I had a great experience with Town & Country . I bought an awesome camper from them for a great price . Matt made it easy to just come and get the camper. Joe did amazing showing me everything about my new camper. Abbey made the paperwork fast and easy . All around, an awesome purchase

Absolutely the best experience I have had with the purchase of anything in my life. Matt the salesman was great to work with even at long distance. Jeremy the service tech went through everything on the RV with us to ensure we new how everything worked and made sure the camera system and truck hook up was all complete be fore we left the lot. Everyone we saw or dealt with at town and country was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was well worth the 6 hour drive one way to pick up out new Jayco 359 toyhauler. I had looked and talked to numerous dealers over a 6 month period none of them felt right until I talked to Matt at Town and country in Clyde Ohio. Highly recommend you talk to them if your in the market for an RV. Mark Sims

I have nothing but praise for this dealership. We bought a 40 old Puma [about 2006] that Matt Jenne sold us for $6000 to use for a sewing building on our property. He was the greatest to deal with and super likable. This is a no pressure dealership. We had a problem that was not in any way the fault of T&C, but they took care of it at no charge, because that is the way they care for their customers. This was only a $6000 RV and everyone was great, and most important to us was Mr. Jenne did this knowing that we wouldn t be buying a more expensive, or ANY new RV because we are 80 and 89. That is the way they take care of you regardless of knowing there would be no bigger sale in the future. We just put in a new furnace, because of its age, and a wonderful young man named Raffy put it in. Everyone there from the nice lady Donna that greets you when you come in to Raffy putting in the new furnace makes you know how much they care and appreciate your business, big or small. I find that rare these days.

Traded in our old camper for a fair price, purchased our dream 5th wheel camper.. Matt/Sales, Jeremy in service were the BEST! Took the time and answered all our questions. Everyone was hard working, genuinely nice people. We live in Toledo and it was worth the drive.

Bought a motor home here 350 miles from where I live , dealers near me in Rochester NY won t deal and won t stand behind the product after the sale.Sales played no games, service helped me out with a problem, I wish they were closer.Thank you !

Wow! Bought last years model RV for 1/2 of suggested price. It is just what our growing family needs. Matt was a great no-pressure salesman, helping us to explore which unit would be the right one. Jeremy went completely through the unit with us at delivery, explaining every detail!! What a great personal touch. Can't forget Abby who handled the paperwork like the professional she is! Thanks everyone!!!

We bought our new RV from Town & Country RV in Ohio, even though we live in Colorado. They had the best prices and went above and beyond to make our purchase experience wonderful. Everyone from Sales (Rick G.), Technicians, and even the Owner made sure our experience was fantastic. They went above & beyond. The purchase process was very easy, but the service department is very poor. My camper jack broke down the first day of bought it. The service guy gave me a. Runaround and a lecture, I have been keeping for 20 plus years. Never had any issues and they have been very poor about the communicating on getting it fixed. It's been a week of a down camper and it just now are getting back to me both parts to order Will never buy from them again

Ask for Rick!! Super cool totally helpful and nice guy! Replied quickly with all the questions I asked. Store was neat and clean. Everyone was friendly! Also scored a great deal! Pricing was amazing! . I can t say enough good things about Rick or the whole process!

I am so impressed with the service staff at the RV center. Bill was so nice and made sure we were taken care of! Bill gave us the best service guy- Raffy! Raffy is amazing- he took time to carefully explain everything we needed to know about our Mercedes terrain sprinter. He gave us a full walk through, demonstrating all of the maintenance and features of our sprinter. Our walk through was thorough, and Raffy answered all of our questions. He provide us with extra informational handouts and made sure to check everything in the sprinter before we drove off. This made our whole experience so exciting and comforting. Highly recommend town and country RV center! Thanks Bill and Raffy!

We had a fantastic experience with Town and Country RV with the recent purchase of our new Jayco! They are a family-owned business, and we felt that they treated US like family. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and we definitely are! I m sure that one of the reasons they have been so successful for over 50 years, is that they are truly customer-focused. Rick, our salesperson, and Brady, one of the managers, were top-notch and so pleasant to work with, as was everyone we interacted with at the dealership. Highly recommend!

I had some issues that needed some service. They took care of some the issues. But had to order some parts. The parts wouldn't be in before i left for florida. The parts on order didn't effect the function of the motorhome. So they held on to them until i returned from florida, and fixed it immediately when i returned. Great family owned business.

Best experience buying a camper . Went elsewhere first and I'm glad I did! I found out first hand how easy Town & country is to deal with and I'll never second guess myself. They know exactly what they could get me in interest rates and payments even before doing a credit check,and they nailed it. Got me approved right away. Now I'm just counting down the days until my walk through. Can't wait.My family is very excited!

This place has that old school way of doing business! They treated me very good!! They held the camper for me and worked with me to see that it was a smooth transition! Cory Middleton is the man! Also would like to extend a big thanks to their Tech guys and Michael who bent over backwards to get the camper ready! We are very happy and will be spreading the word! Thanks guys!!Don Turner!

Small dealership, great selection and unbeatable prices. We drove up from Dayton, because local dealer would not budge on price. The under 2 hour drive saved us 8k on our new 5th wheel. Very happy with it, they had it all prepped and ready to go. No issues at all.Update: We have since moved to Florida and made the 17 hour drive back when we upgraded..The service is great, customer service is awesome and again we saved 16k over Florida prices...between sale price and higher trade value. We will keep them as # 1 in our list if we upgraded again. MOST Highly recommend this small town dealer.

Went to talk to the service/parts department. The woman working there was was rude and condescending. Thanfully one of the other workers jumped in and was able to answer all my questions. Wish I would have got his name, he was friendly and knew his stuff.

We enjoyed a great experience dealing with TCRVC. Matt was a great salesperson to work with - he was patient and really worked with us over the course of many weeks without being pushy or high pressure. When we purchased, Mike did a thorough job walking us thru all of the RV features, and answered all of our questions. It was a great purchasing experience! Highly recommend.

Matt Jenne was amazing to work with!!! He was patient, up-front, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, for those of you wondering "Yeah but how do they treat people that don't end up buying an RV??" I can say without reservation--because we did not end up purchasing the RV we were seriously considering--that T&CRV treated us well. In fact, our refundable deposit was promptly refunded with no hint of dismissal because of our "no, thankyou." Thank you, Matt for patiently helping us to figure out what type of RV will be the best fit for our family!!

Customer Service like this is hard to find. So much so I am traveling 8 hours because of the service. I received a quote quickly and the price was very fair. Bill went out of his way to find the exact interior I wanted by trading with another dealer. Do yourself a favor before you buy from one of the big box stores and pay a outrages back end fee call T&C

Town and country is one of the few remaining dealerships that Truly appreciate their customers. Service after the sale is very important to them and their reputation. Even if you don't buy from them they will do their best to take care of any issues you may have. There is a reason they are a Jayco founders award winner.

My husband and I were very pleased with the camper we purchased. Matt went above and beyond with our walk through. He was the most courteous and helpful person. We were a little disappointed in the salesman, after driving all the way from AL to OH, we saw him when wefirst got there and never saw him again. No thank you for your purchase, nothing.

I bought my 1st camper from T&C and was very pleased. Did have one small problem but they sent a service tech to my campsite and it was solved. Now I getting a new camper and the salesman has been very honest with me in everything. Even with a slight delay in delivery he has done his best with great customer service. I'll definitely stay with T&C and will refer anyone to go to them.

We had the best customer service here. Bill Tea answered all of our questions and never used pressure sales tactics. Matt was very thorough when we did our final walk thru and explained how everything worked. He even set our hitch up. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Will recommend them to everybody.
