We bought a 2005 vibe from this dealership about a month ago. The salesman we dealt with was Adam. It was nice going to a dealership that was laid back and low pressure. They gave me what I felt was a pretty decent price. So far we have not had any problems with the vehicle, and the title was mailed very quickly since we paid cash. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!

I had a great experience with these guys. I bought a used vehicle from them and I had had very few issues but when it did they got the car In an had it fixed in an extremely reasonable time frame. And even though I had a 42000 mile warranty they did not charge me anything because they had realize that the issues were due to a company that had done work to the car while they were in possession of it. Also my man Adam is a super positive salesman and super cool dude. Would buy a vehicle from him anytime. Thanks Steinle!

I can not say enough good about the entire Team at Steinle Chevrolet. I was in a terrible situation with a blown transmission 3 hours from my home. The staff at Steinle were so kind and literally rescued me. The owner/manager drove me around for over an hour helping me get a rental car. The transmission tech was very well trained and they took care of replacing my transmission as fast as possible and kept me informed continuously. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They all go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. They live by the word integrity. And if I lived closer, they would absolutely be my go to dealership. You. Can. Trust. Them!!

I was on my way to a meeting the other day. Abruptly I had multiple warnings in the message center. Truck started to overheat. Pulled in and the service department got me in right awayTurns out I needed a pulley that disappeared, a belt and a bracket. They had me back on the road the very same day. The service department is top notch! Thanks again for saving the day! Not to mention saving my week!

Bryce in sales is very good and a pleasure to work with. The service department, unfortunately, not so much. Schedule an appointment for a simple oil change, show up on time and sit and wait 60-90 minutes..... NO THANKS. The service writer told me " an oil change always takes over an hour". Uh, NO, it does not. I won't be back.

We had one of the best car buying experiences ever. We stopped by on a Sunday just to look not knowing they were open & well one thing led to another. No pressure, no hassle. Bryce our Salesman was very courteous & knowledgeable. They had the vehicle we wanted & it was priced right. Nice hometown dealership & nice staff. Would definitely recommend Steinle Chevrolet in Clyde Ohio!

I bought a car here less than a year ago. I had a good experience and found I nice car for a fair price. I've had 3 tires keep losing air so I scheduled and appointment for them to look at. They cleaned the corrosion off and replaced the valve caps. Afterwards my car drove awful. They threw off the balance and my car had a terrible vibration. I took it back for them to fix it and it still drives just as bad. I'm incredibly disappointed. Its a decent place to buy a car from but do NOT use their service center.Follow up: I took the car somewhere else and 3 of the wheels were still out of balance and the alignment was off by 26�.

I had a wonderful buying experience at Steinle. After car shopping for awhile, I feel as though the price was fair and the customer service was unbeatable. Joanna was attentive and thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. She did her best to ensure I was taken care of and happy with my purchase. I would definitely return and recommend anyone to Steinle.

I would highly recommend Steinle Chevrolet! After taking my ill Chevy Silverado to Foster's Chevrolet 3x, and was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I called Steinles Chevrolet in Cylde. Kaitlin in service got me an appointment and the tech advisor took my truck for a test drive to investigate the issue. Needless to say they found the problem immediately! There was a bulletin for that specific problem, (which any dealership has access to if they bother to investigate), Steinle ordered the part and fixed my truck as soon as the part came in. Problem solved. Needless to say my husband & I will be using Steinle Chevrolet for any of our service work for our two vehicles going forward and when the time comes to buy new it will be there as well. Since then we have always been treated wonderful at Steinle and they have always gone out of their way to help us in anyway possible. Hats off to a top notch Chevrolet dealership that care about their customers! Thank you to the whole team at Steinle Chevrolet for quality service! Now two more customers for life........ Had an excellent experience today! Very professional, friendly, efficient, and got a great deal! Will be doing business with them again in the future! My sales person, Paige, was professional, friendly, and had everything ready when I walked in!Garrett, the sales manager, was fair and honest. He gave me a great price on my car.Kevin the finance manager was organized and did a great job answering all my questions!Would definitely recommend!

I would avoid this dealer at all costs, I tried to call and buy a Camaro they have on the lot that is available, and I was informed without a trade in they refuse to sell the car, this screams trying to scam someone. I have cash in hand and they won t sell the vehicle without a trade? I have never heard of such a thing before, even told me they have had over 100 calls about the vehicle and they won t sell it without a trade .

Recently traded a truck and dealt with Bryce. Bryce, was professional to deal with along with everyone else in the process. No high pressure sales which was nice for a change. Had a minor glitch with the new vehicle, Mike and the boys in the back were able to hash it out quickly. I had a family member in the market for a new vehicle, referred him to Bryce, and also had nothing but great things to say about him and the guys at Steinle. I d rather buy fromhere then a mega dealer, at Steinle they treated me great.

The managers did a wonderful job helping me find the car I wanted. Kevin in finance helped me get the payment I wanted. Service department is always very easy to work with and even washes my car for free with every oil change.A great experience all around.

Recently bought a vehicle from here. Great place with friendly staff! Staff helped me compare with other vehicles I was interested in. This was the only gm dealer that would work on my previous car for a gm recall when other dealers avoided me and gave me the run around. Very much appreciated! I love the new wheels!

Walked right in with all intent to buy a car, walked back out with an excellent vehicle and a good experience. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I wanted, kept in the price range I wanted to stay in, didn t try to give me the run around, answered every question I had and was exceptionally helpful. Not to mention their car prices are very reasonable.

I went for an oil change in april the 27 point inspection paper said my front brakes were bad so I made an appointment to have them change a couple weeks later. The advisor Mike told me that I must of looked at the paper wrong because they were still good until my next appointment which mind you isn't until September well here it is June and they started grinding so I took my car back, had an appointment and he said I wasn't even in the book for an appointment so I showed him my confirmation email and he said he'd squeeze me and then I explained and showed him the paper about my breaks. After all that he said my back rotors will need replaced along with the pads..the damn paper said my back breaks were ok!!! Now he's saying I need to come in soon to replace the front pads. If they did their damn job in the first place this never would've happened. Costing me $275 all because they didn't do their job!!! Never again will I go there!!!

Went in to talk about trading my vehicle in on a newer truck, got an appraisal and was told I would be contacted the next morning (they were closing). Well two weeks later they called back asking if I was still interested. Needless to say I took my business to a dealership who wanted to sell a vehicle. Their Fremont location isn't any better!

Bought my Buick from them and they did a really great job on following up and helping me with the sale. I didn't feel under the pressure of the gun to buy immediately and they did a great job explaining the features and helping me with researching alternatives.

Very disappointed. I live 5 hrs from their dealership. Call about a used vehicle. Asked if there was any smoke odors. They said no. After driving 5hrs, I get in vehicle.... well, it might not of been a smoke odor, but it stunk of something (it was a 2014 model). Next, I was upfront and honest what was wrong with my trade-in. They said (over the phone) we'd place it around $5,000. When I show up, they said "we can only give you $3,500" for you trade-in because of the issues with the car. It was the SAME issues I told them over the phone!!! Live and learn on my part.

First time at this dealership, Darrin in the service department went above and beyond on getting the ticking noise on my 19 Silverado fixed when my local dealership kept telling me nothing was wrong with it.I will be back because of him!

They sold me a vehicle that needed an oil change. They promised to change the oil for free but I could never get an appointment because the service department was closed when I got done from work. I asked my salesman to give me a gift card for oil change somewhere else and he said he couldn't because thiey already paid for an oil change. What a liar I just brought it to GMC in perrysburg and I was told there was no charge it was still under factory warranty. Thank you GMC of perrysburg i will come to them from now on.

I bought 2022 chevy camaroZL1 last week from them here.I just want to say Ive never had and easier experience than with these guys.They had everything done except signing pprwrk by time i got there for my dream car.I searched the entire US for this particular car and they had it and made it happen.Im over 3hrs away and made the trip and I can say with this kinda cust.service I'd make that trip over again for our next vehicle purchase.You can tell these people love their job and love to make your day with a new car.Thanks to Bryce and all who was involved

In love with my black cherry traverse. Staff was very inviting and friendly and worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I wanted black wheels and bow ties and they got it done.
