My initial quote visit, I left very impressed by the customer service! Seeing the quality, communication, and great customer service This will now be my go to place for future repairs! They are very informative and easy to talk to. They even highlighted future points of interest that were unrelated to my visit, if I wanted to get them detailed at a later date. Solid five stars from me! Thank you crash champions, for kind and courteous customer service, and getting me back on the road!

Hit a deer and my insurance sent me here. People are nice and communication is above expectations. Got my car back yesterday and it is like I never did anything

Hit a deer the 2nd night moving back to Ohio and took my BMW X1 to have it fixed because they worked with my insurance company. CC was very professional, communicated well on repair updates, and overall very friendly. Hopefully I never hit another deer again but if I do my SUV will be serviced by them. This was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had in my life. Not even just because of the cost but the customer service was awful they had no respect for me whatsoever and thought it was funny when they forgot to call and tell me not to pick it up. I work over 2 hours away from the business so I had to use 2 hours unpaid several times because they were unwilling to communicate. Seriously never ever use them. The person that hit me, their insurance MADE me go there because they are a partner company. I was scammed by crash collision because I was vulnerable. Won t be forgotten.Service: Painting

I'm sure there are many out there that claim to care for their customers. Crash champions definitely care. Their team is professional, knowledgeable and devoted to their craft!Every employee from customer service all the way down to the gentleman who cleaned my car outside and in deserves a raise!Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle I would recommend this company to my dear friends!

Considering how much was damaged on the rear of the suv, they did an awesome job. It looked as good as new, nice and shiny too. Looks like they even washed and waxed the exterior, as well as, vacuumed and cleaned the interior. If I ever need collision repair again (hopefully I don't) this is the shop that I'm going back to. Okay I cannot say ENOUGH about these guys! So I made a list below instead. (Backstory: Allstate sent me to this place. My fender/door was backed into by my uncle in his driveway while I was visiting him, also causing damage to the window where the window kept falling and wouldn't go up or down, the motor for the window was toast.) The guys here are awesome and super nice! They made the process easy. It got done much earlier than THEY even expected. They were kind enough to even fix my headlight that didn't affect my car being backed into (My boyfriend noticed it---he's an auto mechanic but his place doesn't do auto collision repair) They even cleaned the inside of my car when they didn't have to. They made everything so much better! (As a young woman who gets car-maintainance anxiety because I know nothing about cars LOL it makes me sigh in relief )Kevin did such an amazing job fixing my car door and window. It looks brand new! The window works flawlessly too. And Drew is so nice and super helpful! Thanks guys!
