Thank you SO MUCH from the bottom of mine and my husband's hearts, you saved our baby girls birthday at the zoo lights! we got a flat a couple hrs before we left so luckily they got us in and out in less than 15 mins and with a brand new looking tire! We also paid way less because we only had a little bit of cash left and we were supposed to be picking up our daughter's first ever birthday cake!!! Thank you again we so appreciate you coming in clutch!!!!

I would give them zero stars if i could I used to go to them all the time now there is new people there who are rude i pulled up being nice and said I want to check why my tire is loosing air he was like it has a hole it needs plugged i ask how much he rudely said 15 i was like ok then he comes and said the valve is but broke i ask would it be easier to get a new tire he was rude again and was like no it has nothing to do with the tire is the rem and i was like ok how much is that he said rudely 30 i was like for everything he was like no and walked away when he was done i kindly gave him my back debit card and he got rude again and said we don't accept cards i was like i don't have cash and he rudely just walked away and some other guy came and i was like what am i supposed to do he never said no card and he was like go to the ATM so had to go to speedway ATM and take out 60 plus 3.50 fee this is insane i don't understand when I always paid with card before they need the old people back and never gave me a receipt so unprofessional

I went here after being at another place to get my tire done. The other place said they could not get my tire off and I would need to take it somewhere else. When I arrived at A&A tires they were so helpful. He got my tire off in 2 minutes. He asked if I wanted to replace the tire or just take the nail out and patch it. I told him I was not sure and what he thought. He said to just patch it. I was in and out in like 10 minutes. The other place was trying to charge me $117. A&A was so much cheaper and actually got the tire off. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly workers and great at their job.

Quick, friendly service and their prices were very reasonable. I could go cheaper or I could get better tires. All in all of definitely recommend!

(Update: I started having serious brake problems so I went to the auto parts store and picked up pads for my back brakes. I barely made it to A&A tire before they closed asking them to change them for me. I was honestly expecting them to say no because of the time. Literally only had 10 minutes left. Come to find out i got the wrong brake pads! They didn't even hesitate and offered to give me a ride back to autozone and get the right ones. I couldn't believe it. When we got back it was well after closing hours and he still changed my brakes with no extra cost. Talk about a life saver! I never asked for any of the extra help. He offered and was more than happy to help me! The whole family possesses a rare kind of natural genuine kindness. Thank you guys so very much!! ) I found this place over 5 years ago. I called 10+ tire shops looking for a particular size for my work van. They either didn't have it or was seriously over priced considering i was only looking for a used tire. When i called he said he had what i needed in stock and the cost was under half the price other tire shops were asking for. I've continued to go here for every vehicle I've had for over 5 years now. The people here are fair and honest! That's really hard to come by. I bring all my work and personal vehicles here for tires and brake changes. SO glad I found this good family owned business. Ill never go anywhere else.

These guys are great. Have had tires repaired, replaced and bought new. Always good service, and reasonable prices. Always refer them.

Our tire was put on way too tight by the last business we went to. The guys at this shop worked so hard for over 45 minutes at no extra cost trying to get our old tire off. They were so nice, and did not give up. In the end, they got the old tire off and gave us a great replacement at a fair price. We will continue to come here for all tire needs in the future. Wish I could give them more stars!!

These guys know what they're doing, and it's a great place for affordable tires too. I trust them - will be back.Updated Jan 2020: I'm back to replace a blown-out junkyard tire for my old Chrysler van, and A&A's tire is in a lot better condition than the junkyard one - few if any cracks, stress marks, or signs of UV deterioration, decent tread (some are almost like new), and the costs are about the same. And your junkyard tire won't be mounted and balanced either.Ron cares about getting his customers the best deal for their money. I ask for Ron partly to see his huge smile when he's found an awesome deal for his regular customers lol.Updated Jan 2022: I'm back exactly 2 years later, which is proof that customers will return if service and quality is good. This time, it's not the van - it's a fairly late model Mini Cooper. This is a car that doesn't come with a tire wrench or a bottle jack, nor even a place to store stuff like that. It relies on four high-end "run flat" tires, which are effective but not cheap. A&A will do their best to make a big purchase like this possible - they do it because they care about their customers. That's this tire center's greatest asset - they care, and nice people really do make all the dif.

This place is an absolute life saver! Great prices and very fast service. Got 2 new tires and was out the door in 15 minutes without even having to make an appointment. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I were on our way to LaRue. 40 minutes outside Columbus, we realize that wires are showing in the front passenger tire. Called every single place 100 miles with no luck at all. Called A&A tires, they didn t have the right size, but called us back right away and corrected themselves on the size. Made the trip and was in/out in 15 minutes!!! You guys are an absolute life saver! Super nice people, extremely reasonable. Would recommend to anyoneIn a bind or traveling!! Thank you so so much!!

Rawan is the man!!! Came in on Memorial Day after catching two flats. Got me in and out in under 20 mins at a price that no one in Columbus could beat. Will definitely only be using this place going forward. Amazing work.

First time we have ever been here however we got all 4 tires done. We got them cheaper then anywhere else and they did them faster then any tire place I have ever been to!! The staff was amazing and so helpful. They really do try to work with u! We got exactlt what we came for! Would def come again and share them with everyone we know!!!

The guys here were absolutely amazing.. I wpuld recommend this place to anyone in the colunbus or surrounding areas to go to them. They have new and used tires. The best used tires in town. They are fast and professional!! We got all 4 tires changed mounted n installed in less then 20 minuets. Not too many people can do that. They have some awesome prices and they really work with ya if ur in a pinch.. Thank u a&a tire for getting my car back safely on the road again u guys are awesome!!!!

I came in like 20 minutes before close, and they were happy to help me replace my wheel studs, and didn't over charge me! Which is always appreciated! Will definitely recommend to friends!

They been honest, transparent, helpful to me and my family. Never tried to get money from me and would tell me when I didn't need anything done when i thought i did. Most importantly treats the WOMEN in my family right. And great prices. Check em out.

I wanted to bring him business had a bent rim but cant find any in the junkyard yard. Suggest taking to my people at Best Deal Tires they always help me. Sorry but not sorry.

Came in to get a tire change the tire i was sold had almost no life it was at the iner lines . and on that day it rain and almost gat in crash from the tire slipping . i feel like i gat rip off big time came to get a decent tire and lefth with something worst .

Put 2 dirrent tires on one a terrain and one regular so naturally i took it back because it was making a noise he says its good for snow I said not ok may one so he exchanged no problem
