Exceptional service from start to finish! Sam and his team at the mechanic shop went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top-notch condition. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Sam took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed and provided transparent pricing. The work was completed promptly, and my car now runs better than ever. I highly recommend Sam's mechanic shop to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service. Five stars all the way!

Excellent auto repair shop. Sam is very fair and honest. My ford expedition needed a transfer case. Sam saved me money by installing a used transfer case with low miles. Great and fast service. Thank you Sam.

There are three professionals in life that you will be fortunate to find to be competent and considerate -- a doctor, a plumber, and a mechanic. While my 2021 Civic is still warranted, I was impressed with the service received at this site for routine work. Other than being close to my residence, I was impressed with the tech communication sent to my phone on the status of my car. They were quick and attentive, even offering to provide some transport if I needed it. I'm still very active at my age, but it is rare to find that kind of support. I like the idea of supporting the hometown mechanic. Highly recommended for a square deal.

I had windshield washer problems for the second time in a couple years. I took my car to Sam. This is one honest man. He saw that the motor had been replaced on the wipers two years ago. The problem this time was that the fuses kept Blowing each time I turned the wipers on. He replaced the motor at no charge, nor did he charge me labor for the work that he did. I was simply charged four dollars in tax for the part. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this establishment and highly recommend That others use him as well.

Big kudos to Columbia Marathon, and James (auto mechanic) in particular for a job well done on repairs to my 1985 Buick GN. Alternator, battery, muffler, head lamps were all replaced so I could drive my almost-40-year-old car on a 1300 mile trek to new home in south Florida. The work done was fantastic and the car did the entire journey in 2 days without incident! It ran just like in the old days when I bought it new... flawlessly. Thanks for great service, everyone! What a professional yet friendly gem this place is. James is very knowledgeable, understanding, and clearly explains what is needed to fix your car. Kaley as the office manager is friendly, flexible with scheduling and professional. They are also fast! I have a 19 year old Ford freestar van. The original tires that came on the van, when I bought it new, needed to be replace which initiated my visit. Norm was the owner of the Columbia Marathon and I've been going there for a little over 40 years. Norm passed away a few years back at which time Sam bought the station. Another mechanic working the station with Sam is James. Both are patient when I ask questions and are willing to spend detail time explaining why things should be done. You get the face to face with the person that is working on the car that you don't get at a chain run repair place like Conrads or Firestone. Kaylee who works the desk as the receptionist has the most delightful personality. She's always very helpful. I trust this Crew. I have found them to be professional, fair and honest. They are well-trained and certified. They guarantee their work but focus on getting it right the first.Columbia Marathon is my go-to station for all of my automotive requirements. I give it five stars and recommend it to everyone.

I had my stabilizer bars replaced in July and it sounded like they needed replacements just five months later. They were able to get me right in and provided me with a loaner car. The parts were under warranty and my vehicle was fixed by the next day. I've always have had great experiences at this Marathon and am very pleased with them.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Misrepresented cost of service. Hung up on us when we called to discuss - of course after we paid. Unacceptable. Period. And it was not a misread ad did not receive service and price was NOT changed just to reflect full synthetic. Nice try though. Oh and nice to put in writing that you aren t charging taxes

Needed a tire plugged they plugged it realizing I needed new tires .They ordered them got them there in a timely fashion and for good price . Great service would def. Go again for any of my car needs. Thankyou James

This was my first attempt to find a relaible honest mechanic in this area, I was driving 5hrs round-trip to get my suv serviced, this time she wasn't gonna make it, so I took a shot and I am sooo glad I did! Great service, great communication, super nice when I went to pick her up. I have a list of work I want done and I for sure will be going here for everything!! Thank you so much!!

I had a flat tire and the technicians quickly helped fill my tire, No Charge. Unfortunately I had a nail and needed tire replacement. They put temporary fix and next day they replaced bad tire with new one. What most impressed me is their helpfulness and quick response to my problem. James got me in for diagnostics and service in a very quick timeframe. I was very impressed with both the comprehensive diagnosis but his knowledge and step by step plan for my vehicle. Most garages would just go for the high ticket item. Not here. Step by step solutions. All the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you!

Such a great experience. Everyone there was professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The work they did was excellent, and the pricing is honest and fair. We've only recently moved into the area, but they are now our mechanics for anything we need! (They even worked around an out-of-town schedule on my part.)

One of the most professional stations I have ever been to!I had work done on a 2004 Honda civic that I was taking to an elderly aunt in Wisconsin. They thoroughly understood that I wanted to make sure the car was safe for her but also didn t want to dump a bunch of money into the car. They sent me a very detailed estimate along with pictures!I highly recommend this station. 5 star

All staff super friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and explaining what work is needed. They exceeded my expectations and fixed everything on my car in an efficient time. Prices were very reasonable and they even detail cleaned my car. Will definitely be coming back in the future for car maintenance.

Took my car here and quoted that I needed new brakes wanted to charge over 1,000 dollars and went to a competitor and got my brakes fixed for 200 dollars.

As the summer months approach so does the blistering heat. I noticed my car having real weak AC and needed something done ASAP. I called Columbia Marathon and they got me in right away. Waseem and James took care of me and got myCar basically blowing icicles now! Only place I take my car for anything to be done!

We had oil changes due on two of our vehicles. I messaged them on Thursday evening, and they were able to get them both done in Saturday. The oil changes were done very quickly and efficiently! They also helped me out a few weeks back. I had a nail stuck in my tire. I didn't realize it, until I was on my way to work. They were there to get me in and out quickly! I called them and they just told me to bring it in!Great customer service and service all together!! Highly recommend, thank you!!!
