Highly Recommend!I had the BEST car shopping experience! I absolutely loved the place. I could not ask for more. I was totally blessed. I was just going to just look at the vehicle that I had an eye but realized how great this place is. Big John helped me along with Josh get into the vehicle I wanted to. Big John also communicated very well about the previous owner to the best of his knowledge. Highly recommend this dealership.

Columbiana Ford makes buying a vehicle painless! My 17 year old daughter wanted a Bronco Sport in the worst way and they made it fit into her budget, a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport to be exact. No ploys at anything extra, no hidden money to come up with, just a honest group of guys who wanted a teenager safe in her vehicle. Thank you Big John for always being there to answer my questions on safety (I know I had a million of them after the recent events) and helping me pull off the best surprise ever! These guys are top notch and I will be buying all of my new Ford s from Columbiana Ford! I appreciate you guys and thank you again!!!

After fielding many offers from other Dealers for my used Buick I was selling I was pretty frustrated with the offers and the overall experience in dealing with Buyers from Dealers. The offers were low and quite frankly insulting. My experience from Cliff Adams changed all that. He reached out to me and instead of trying to sell me on a low ball offer he was straight up above board with what he was looking to pay and why. More importantly he was good for his word when I came to Columbiana Ford and showed him my car that I had for sale. He did everything he said he would. He paid the price he offered without trying to drop the price once I was there. Basically he was good for his word. My only regret was that we had already bought our new vehicle before ever visiting Columbiana Ford. That was my mistake. I would have loved the opportunity to establish my business with them. The next vehicle we buy though will start at Columbiana Ford. Refreshing experience in selling our Buick. Never thought I would ever say that. Well done Cliff! Well done.

Went to several dealers threw out the state,Columbiana Ford was top notch. I dealt with Elliot McCurry he assisted in everyway possiable. He took time out to answer questions, take pictures and was very helpful in everything I asked of him.Josh, in finance was top notch in getting all of the paper work in order. I will give them a 5 rating as well

Updating my review as the sales and service team had helped out with a previous issue I had after purchasing a used 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback.I purchased the vehicle roughly 3 weeks ago, and had some issues right off the bat with the door actuators that caused the car to have issues locking and unlocking. I did reach out to the Josh the financial manager, and the sales team.After a couple of weeks, they were able to help me out, and had me bring in the vehicle for an inspection. They changed out the RR door actuator which was having issues. Due to them being on a continuous circuit this did fix the drivers door as well. Overall I am very happy with my purchase from Columbiana Ford!

Drove over 4.5 hours for my new Bronco, and it was the best decision I could have made!. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Had a little hiccup, but they went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Carrie and the rest of the team were amazing and made this the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Definitely recommend! Was well worth the drive!

What in the fake Google reviews do we have going on here? I believe faithfully in Google reviews (well not as much anymore). Been going back and forth and reading (what I thought was legit customers) reviews. I found Chantl Jappaya. 11 months ago they mentioned JT and his team and purchase of their 1st car. But why did this person leave a review 3 years ago for JT Smith and his crew at Alfa Romeo of strongsville? With purchase or their new car?I'm buying a F350 but sadly won't be from either of these shady lots. My Google account is verified and I've left reviews all over the country.I have screenshots of both reviews. Provide me an email address and I'll forward them. Don't see an option to add photos here. This is in case "JT" has reviews deleted.

Had a previous experience at this location that was very bad and left feeling uncomfortable. Went back today and met some of their new staff and they were awesome! Left with a Ford fusion thanks to Paul. Happy to see this place doing and looking so well.

I was reached out to by a salesman named Paul to buy a car I had listed on facebook. He offered $17,700 for the car. Less than I had it listed for but to save myself the headache of selling it I entertained the idea. I stopped in and was told Im sorry I read the wrong line we can offer $17k. Ok fine mistakes happen. We agree they will pickup the car tomorrow and bring a check. I informed Paul the car is in my company name. Next day they cancel because the owner forgot to sign the check. Later that day they request paperwork to show im authorized to sell the car. Paperwork was provided and the pickup scheduled for the next day. The day of pickup I receive a request for a corporate resolution authorizing the sale of the car. It was provided within 15 min of the request. It was odd to have such a request but I provided it. About an hour later I receive a text from Paul stating they no longer are interested in the car. They seem to be very disorganized and not sure of what they are doing. Alot of wasted time for me due to this. First the price was incorrect, then canceled pickup, then several paperwork issues on their end. Buyer or Seller beware.

We recently purchased a used car, 2019 Toyota- got it home and realized the doors will not lock in anyway. After a couple of weeks back and forth with sales, management and service, the dealership finally made it right. They fixed the problem for the most part and delivered the car to us so we didn t have to drive the hour and a half back to pick it up.

Good people to deal with, The wife and I was just looking not expecting to buy anything when we bumped into Big john , went back the next morning and Big john worked hard to get me the best deal possible, We'll definitely buy here again. 'Update' had the truck 2 days realized none off the power outlets worked and mind you it's a 2020 with 40k on it the day they are receiving the check from my bank and they tell me I have to pay for a extended warranty to have the outlets fixed on a vehicle I haven't even had a week and was supposed to have went through full inspection. Not a happy customer at all.

Columbiana Ford is the way to go if you are in need of a new vehicle! I recently purchased a vehicle from here and it was one of the best experiences I ve endured. My sales man Jared was really helpful and he helped me achieve getting my dream car. He was in touch with me through the whole buying process and kept me updated at all times as well as communicating in a timely manner. Stefan over in the finance department was really helpful and made my financing hassle free! I was an out of state buyer and the whole process was really smooth and my vehicle got shipped to me and arrived safely. I want to give a big thanks to Jared, Stefan, and everyone at Columbiana who I interacted with. It was a great experience and I would for sure recommend them!

Great experience awesome staff and great FORD vehicles. Jorey was afantastic a salesman. He new all the details was very attentive. Kept in contact with through the while process so I never felt out of the loop. Shout out to Josh in finance as well. Both very knowledgeable about their respective areas. I strongly suggest dealing with these two gentlemen. The experience was well worth it and I be back.

Worst place ever to buy a car , Try to sell me a car which the body paint was horrible. Then when I let them know the issues the car had it with the paint the answer from them was if you would it know it had it those damages you wouldn t buy the car from us I was like wowwww! Then they took the car back supposedly to get it fix but then nobody was answering my texts or calls to see what was going to happen with the car since they had it my money. Never thought this place was going to treat me the way they did especially to a Veteran and prior Law Enforcement.What a disappointment!

Hi. This is a review from my senior (wiser) parents. But as they are not familiar with technology they do not understand this process. They used to frequent Donnell of Salem for their vehicles maintenance until they abruptly closed. They expressed satisfaction from the phone customer service, to in person customer service they received in Columbiana. They expressed it seemed like a happy environment all around. However, they did not get or remember anyone s name. They were there last week. My mom recently had hip surgery and a gentleman pulled the car all the way in for her to get out with my father to avoid stairs. She said she was taken to the waiting area and made a cup of coffee and searched for a tv channel by a female that was extremely friendly. My mother and father both realized they forgot their wallets at home and asked if they could borrow a car to run home and grab them. My parents settled on a nice gentleman driving my mom home to retrieve them. She said what stuck with her was that the female ran out to the car and said something quietly to the gentleman taking her. My mother assuming they were inconveniencing them asked if he could share what that was about and he said, she told me to make sure I walk you to your door and back to the car safely. My parents are 90 and 91, and I appreciate the simple humanity offered by Columbiana Ford that day. I will recommend that place based off the proven care of customers. I apologize for not knowing anyone s name. But I want you to know you earned new customers. Also, and they said the new building looks amazing.

Great Experience purchasing my 2024, Dark Horse Mustang. Found the car on Facebook marketplace. Big John was the poster. Could not have had a better person taking care of me. Big John was awesome from the get go. I ve bought plenty of cars, this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I ve had dealing with anyone. I live out of state and was looking to buy a new Bronco. I found Columbiana Ford online and inquired about it. Sean the Sales Manager communicated with on a Sunday. I went in on Monday and worked with the salesman John and ended up buying it. Everything was painless and easy. Everyone at the dealership was very personable. I would recommend if you're interested in buying a new vehicle.

Recently bought a vehicle from Ford, this was my first personal experience here and everyone made it so easy.Jorey was so helpful with deciding what worked best, showed us several options, went over options with us explaining everything.Josh in finance was great and the service manager was so helpful, worked with us well, really went over and beyond to get us the best rate / deal.We re return customers, my husband bought a truck last year and had the best experience- we will definitely be back.
