We have gone to paul for years. These guys do a great job. Paul is very friendly, easy to talk to and really cares about his customers. We trust him 100%. Will not go anywhere else. Paul and his crew have been good to us. They do great work, friendly great customer service you can't beat that.

I think the old saying goes, finding a good mechanic is worth it s weight in gold. Paul and his mechanics have been working on my family s car s for the last decade. The quality, customer service, and honest pricing at Paul s Car Care is something you don t see everyday. They care so much about their customers and I am truly grateful for all of the fantastic work they ve done for me and my family over the years. If your in the area, this is the place to go.

Found Paul's shop 6 years ago and although there are mechanics closer to home i go to Paul his family business is very professional and friendly , most of all knowledgable and honest. I highly recommend Paul's Car Care.

I purchased a vehicle used. I could see in the CarFax that it had been serviced at Pauls Car Care. I called to inquire about what service had been done. The woman I spoke with was not friendly at all. She could not comprehend that nothing was wrong with the work they had done, and that I just wanted to know what work they had done. She also could not understand why I did not simply call the previous owner and ask them. Which I would have, had I had the previous owners information. She again carried on that she did not know why I would need to know that information if nothing is wrong before hanging up on me. I do not know how people can conduct business like this. I have a recording of the conversation should anyone like to hear it.

Professional, Courteous, and Conscientious. Paul and his employees always do a thorough repair job. Lots of places offer service that's "good enough", but Paul seems genuinely interested in doing a Great job.I wish I'd found his shop sooner.

I told them to not fix anything without calling me, fixed 3 different things without calling and the replaced alternator went bad within 5 months, not the first issues I've had with this business. Won't be back ever...

We were told our repair was not covered by warranty Paul stated he called warranty co. I have email verification that no call was made by Paul's to warranty company. I will be following up as warranty company is sending claim and fraud complaint form. They were too lazy to file claim or even call regarding coverage not to mention it took over a month for our truck to even be looked at. Horrible service and shady business.

AAMCO wanted to charge us $800 to replace our radiator. Thought that was a little rich.My parents have used Paul for years and he replaced it for $380.SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MECHANICS!!
