Very small, not very helpful, and i was given a light bulb in no packaging. I said i didnt know how to replace it, and said i hoped it didnt break before i figured it out and the guy behind the counter simply said dont drop it, and went in the back. Ill drive out of my way next time for better service.

Wish they were open a little later during the week, but everything else is top notch. Quality parts for great prices. This place is my go to auto parts store.

We checked the website for a fuel pump for one of our vehicles. Check to see if the store near us had it in stock. When we arrived at the store for the part, it was $35.00 more than they listed on their website.

Staff is very good here. Probably the best in the whole tri-state area. Products...not so much. Dont buy napa's eclipse reman brake calipers. I purchased 2 for my truck and had to bring 1 back before installing because of a cut seal. Got the replacement and it would pop when the brake pedal was pushed. Returned it yet again. 1 year later the pads on both calipers are worn uneaven in a way ive never seen. The leading edge of the pad was down to the metal backplate. The trailing edge of the pad had about 1/2inch of pad material left. Neither of these calipers are made correctly. Its easy to see the piston is cut at an angle where it contacts the pad. I replaced the calipers with another brand from their competitor and everything is working properly without uneven wear. very disappointed that napa sells such terrible product. Makes me second guess everything i buy from there.

Ordered a part online, it says it is in stock. I drive to the store the next morning to get the part. I'm the only customer in the store and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone even said hello to me. Once I finally get service they say the part wouldnt be there till about 2pm.....
