Five stars to the guy that took my appointment for tires. Zero for attitude we got when we showed up to get tires installed. Pipes had burst, we get it and we'll reschedule. Don't act like we're bothering you when we show up though.

Never go here service is horrible. Got there checked in was told 2 people in front of me that it would be an hour and a half. Ok so after 2 hours there's still 2 people in front of me and at least another hour and a half ??? . Of this department would spend more time doing there job and not standing around talking and on their phones . Walmart Corp really needs to evaluate this department.Service: Oil change

Took them 3 hours to switch my tire out that I brought in and after that our car started making noise and not sure what is causing it. I notice he put it up on the lift and then took the tire off that way instead of the tire area . so maybe the way he did it bent something. I will know for sure Monday. Like I said all we wanted was a tire swapped out and balanced nothing else. Now are car is making a awful sound that was not there before.

This place is aweful. Had to wait three days and two hours just to get an oil change. I dropped the car off, came back to pick it up 6 hrs later ,now my engine light is on and the check oil light! They claim to vacuum out your car with thier oil changes, even marked it on the service order that it was done, funny that it still had all the same dirt on the floor of the car,it did when I dropped it off! Terrible service. Just awful! I hope they didnt mess up my car..wonder why my 2015 car now has a check engine light on now!?

Very slow and in Almost 2 hrs no one has said anything to me about waiting over . just to change one tire very poor experience was told a hr and a half and still no word on any thing hopefully manager see post and does something about itService: TiresService: Tires

0 stars went to get new tires was told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait before my car went in about 2 hours later I was informed my tires were not in stock

Two hours to get the oil changed and tires rotated. At least they were open on Labor Day
