I have been going to this dealership for over 8 years and service Had been very good. This being said I was Extremely dissatisfied with my service this time. I visited with a friend and we both were scheduled for oil changes and tire rotations...hers took 45 minutes and mine 90 minutes. Why? No explanation and not any type of good customer service when I mentioned how unhappy I was with this visit. It was also a nice touch when they used to vacuum the drivers side floor....Nothing.Also, why does the person driving your car move any and all of your seat positions and don't place them in their original position. This happened to both if us and its very annoying. I used to feel comfortable when here for a service call and now I'm second guessing my future service needs.

My wife had an appointment for oil change. When I called and made the appointment I asked for the price. They said $69, she ended paying $88. Very expensive, they didn't wash the car, or tire rotation, they asked but she said no.Nobody explained the bill or review the check list about the car brakes, tires, battery, etc.I was there before with the old ownership and I paid for a tire rotation that the mechanic decided to not do.Lucky I marked my tires.Nothing changed, you're very convenient for us, but too expensive.Best regards, John N Garoiu.

I cannot say enough positive comments concerning the service department. From the moment I arrived the customer service from the auto repair was amazing. Would recommend anyone needing their car repaired to go and experience the professionalism of this department. I wish I had gotten the name of the individual that took care of everything, he certainly is an asset for your company. The only thing that I was highly disappointed in (had absolutely nothing to do with service) was that after 37 years of experience in dealing with Flynn Cadillac I definitely see the difference in dealing with Cochran. I never in 37 years had to find a way home when leaving my Cadillac there. They did offer someone to drive me which was kind of him. Apparently they only have 5 loaner cars. What a disappointment. I heard that Cochran was definitely not interested in keeping customer service as a priority. How sad.

Bought used vehicle! They Did no check up despite their " promise!"! Had to have transmission replaced with less then 5 miles put on it since sale if vehicle. And after the vehicle inspection.Plus bad brakes! All supposedly checked on " 120 point inspection" !Transmission replace with another bad transmission! Yes! Honestly! This happened! Not a disgruntled employee. Facts!!!!Any after 4 phone calls still no response from service manager Matt!Have now reached out to attorney and corporate Cochran chevrolet!Absolutely do not it deal with them.So. Sad that i have to go thru this with them. Nothing but bad experience. still no response! What a shame!!! Stay tuned

I went online make an appointment from my Chevy app. They called me maybe appointment. And did some warranty work change the oil , rotated tires and had me out of there in 2 hours.

The shop was very busy. Standard oil change and tire rotation. I also had them do a check of brakes and rotors. All good. A newer salesman Kenny DeSantis came out and said hi ( that s the second time he s done that ) to everyone in the lounge area and engaged in a short conversation. Got his card and I ll remember that next time I m in the market. Best of all , I used my Cadillac points to pay for everything. Happy Camper!!

Patrick was awesome. He was helpful, understanding and supportive. We are glad he was our salesperson. Kudos! To him. Financial guy, don't v remember that he introduced himself. Was fake and pushy. Rushed through details to get to selling us extra insurance. I was not impressed. If he was selling cars we would not be having this conversation.

Maintenance completed thoroughly by technician. Service advisors were friendly, helpful and made sure to update me on the status of my vehicle. Appointment scheduling was very easy

Our sales rep, Ben Tiratto was very pleasant and great to work with. We got a quality car at a fair price. Our finance guy however, became quite unpleasant and borderline rude after we decided not to purchase an extended warranty. We understand that our decision probably kept him from getting commission for selling the warranty, but we certainly did not appreciate his sudden attitude change. We would however still recommend Columbiana Cadillac Chevrolet if you are searching for a new vehicle. Nice cars at good prices. 0

I've been going to Columbiana Cadillac for almost 7 years & I keep returning because of the trust from the Service Department that I have been shown. All Service jobs are done with respect. And that makes for a good feeling to bring your car back to a trusted Dealership .

The entire experience was very good. All personnel were very friendly and helpful from the time I arrived. The vehicle was serviced and cleaned, making the experience very favorable . Future needs were discussed with estimates provided.

Went in to get a key fob programmed, tech seen it and mentioned it was the wrong model but tried unsuccessful and yet I was still charged 186 dollars for nothing but a poorly done carwashRevised. the dealership handled the situation reimbursed the expenses and kept a customer that knows if needed coumbiana Cadillac service dept. Is a great place to have your repaired done

Easy to schedule on line, love that they have Saturday service hours.Arrived at appointment, was welcomed with a friendly introduction. Car was serviced within the hour. Very professional on check out.Will continue to have car serviced at dealership as long as they keep Saturday service hours.

Had my Equinox towed there after 5 one day. They diagnosed the problem the next morning. It was ready to be picked up by noon. Very efficient and polite. Explained the problem to me. Good experience.

Columbiana Cadillac has always been the best dealer I have ever gone to.They ve always had the best service. They are courteous and do a great job repairing or doing maintenance on my autos. They always wash your car before you leave as well. I highly recommend Columbiana Cadillac. Thank you

Service here is absolutely fantastic. Will bend over backwards to help anyone and always have gone the extra step. I will not go anywhere else. They Service Manager- Aaron was a pleasure to work with.That being said.. I have had problems with Cochrans since they bought Sweeney, I hope Columbiana doesn't go down hill.Update: The sales department seems to be going the wrong way, I was working with a salesman Patrick about buying out a lease and he quit contacting me. So apparently they don t want business at the sales department.

They had to replace the purge valve in the engine.But with the UAW strike had to wait for the part. But when they got the part got me right in. And my XT5 is done. No more engine light on. The service department did a great job.and even washed my suv. I feel you can get your anywhere for service. But how good are they.I ll stay with Columbiana Cadillac.

Used a one day only tactic to get the sale, went over financials of exact $$$ way too fast, I paid for oil change on my current vehicle that day (talked to salesman while oil change was happening) I traded in the current car during that meeting. Oil change was done, I immediately paid like a normal person and then said .wait, this is your car now. Sales man Ben Tiratto said he would take car of it, then said he couldn t. I asked for a 2nd free oil change on new car, he asked and manager said no. I asked financial guy, Chip, he went back and asked manager and he said no. Wont be going back there, will get my first free oil change at Greenwood and not going to Chevy dealership for the rest of the 3 year lease. Wow!!!!! Really, really not customer friendly !!!!!

Had an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech was friendly and a salesman came an gave me a bottle of water with 2 cups. I had my dog with me and the second cup was for him to have water in.
