Great experience. The estimators pre-ordered my parts to avoid a long wait time, worked directly with insurance and hooked it up with a rental. Car was dropped off and finished in less than a week after some serious rear-end damage. Good family-owned shop.

My car was in an accident where I got hit at 5mph, which does a shocking amount of damage, but after leaving it at A1 I have to say, it looks better than it did before the accident. Very high quality bodywork and paint work. When I get around to buying a new hood (current one is rusting on the lip underneath), I'll surely be going back to A1!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't even express how happy I am with the repair done on my 2016 Honda Accord Sport Coupe. Jay Feller is awesome to work with and dealt with the insurance company of the woman that backed into my parked car. The photos speak for themselves. Thank you Jay and everyone at A1 Body and Frame. Paint match is perfection and the alignment is perfect once again. Highly recommend A1 Body and Frame.

Jay was AWESOME!!! Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Did excellent work on the front bumper on my Chrysler 300 (deer damage). He even saw my mother's suv and rubbed out a bright yellow mark when she backed into a pole. New Longtime Customer!!

After what I was sure was going to be a costly insurance claim, requiring a new bumper and grill, Jay was able to reattach the existing parts of my Accord quickly and easily. I panicked and thought the worst, but Jay assured me, it was not as bad as it seemed. I'm so incredibly thankful for not only the great work A-1 has done and the headache they saved me, but the kindness I was shown by the staff. Jay absolutely saved the day (and my wallet). My last repair was a minor door damage and painting. This repair and prior vehicle s repairs were done very professionally and the cars ended up looking like new. They have good customer service, no complaints there, my family and I have always brought our cars here for repair. More recently, I got side swiped on my drivers side door & unfortunately, my door hasn t been the same since. My window is off track, squeaks every time I try to roll it up or down and my door and window rattles, too. So annoying trying to listen to music. Also, the paint they used bubbled up so now it s a rough texture where is should be smooth.

Always super knowledgeable and friendly. We have gone to these guys for an auto accident and other times for damage we have done to our car on our own. I've had a lot of auto work done to vehicles before, but this was by far the best experience I've had. I had bumper damage and some other underlying issues on my car and they took it in, looked at it, told me how long the work would take and made it fast and easy. I had to reschedule a couple of times on them to get my car in, and even had another issue pop up that I wasn't aware of when I first showed them my car. They took care of the other issue and worked around my schedule. When I got my car back you can't tell the bumper was smashed at all. I'm glad the staff there is friendly and understanding to busy lifestyles. Car repairs are never easy, but this was pretty painless. Thanks to Jay and the rest of the staff for the amazing work!

We had purchased a car for our son's graduation and just a couple weeks before we were to give it to him it was rear ended pretty severely. Every shop had told us there was no way they could fit it in their schedule to get it done in time. Jay worked diligently to work it in their schedule. The work was completed on time and the car came out beautiful! I would highly recommend this shop for repairs. They are professional and their work is very high quality.

Our Prius had a close encounter with our mailbox at the end of the driveway. There was no body damage, but there were deep, wide scratches over several panels. The quality of the repair is excellent -- however -- the repair was scheduled for 4 days and actually took 8 days, and the total cost was raised because of extra time needed for polishing (related to their issue with applying the three-step paint). I enthusiastically endorse A-1 in terms of repair quality, but they fail on the other counts. A couple years ago, I had an SUV with a cracked bumper cover--a different body shop said they could do a plastic weld to fix it without needing to replace the whole cover. That did not work, so they installed and painted a new bumper cover, eating the extra cost and honoring their initial price. At A-1, I had to cover a cost overage that was caused by faults with their work. This is not right and not fair. I strongly encourage anyone who might work with A-1 to consider this.

My family and I have been going here for our cars for decades. These are some of the most honest people I've met. When I brought in my first car that go rear ended and totalled, I asked them what it would take to fix it. They recommended buying a new car instead. They hurt their own bottom line to help me.A few years later I brought in my car with door dings asking if I need to get it fixed or it'll rust. They said that it won't rust so up to me. Againv honest people. I'll never go anywhere else.

Took a little longer than expected but with the holidays and having to order parts, I understand. Had to take car back one time to have headlights fixed and fender adjusted. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them.

Had my vehicle towed here on January 2nd on a VERY busy cold day. Roads were closed, sub-zero temps, other tow companies were running 4-6 hours behind, but A-1 hooked me up. This was also my first ever vehicle accident claim and I was hit by 2 different cars in the same parking lot, one in the front and the other in the back while I was parked waiting for a tow.A-1, and Jay Feller, were amazing! They thoroughly explained the process, worked well with two different insurance companies, and the quotes were extremely detailed and fair. It did take them a few weeks but there was over $3,000 damage (2012 Nissan Rogue). But they were great. I can see why they are on a preferred vendor list for my insurance company (USAA). I definitely recommend A-1 Body & Frame and will absolutely take my car there again if needed. May the Force be with those guys.

I came in to get some repairs on my 2016 Ford Escape. I received a quick and honest estimate from Ben about a week ago but came in to get a few more photos for the insurance company. After communicating my needs for the car's repair, Jay (I think) was able to just fix my key repair by hand and a handshake. That's an honest relationship and earned my trust for my future car needs. Overall, I am VERY, VERY PLEASED with the work that Jay and the team at A-1 Body & Frame performed on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring after my car took a bad hit on the front end. Though, it took a little bit more time for them to fix my vehicle correctly as approximated, I understand that sometimes auto body shops do not always receive the right replacement parts due to the sending party's own errors. This happened to be the case with my car. After 3 weeks of being without my vehicle, I naturally grew a little bit impatient, but Jay made me well aware of some of the obstacles the shop faced in receiving the correct parts for my make. As an end result, my car came back to me without a flaw with perfect craftsmanship! I am very pleased with the work they performed and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a genuine shop for an excellent auto body repair.

A-1 Body & Frame had great customer service. They walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions along the way. My car had quiet a bit of damage from hitting a deer, once repairs were completed it looked brand new! I highly recommend A-1 body & frame!
