After a horrible experience buying a new boat that was placed on a terrible trailer I reached out to the Straw family at Loadmaster Trailer Company Ltd. for help. From the very beginning of the process Gary Straw was very knowledgeable, informative and confident in his team and the trailer they would build for me. The communication from start to finish was spectacular. As a contractor and owner of a small family owned business this was the best experience I could have hoped for. They were spot on with the build date, all promises were met and the end result is a beautiful trailer that any boat owner would be thrilled with! The Straw family and staff are a first class operation! I look forward to doing business again in the future!

Gary and team were great to work with. We had the challenge of measuring a boat that was 1k miles away, an a typical hull shape and a PIA customer (me). When we put the boat on the trailer, it fit like a glove. The trailer was rock solid on the 1k mile road trip home. I had a product defect happen a few weeks after getting home, and Gary took on all the problems with the manufacturer and made my life way easier. I'd highly recommend you work with Gary and his team.

The team at Loadmaster trailer provided exceptional service! Gary, Jimmy and the shop foreman went out of their way to make sure my family and my irriplaceable Lyman boat were taken care of. Simply the best trailers and people!

Amazing staff and great communication! We started working with Gary and Loadmaster Trailers about a year ago on a couple of customized trailers for our business. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of the trailer and the work. Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service, approached by email to inquire for a quote on a custom sailboat trailer. I am 3500km away and quote is to aid in puchase of a boat that is in a 3rd location part way. Despite these challenges Megan was able to get me a quote immediately, has answered all my questions and provided service that goes above and beyond anything I've received locally. I work in automotive sales myself and can say this company stands far apart from the rest for their service and I will be happy to give them my business when the time comes.

Hello,I purchased a 2008 used Loadmaster Trailer in 2021 from a private party who bought it knew from loadmaster, because of the quality it still looks like new, even though it was stored out side. The previous owner was missing some important documents that I needed. With the approval of the previous owner, Megan and her team at Loadmaster where extremely helpful in getting the documents I needed.Thank you,J

Purchased a 3 place jetski trailer from Loadmaster about 3 years ago and this trailer is amazing. Fantastic manufacturing and customization available. Wonderful staff to work with. Anything you need for a trailer for your watercraft these guys can do and in style!

Very rude and completely disrespectful. I will never do try to do business with this company again!I asked for a quote and I get a call from somebody who kept cutting me off, talking down to me, saying my request wasn't worth their time before I could even ask for recommendations or explain exactly what I wanted.I have money. You have a business that builds a product I wanted. I don't understand why a conversation would be that difficult or disrespectful.

Gary senior was awesome to deal with! Gary was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating throughout the sale. They will be the one only call I make when purchasing another new trailer!
