very bad condition, and they removed it without a problem. The workers are beyond professional, extremely experienced and amazing on communication. You are greeted with a warm welcome and treated like family. I recommend them to anyone I can!

Always A Great Experience! Get All Of My Cars Done Here And Have For Years! I Most Recently Had My Chrysler 300 Tinted And As Per Usual, It Was Perfectly Done To My Satisfaction... Had my Altima done 2 yrs ago by Lamont. Perfect no issues at all. Brought my Acura here 4 weeks ago and the overall tent job was bad. There's spots allover the car. They replaced rear driver window tent due to something being under it. So took car to car wash and noticed there were squeegee scrap marks and water marks from them cleaning window & it not drying completely. Called them to notify them & brought car in. I get there to show the owner the work & of course you can't see anything cause the lighting is bad. But you are able to see the markings on the windshield. So long story short the owner started getting frustrated, well what do you want me to do to satisfy you. I'm like the satisfaction would be to replace the tent cause it's bad at least the front & back where there's a bubble. He states I'm not gonna do that cause then if something else happens tour gonna say it's not right. So I said then give me my money back. He goes into what's going to make you happy. I express again, the tent to be done correctly. If not then give me half of what I paid. He gives me the money then tells me to do him a favor & never come back. I said you won't ever have to worry about that cause I won't be back & I'll make sure I post your service. What's the point of a warranty if your not going to obliged. Also how disappointing when all I was trying to do was show you where there were major issues that could have been fixed instead you were rude & nasty.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I came to this shop offering 3 different vehicles for them to tint the windows on. The first vehicle we were able to tint. Everything looks good on the vehicle so far. My only issue with this location is how unorganized they are. After multiple visits I lost my patients with this place. If you plan to work with this shop plan to clear your entire day. They're not very respectful of customers time. But they do seem to be the cheapest in town I guess for a reason.

Great place to tint your windows at a very fair price and if u want all ur windows done but only get 2 at the time u can come back and just pay the difference I love good business practices.

I was referred to A 2 Z to get my 2019 Hyundai Sonata windows tinted all around. I went on May 11, 2019 and when I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. Of course I was nervous about letting them do my tint and I'm sure they knew it. But all of them assured me that I was going to be taken care of and well satisfied. I was asking a lot of questions and not one time did they hesitate to answer my questions. I was shown the different tint they have and the quality of the tint. I decided to let them tint my windows and still nervous at the same time. I was told to come back in about 2hrs. Well I received a call within 1.5 hrs and I said to the lady you finish already. Once again I'm nervous about how my windows are going to look. When I got there to pickup my car I was very please and happy. I have to say the staff is very friendly, caring, loving people. Yes I went back a couple of times, and I was recognized by all of them. I was assured the tint will be just fine, it had to dry completely. I am one satisfied customer and I would recommend A 2 Z for your window tinting. Before I left there we was all like family. I truly enjoyed my encounter with A 2 Z. Thank you Yousef and staff, you all are the best.

Not a professional looking place, but the guys are great and do top notch work. Prices are great too.I have sent a number of people there proudly and they have done multiple cars for myself as well.Highly recommended!

UPDATE: The window tint was good, but was a bit more expensive than fewer places around town.OLD: Its a bad place to go to. He overcharges you, no discount. He is very rude. He told me $220 for everything(windows tinted) and gave me a bill for $246. I regret going to this place. He doesnt have customer service experience. The guys name is yusuf. He thinks he is all that.

I've had six or seven cars done here and have always had a good job until today. Two scuff marks on my 2021 98 miles on it, that I know wasn't there because I just washed it and hand dried it before taking it. Of course when I called they automatically deny it and says there's no possible way they could have scuffed around the passenger side window. Their word against mine. What are you going to do? By the way, if you're waiting on your car. Just be aware that it is a very grimy dirty smoke-filled waiting area.Service: Heat control window films

Got my tint done here and they did an amazing job. Had forgotten to ask for ceramic tint but the guy hooked me up and put it on me without me having to ask. Very pleased with their work. Will be back for sure!

I just love Lamont s tint work on my last car. So when I got my new car, he was the first person I called. He answered all my questions, didn t pressure me to buy anything extra. He was honest, up front & kept me laughing! Nothing but great experiences coming here, especially for the fact he always does it right the first time!

Not very pleased with work. They up sold me a more expensive tint supposedly to block out more heat. Got my car and bubbles are all along the bottom of the window and at the top where it rolls up. They told me it was car I'm sorry I dont believe that on new Audi I find it shocking to not just take care of the issue rather than to put the blame on the manufacturer. I would not recommend any one who owns a luxury car to go here you will.spend more money taking it to get it done right.

The kids there did an awful job on my car... Lamont was not there said he don't work there anymore... I was told the bubbles will go away I told them that's not True because i have watched lamont plenty of times do tint and they never looked like that... They challenged my receipt and tried to get me to talk to the manufacturer... There is nothing for me to say to them... Poor service and I would never recommend anybody else to this establishment ever... A2z has took a turn for the worst since lamont is no longer there. I give them zero Starz.. Went to A to Z tenting last Saturday and got my 2016 Equinox tented all the way around. he took the time to explain the difference in window tent as far as quality and help me suggested what he thought would be a safe option for because I have a child and didn't want to risk being able to see but also wanted the sun blocked. over all i had a wonderful service and any other car a buy i WILL be taking back

I also was quoted one price but then up sold to another, but it looks better and comes with a lifetime warranty, so easily worth the extra $50.00. I wasn't pleased with the first tint job they did (missed the corners on two windows), so I took it back in and they replaced for free with no hassle.

They are pretty cool i got two window done in my Dodge challengee for 120 and i think they do all 4 for 199.00 i was in and out.The only things is be careful driving your car out of a small garage door.

Called and asked for Lamont, the owner Usif said Lamont moved out of state. Found out that was a lie. I ended up finding Lamont so he could fix my windows that Usif and his son messed up on my 20016 Impala. This shop is going down hill since Lamont left.

I have had a few cars in my lifetime and every car I get goes straight to A 2 Z, dude will hook you up with a great tint for a reasonable price. I tried quality window tint one time and I was very disappointed with their work. However, A 2 Z will definitely have you coming back again.(Pros) Excellent Service, Great Tint...(Cons) Way under staffed, sometimes 1 guy is working on 2 cars or more at the same time, but don't let that deter you, I saw him in action and dude is sick. He did 2 cars at the same time and had them both out in an hour.1 last thing. If you are going here for anything other than window tinting... DON'T DO IT... Homie is da bomb at window tinting, but when it comes to anything else like Audio or Electronics, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

Do not waste your money at this place. They use low quality tint that fades and if not installed properly it bubbles up. I had two different vehicles done by these guys and both times they smoked cigarettes in my car while applying the tint. Very unprofessional and dirty environment. Do not go here.

Best Window Tinting shop in Ohio. I have had my share of a few different places but no where compares to the great quality and service this shop provides. I ve recommended many friends here who are now casual customers.

Ladies! The tint installer will tell you what you need to have done to your car .(You FEMALES always say you want dark tint, then come crying later for me to take it off.) This is what he told me. He tinted my windows as he saw fit! I asked for limo tint on my back windows, I came back to get my car and he did not do what I asked. YOU DON'T NEED THAT! He told me.Then he chastised me as if I were his child about driving at night with dark tint . I could go on and on, but why bother? Give someone else your money. He clearly doesn't need it. I had to give 1 star to post, they really get -5 stars!
