Staff is pretty knowledgeable, the stock on hand is usually pretty extensive, rarely do they not have something in stock that I have needed. Good location, store is generally clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and easy to work with.

Drove from Pa to Ohio for the annual NAPA car cruise. Drove over something, damaged oil pan which leaked. Got to cruise but lost 90% of my oil. Two local NAPA employees told their store manager Scott. He actually opened the store for me, brought me oil, two part epoxy, and cleaner. It was so impressive to see such awesome people who actually cared. I cant say enough in how greatful i am and only hope i can rerurn the favor somehow. John

The guys that work there are great saved me money on wiper blades and exchanged my dead battery under warranty for a new one no payment for me

Although the part I was after it was not available the service was great and I've always felt as though Napa always supplied Superior replacement parts than other automotive stores

Went to buy the battery that was on sale. He didn't have the courtesy to say they were out of them, just rang up a more expensive one. First time there. Never again.
