Store sucks try to get couple keys cut, got them from my work since our key cutter was down and they denied to cut since I didn t purchase from them. Then I went to the Fremont store same thing. Bunch of scum bags. Take my business eles where. Never again shopping at any ace hardware

Replace screen I window frame. Took 8 days and cost $50.19. My spouse dropped it off and paid in advance. This job should not have been over 30 dollars. Looks like they charge for entire roll of screen, entire spool of spline. Plus labor. Exorbitant price for a 47 x 27 inch screen replace.

My go to place. Their personal service is unbeatable. Very knowledgeable and always a good experience. Good prices and will have just what you need. Highly recommend

The corporate office issues gift cards that customers are supposed to be able to use. There are so many caveats on the use that it's next to impossible to use them unless you spend more money. Customer service does not want to discuss and calls us rude customers.

By far THE cleanest, most we'll organized Ace we've ever been to. Very friendly staff too!! Drove over an hour to get this particular Ace because they sell the Magnolia Home Paint (which is awesome).

I bought some dry erase paint with foam rollers. When I started rolling the paint on my project the roller came apart, I grabbed the second roller that came in the pack and this roller did the exact same thing. I called the store and spoke with Matt he told me to bring it back and that he would exchange it. The customer service at the Clyde Ace Hardware is top notch. Thank you for your understanding and taking care of the defective rollers and replacing the paint.

Staff is extremely helpful and help me find the items needed. They even recognize me when I came back anymore. The girl at the register was very friendly and welcoming.

I love this place because they are so simply helpful,the employees never act like it's a chore to answer questions and greet each and every person that walk thru the door.We have ordered special items,and they are in when promised. .and so for Clyde ohio..and so great selection of interior paint..Magnolia Home..Black stone grills..smokers..all our favorite things

Prices weren't accurate with what we on the product labels to what were ringing up on multiple shark bite plumbing products. Associate said they must have recently changed in the system just not updated the store shelf prices. Had to end up buying bulk packs compared to individual because of the scanned prices of the individual compared to the display prices

I PURCHASED WEED AND FEED THERE YESTERDAY. I CALLED THEM PRIOR AND THEY HAD IT READY. I WALKED IN PAYED FOR IT AND WAS OUT WITHIN 5 MINUTES. THATS WONDERFUL SERVICE. ALSO WONDERFUL STAFF. :)
