Fast and Reliable Mechanic Jim was about to do me a great job in 40 minutes replacing the whole control arm on my front end passenger side. no hassles or trying to get any extra dollar out of ya, the price was reasonable. Horrible experience, he lied and didn't provide proof of my receipt, my car came back dirty so dirty I couldn't believe what I saw the whole inside of my car smelled of smoke, dirt on the seats the floor garbage of Chinese food receipts. he or his workers broke my glove box in my car. The owners personality he is so rude and doesn't want to call u for any updates on ur vehicle my car was said to take a whole month to repair and it was done in 3 days without any proof of what he did. Never will I go back very unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim for a pre-purchase inspection of a used truck. Jim was professional and timely in his communication and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs throughout the process. I would recommend Klein and Sons to anyone in the Columbiana area.

Jim Klein is a good mechanic. He does not overcharge and is trustworthy. Expect to leave your car there for a couple of days. His business is not computerized but he does accept credit cards.

I went three other hand places and no one knew what was wrong with my car. They figure it out. And it is going to cost me way less than I thought to get it fixed. Best mechanics around! Won't go away where else now!

Never go back, short and ignorant on phone the boys he has working there can only respond by saying "I don't know" have to ask boss only. So you're working on my car but don't have any information on it. Ok Couldn't find my keys and receipt.

Very satisfied , He is very reasonable and does great work and does it quick, your vehicle doesn't sit there for weeks. Very good people.

POSITIVE: Fixed my vehicle when I was in a pinch. NEGATIVE: charged me more when I picked vehicle up. Then was previously agreed on.
