12/9/23 the worker that was there was awesome. I was out of town from bucyrus an was door dashing port clinton when brake line broke I was going to fix it in the parking lot. But your employee took it on his self to lend a hand an fixed it for me very pleased. U guy saved us don't mention it was 945pm an rain

I have always been able too find the part I've needed or able to get it very soon by shipment. Employees are knowledge and helpful. I'm glad advanced auto parts is so conveniently available.

I'm not for the local area and I've stopped there twice in the last week. Ever time I go in, they are welcoming you and asking what your looking for before you even get off the door mat. THAT'S EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've haven't meet a rude associate, yet. I had a bad battery, he carried it inside. Purchased a new battery and he happily carried it out. WOW. GREAT JOB, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

The clerk came out to my car and discovered that a vacuum line was loose and plugged it in. The car immediately ran better. I had gone there believing I needed a new air filter for my car.

All the guys today went above and beyond to help us find the right hybrid battery for the best price. They even called other stores near our travels to locate the correct one. They were great!

Very helpful staff. as a women most automotive staff seam rude and down grading but the staff here did NOT.very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful, and friendly. I gave it a 4 star because, I think people working at an auto parts store should more educated, and mechanically inclined, just a little bit.There are a couple employees that do know their stuff.

I had a very long inquiry with Devin P. today and he did a Superb job at helping me figure out which part I needed for my 2014 Chevy Traverse. I do believe this young man has outstanding ambition & leadership qualities that must not be ignored. He made my day so much easier if I do say myself! Wonderful exchange and so refreshing to actually exhibit such kindness and wisdom to little oh me.

Advance is my go-to for auto parts. They normally have deals going on online so you can order online, save some money and go pick it up half an hour later. Prices for parts some tools are decent, other misc. things like gloves and stuff are a bit pricy. Employees are normally fairly knowledgable and helpful. I haven't had any bad experiences with them.

They were very helpful after we had bought a bad replacement alternator just over the state line. They tested it and told us it was bad. Then they tested a new one of theirs and it was good and they then sold it to us.

Bought can of Fix a Flat. Can didn't work correctly. Took back inside. Salespersonperson asked if I held can upside down. Directions say to hold upright. Believe can was defective. Sales person didn't offer to come out and help. Got fed up, thew can away half full. Get better service at AutoZone.

I have a few favorit people at this location that is very helpful in finding parts and are friendly, I buy alot of items from here and never had a real bad experience, most part are on hand not like other parts stores I mean order stores. Keep up the good work and will be a great store soon

Battery died 80 miles from home and when it started i took it there to be checked. the associate ran a system check.he was very helpful, all was okay for me to travel home safely.

It's a great place to get parts from... Jerry is a very nice guy and will help you out... The plus part is they will carry your things to your car if you feel as if they are to heavy

They all know what they are doing and know their products. They are always happy to install windshield wipers or test your vehicle even if it is raining.

I needed an ignition switch for my boat. I called ahead before driving 25 mins and was told they had one in stock. When I got there they didn't have the any ignition switches for boats

Great help with boat parts and much better pricing than West Marine. They have a connection with Marysvillle Marine to get parts needed fast.

I will not do business with this store again. When the parts counter person feels they know better than the auto mechanic that cannot use the part purchased, I have nothing more to say.

I went on Google to see what time they closed it showed 730. I pulled in at 710 this evening and the doors were locked. All lights were on cars in lot and the doors locked.

They have the slowest customer service, if you don't mind waiting 20-30 minutes just to be helped, and another 15 minutes for check out.
