Disappointed. Loved them at first, but after my husband s jeep was in 3 times within a two week period and we were charged for a diagnostic EACH time (in addition to the $2000 part and wires that were replaced). The third time they ran a diagnostic, because the jeep wouldn t start and we had to have it towed back to them, we were told via email that it was a code that showed up when they had the jeep the two previous times and that the tech had pictures of it on his phone?!?! What? Why wouldn t they fix that code if they were already aware of it and the tech took pictures twice?! We have paid now close to $3000. Hopefully the jeep is COMPLETELY fixed this time.

Took my jeep there after breaking down on 71 near Mansfield. This place did an amazing job. Great customer service and was fast with fair pricing. Highly recommend and will return there in future! Thanks guys!

Mark was the nicest driver. AND he knows what he is doing! Took a not so ideal situation with a sticky issue and handled it like a pro. Even set the vehicle up so when it was going to get worked on it wouldn't be such a pain to move. Appreciate the consideration and care.

I hope I never break down on the side of the road again but if I do, always tow me to 2 Brothers!Best service I ve ever had at a mechanic shop and the people that work here are super friendly and make you feel like family!Highly recommend for anything you may need related to your car!

My experience with 2 Brothers was incredible. Caleb was kind, and he along with the owner was able to help me out with a discount. Dion picked me up and brought me home while I waited for my suv to be fixed. Rich the mechanic was the best! My SUV smelled like gas. I was so scared. He fixed my vehicle and now it works great! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 2 Brothers!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Robert is a great representative of 2 Brothers Automotive! Thank you for the help!The other day I had several issues going on with my car and it forced me to pull over to a gas station and call AAA for assistance. Robert showed up promptly and was very polite and helpful as soon as he got out of the car.We discussed a few issues and what I could do to fix them so I could make the rest of my 3 hour journey home. This was a very helpful as most auto shops within a 25 mile radius were closed.Due to his knowledge and resourcefulness, he was able to get my car running so I could make it back home.Robert was very helpful. He made sure I wasn t stranded and didn t leave until he felt confident I could drive home without breaking down again. I would recommend Robert at 2 Brothers Automotive to anyone who has any car issues.His quick thinking, resourcefulness, and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. It was very refreshing to have somebody so helpful assist a complete stranger.Thank you, Robert!

Stop and read this!These guys WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family and I! If you have a vehicle and need help, you need to come here. These people will take care of you.My wife and I were stranded on the side of the road with 6 kids and they absolutely took care of us and are even helping us tow the vehicle all the way to Cincinnati. You need to stop and go here. These are the guys to see. Thank you so much!!

They suck. Horrible customer service and don t care for you or your vehicle. Your vehicle may get stolen under their watch and they won t take responsibility for it.

I was in need of a last minute oil change, and Caleb was able to get me set up right away. He let me know the inspection that they would do on my vehicle while performing the oil change and communicated with me throughout the process to let me know what his recommendations were that my vehicle needed. Such a friendly and helping staff very thankful they were able to accommodate me as I am in a time crunch for a trip. 10 star review!Service: Oil change

Outstanding! Yesterday I was stranded with a very flat tire on the off ramp from Cleveland Ave. I called road side assistance, put ina request and waited. And waited. And waited. In between time I m in contact with the person who is on his way . On hour and 20 minutes later, a rescue truck stops and asks if I need help. Turns out he is not from the company my insurance company contacted, but a very kind person just driving by. (My help ceased answering my calls and left me sitting because he couldn t find me!)This is for Robert from Two Brothers Automotive who took his time to stop because he saw someone in need. He had my tire changed within 10 minutes and I was on my way. I can t say enough about how grateful and thankful I was! Outstanding!

My boyfriend went there on a recommendation from his son in law to have some work done on his car. He was happy with the quality of work and the price. I was having problems with my air conditioning so I took my car in to have it looked at. They had to order the products I needed and I had to reschedule to come in. I asked them how long the appointment would take because I had a full day. I was told an hour. I arrived for my appointment and waited over an hour and a half until I noticed the delivery guy come in with the product that they had ordered for my car!! Another hour went by and now my next appointment was in 45 minutes and I was half an hour away from it. That's when three owners wife came in. I told her what had happened and demanded my car back. I had already paid for the product and had to pay for the service. And after over $250 the problem was still not fixed. This happened over 2 years ago and I am still upset about it. Save your money and your sanity and go someplace elseUpdate: I placed the above review 3 years ago. 2 Brothers is only NOW responding in August 2022. My review of this business has not changed. I am not a "hater" - I am just giving a full and fair description of what happened to me in April, 2017. All I am going to say at this point is "buyer beware."

Great mechanic! I took my car here after a different company failed to fix my brake problem. 2 Brothers diagnosed the problem, identified a service bulletin from the manufacturer, and had it fixed the same day. They did great work and when a warranty issue popped up, they fixed it immediately. No questions asked, and no charge to me. There was no attempt to upsell me on an oil change or anything I didn't need. They were fast and friendly and good at listening to my concerns and doing everything I needed. Definitely recommended.

Robert came out to our house from a AAA call and he was seriously so helpful and amazing!!! Absolute life saver, even came back after he finished because we were having another issue. I recently had to have brake lines replaced and decided to take my vehicle to 2 Brothers Automotive. I didn't have an issue with paying to cost for the repair but I would have liked the repair to be complete. After paying for the service, my husband and I went out to the vehicle and were very surprised because 2 amplifiers were stolen, the wires were cut clean and the On Star wire was also cut. We went back into the shop and requested to view the camera. The manager, told us she would need to get approval from the owner. Even though we were frustrated, we went home. The very next morning I started my vehicle that 2 Brothers Automotive 'repaired' but my brakes went to the floor! I called 2 Brothers promptly and they advised me to bring the vehicle back in. I asked if we could take it else where to a place where the vehicle would be locked up in case the repair isn't finished during the day. This request was also refused and they insisted I bring it back to them. I'm sure anyone can appreciate that my trust in this establishment was gone. Therefore, I decided to make a police report. The officer that came looked inside my vehicle and saw all of the cut wires. He decided that it may help if he went to the business and requested to view the video. Well, they denied him access as well.The business performs poor quality work and it is my belief that this type of issue may have happened to others.

The lady is very rude! #disgusting behavior towards me about my bumper today and lied and over priced what was worth fixing! # it was so simple come to find out and took 1 min.I think it was out of jealousy with her!I will never be back or recommend anyone with major or minor problems on their car! Not even myself!Such an evil spirit with that chick I should of recorded her and expose her to everyone and my friend heard it all. This is the 2nd time she said something smart to me and gotten away with it plus she doesn't know me. Don't ever give them your money! #don't go if you want respect! Because she looks down on certain people and don't even know how much money People actually have in pocket to offer up if they felt respected. Good thing is I got it fixed somewhere else right away! that's professional with excellent customer skills! :)

These guys (and gal) are awesome. We bought a vehicle from there lot and after 1day(YES 1DAY!) It wouldn't hardly run. Now, if I'm not mistaken they had no obligations to fix anything after the title was transferred. That is why I gave them 5 starts because they fixed it for free! And because they are great car guys that do great business.

Almost went to work for them when they first opened up years ago, I was the manager of the Firestone location that was previously located here. Seems like an honest group of guys and very knowledgeable however at the time I was a little scared of being a 1099 subcontractor (which I should have not been, live and learn). But in the years since I have opened my own shop and these guys have towed several cars to my shop over the years. They are very prompt and courteous as well as accommodations if helping us get an unmovable vehicle inside or facility (something that most wrecker drivers are too unskilled to accomplish). I'm sure that if their service staff are as good as their towing and recovery staff, you'll have a great experience.And for those of you complaining about their parts pricing, just as most any other shop including my own, we must put a markup on parts to pay our overhead. If we sold parts for our cost we wouldn't be around long enough to provide our warranty services in the event that said parts would fail (which does happen from time to time). This markup parts our electric bills, pays office staff, and helps pay technicians for doing warranty repairs where we collect nothing from the customer in the end. We are technicians, not mind readers or fortune tellers. It's appears that 2 Brothers operates on the same principals as any reputable shop....... The 3B's of auto repair....... Didn't build it, didn't buy it, didn't break it. We're just here to fix it!Bad reviews happen, you can't please them all. Keep up the good work fellas!

Such a great place to take your vehicle. They got me in for tire replacement on one day's notice. I had to get 4 new tires and the whole swap took less than an hour! All staff is extremely professional & knowledgeable about their craft. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys are AWESOME!!! I will not let anyone else touch my car except for them. Staff is always warm, helpful, and willing to work with you. I appreciated how the problem in my vehicle was explained in detail as I felt like there was no surprises in the bill. Tim waited on a Saturday afternoon to ensure that my car that was being towed there had arrived safely. Outstanding customer service!!! Do not go anywhere else!!!

I have a new place to take my vehicle when it needs service! These folks are wonderful, the work is excellent and price beat the competition! What really impresses me is the level of customer service they provide. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of! I would rate them with even more stars if I was able to. Well done 2 Brothers!

Had my first contact with 2 brothers over the past 48 hours. After leaving a restaurant, unfortunately found that my car would not start. Tow truck driver was friendly, courteous, and professional. Subsequently, car was towed to their service facility. They started diagnosing the problem the next day. Quickly received a call giving their opinion of the issue. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. From my first exposure, seems to be a place of honesty and integrity. Will definitely return if needed. Thank you.

These guys really helped us, starting with a very attentive and patient wrecker following an accident and through the next day as we had to say goodbye to an older car that they were taking in on salvage. They were good to us in ways that they didn t have to be and that were an inconvenience for them. It s the sort of help you hope to never need again, but if we do, I ll gladly work with them.

I was referred to 2 Bros by a friend when I bought a 2005 Honda Element about a year and a half ago, and have taken it to them for several things. The 2nd time, they needed to remove the seats to do the repair. One of the seats was missing the pull tab that lets you take it out when I bought it. I didn't ask them to, but they put a new pull tab in the seat, and did not charge me for it. I just took it in today to fix the air conditioning. They didn't have the part and didn't think they could get it until the next day. But I received a call later this afternoon telling me the manager drove to get the part, and I can pick my car up today.They always get my car back to me in one day, they are always personable, straight forward and don't talk down.I have compared their estimates to other places, and they always are less, or comparable to other estimates. (They always are less than the dealer)I'm so glad I found them.

Took my car in for some noise coming from front of car. Diagnosed with a broken tie rod. Had tie rod replaced and a wheel alignment completed. Took car back to shop to complain that car was pulling. Made an appointment for two weeks out to have alignment redone. When I showed up for appointment - after they tried to charge me for a new alignment (which I refused), the owner came back and told me that the car was 'wrecked', and that they could not do. When I asked why they scheduled me an appointment for service they would not do, got a blank stare for a response. Would not recommend. ANYONE give this shop their business.

I had the absolute best experience at 2 Brothers Automotive. I came to get a new tire and David noticed that the previous work that was done by another shop was horribly wrong. He ordered brand new tire rods that were free of charge because he didn't want my son and I traveling in an unsafe car. I can't believe the service that I received today! I will definitely be returning.

I took my vehicle to 2 Brothers on a recommendation and I am so glad that I did!From the very first call I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy by everyone I encountered, from the owner to the technician and the front office personnel. More importantly, every single issue they found was clearly and patiently explained so that I not only understood why my car was 'broken', but exactly what caused it and what was needed to fix correctly! Which by the way was NOT what had been described to me by another shop. I was so pleased with the service that I will be going back for all myvehicle's regular maintenance from now on. Thanks again everyone!
