All the guys working here are so nice, polite, informative, and respectful. They are very friendly and helpful for any situation. I have taken all of my cars there, for different services and repairs, etc., I always leave very satisfied. Great group of employees!!!

This the only auto repair shop I've trusted so thoroughly. They've always been honest about what's been wrong to my benefit. I'm not a car guy so they could have easily charged me $1,000's over the years and I'd never been the wiser. Between the honesty, quality of the work and the reasonable shop rate I'll be a customer for as long as they're in business. Cannot recommend Ryan, Jamie and the rest of the crew anymore anymore highly!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

All of the guys here are so great. I ve been going here for awhile but wanted to leave a review randomly after getting something on my car fixed today! I am always so impressed with their kindness & work here. Ryan is especially great! Always gives my kids suckers, is honest, trustworthy, and hardworking! My husband and I appreciate you!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Service and Customer Service above and beyond!Took my Uplander in after Thanksgiving weekend for a broken stabilizer link and new pads/rotors (since it would be in the air). Didn't need my vehicle back for a month, but it was done in a day! The level of Customer Service they provided along with this Service work was above and beyond great! Thank you very much for what you did!!Today was my second visit for an oil change. Quick and painless! I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Staff were great. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated! Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Had to take our truck there 2 times in the past month for a brake job and a steering problem. They were very professional and told us exactly how much it would be. They even sent me a thank you card well we say thank you for being very honest with us and doing all the work in a timely manner.

My son took his car here for oil change. Six days later no oil left in the car. After jacking the car up to check what went wrong. I first check oil filter and was able to turn with my hand with no effort. Not sure if the filter is the old or new one. Going to take back to shop on Monday to see how this is handled. Will add to review after that. Luckily there has been no damage to car as far as I know. Was well taken care of after someone had read my review. Everything was handled in an excellent fashion. I understand mistakes happen, would still come back for service.Service: Oil change

I always get my vehicals seviced at the Lube Connections. If something weird goes on with my Vehicals the staff is always happy to help. Prices are reasonable and they like to help out there local Veterans. I had taken my car into another local shop for a "Fuel Lean" code my car was sending out. They basically blew me off, said it would be a couple hundred dollars, and told me to go to a dealership to get it fixed. I pulled into Lube Connection immediately after for a fast oil change and they said "your car is running rough. We'll look at it for you." Within 2 minutes they found the issue and had a part immediately sent over! And it only was a quarter of the price I was originally told. Those guys are extremely honest, and good at what they do. I highly recommend their service!

I do recommend this location. First off, the employees are friendly and make the oil change experience pleasant.They are so good, the customer leaving in the lane next to mine, gave the entire staff a tip. He bought lunch for all of them

Dropped in for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change. Greeted in the lobby by the wife and kids who let their dad know someone was looking for some servicing. Gentleman came right up to me, asked to pull in and got everything done within 25 minutes. It was busy too! Quality service in terms of the work and with the customer. Fair pricing and highly recommended.

I ve been going here for two years. Always very honest and very skilled! The only place in Marblehead that can be trusted doing oil changes without an appointment. Just pull in. Tell them what you want. And sit back. They even show you your dip stick right after the change. That's what I call straight honesty.

I go here a lot. The staff is always polite and helpful. They are quick and make sure that you are happy with the service. They will answer any questions you might have about the service. I highly recommend.
