Good prices. Bad service. Owner said he would mail title and I paid him for certified mail. He never did mail it. My temp tag expired so I had to drive 2 hours one way to get the title. Owner would not even reimburse what I paid for certified mail. Needs new management.

Male employee or owner told us numerous times that a car we were interested in runs and drives great . Nothing wrong he says. Come test drive it .Brutally honest, the car was junk.It didn t want to start and when it did I immediately smelled a manifold exhaust leak. They had to fill the tires with air so we could test and pour some gas in the tank from a bucket and funnel.We reversed it out of the parking space and it had no power. It was taking everything that car had in it to move.We pulled from the parking lot onto the road and it barely moved, no acceleration. The suspension was good but it was so hard to tell over the bad wheel bearing(s), exhaust, loud rattling, and piston slamming.We only drove it a second and found somewhere to turn around because it wanted to stall out on top of all the other VERY serious issues.I am not writing this to bash anyone for trying to earn a living but it s deceptive to tell people a vehicle runs and drives great when obviously it doesn t. It doesn t take anyone with an ounce of mechanical experience to know this vehicle was bad news. We explained the drive would be over an hour for us to make and we explicitly said we needed a fast reliable family car. That car was a death trap and I wish I was exaggerating or kidding.Just be honest with people, yeah, it needs X, Y, and Z maybe they will want to fix it but maybe not but they should be given that choice when it comes to spending their hard earned money because people that can afford a brand new car aren t going to used car lots.Trying to deceive people into buying a lemon is poor ethics and business practice.It s genuinely a junk yard

We had a very pain free experience while shopping and making our purchase.The staff were super friendly and extremely quick with all the paperwork associated with our purchase.I would recommend Michael J auto sales to anyone looking for a fair deal

I just bought a Chevy Tahoe from Michael J Auto Sales and I absolutely love the vehicle, it drives like butter so smooth. The staff is very nice and easy to take to. Highly recommend 10/10 will definitely go back.

Just bought a truck from here and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paige helped us with all of our questions and was super helpful. We live over 2 hours away and I'll definitely be back to do business with them again

Just purchased a Ram truck and it was great. Paige was easy to work with and got the paperwork finalized very quickly. Their prices are great also. I would definitely recommend them for used cars. This is our second purchase from them.

I bought a Scion XD from them after telling them I have to be able to get my son back and forth to children s hospital for MRI s to make sure his brain cancer hasn t came back. They said this car is super reliable and will last me. Drove it for about 2 months if not shorter time period. Had my kids in the car on the way to enjoy a day with the family and the tire sounded weird. Stopped got out to look for a problem and the whole tire was sideways. Had it towed to my favorite car shop and got the worst call of my life Hey just wanted to let you know you re lucky to be alive, where ever you got the car they ghetto welded the axel! My tire was holding on by a thread. What if I had turned back around and gotten onto the highway that day? Would Michael J Auto Sales would ve been sorry if me and my kids lost our lives, no. It was a quick buck to them that s it. Please protect yourself! I m out so much money now and vehicle. Pictures for proof. I m still so in shock. Do better people and have the day you deserve.

This was our second time purchasing with them. We were happy to see multiple cars in our price range. We ended up with a car we are happy with. It is a good place to shop especially on a budget.

I recently bought a 2007 Ford f150 from them. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and nice. The young lady that I made the deal with was reasonable and I paid a fair price for a decent vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and will go back in the future.

These guys are wonderful they worked on getting me my truck for 14 hours straight risking low sugar attacks and stayed until I was able to get my truck it's 11:30 at night ment the world to me I highly recommend these guys come see them they will set you up good or bad credit

I bought my car on the 11th, on my way home from work on the 12th the overheating light came on. I pulled off the highway into a parking lot and smoke was coming out of the car. I texted them and they said if I got it towed out there then they would fix it. Long story short there was damage to the engine and they are saying that I am responsible, I called the owner to try to work this out but he told me to tell my lawyers to f off.

Probably the worst business I ve ever encountered. Skeptical owner and the other workers will only seem helpful until you sign your paperwork and leave the lot. Oh don t worry, probably going to have plenty of issues with your vehicle in the coming days. Then they will refuse to help and communicate with you. All I m saying is make sure you know your stuff before buying a car here. Good luck!

This is the worst by far place to ever purchase a vehicle. When I purchased my vehicle I was given a sob story from the lady selling me the car I thought for sure these people wouldn t want bad business after everything she told me but sure enough after leaving the lot with a fully purchased vehicle it broke down on the highway. Make sure if you test drive it to take it on a highway and know what to look for under the hood. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. This place should be ashamed of themselves they even knew we had two small kids who would be in the vehicle. They have no care in the world for anyone but themselves.

I just bought my second car from here. The prices are right. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Paige the manager is excellent. She's very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. She ensures everything is correct before you leave. I Highly recommend you try Michael J Auto Sales.

Ms. Paige and the staff here are amazing, awesome, and so kind and helpful.They helped me trouble shoot a car that I had which was just a royal pain in the rear! When said pain decided to totally stop running I went back to see Ms. Paige! I now have a safe, reliable car which I absolutely love ( even more than the pain I was trying to save)!The best part of the whole experience wasn't even getting the amazing car, it's knowing that even after I left the lot with it I know the staff will be there for any kind of help I may need in the future! That is a rare find today!Thanks again guys can't wait to bring your next order from Snappy Tomato Pizza down!

I took my 17 year old daughter to buy a scion TC from here 1 week ago she spent 3k in cash for this car. Since we ve got it we ve had to replace the alternator and now it just broke down on us. Won t start. It s just cranking and cranking.. If you want to buy a lemon, stop on in. Somehow I just know they won t do anything to make this right.

Truly deserves no stars. My mother bought a car here that broke down next day. She paid for the tow. From looking at reviews on each platform they re known for selling bad vehicles and screwing people over. Pretty sad that this is what you do to people.

This is the worst place to buy car. I got finance for a Infiniti six hours later they called me and told me they sold it. They put me in a 2007 Nissan maxima. I had to put $1500 in his car before I even made two car payments, do not. I repeat do not use this dealership.

If I could give them a zero I would! I bought 7,500 SUV from them just for it to break down 3 days later! It coat 3,000 to fix and my mechanic said they messed with the codes so nothing would read bad on the vehicle! Do not buy anything here Leah and her husband are scam artists in my book!

After seeing all of the bad reviews I had my doubts about this place. When I arrived it was packed with cars. Some looked pretty nice while others belonged in the scrap yard. There wasn't a designated parking area for customers and finding a parking spot without blocking the travel lanes is difficult so just park wherever you want I guess. I spoke with a customer that was in the office that said he had purchased 3 vehicles from Michael J's and he was happy since the business had hired the couple that are currently managing the business selling cars and working on them. I couldn't agree more! Dee and Jeremy were both very friendly, helpful, and honest! I have to believe that without them the business would suffer. This seems like a good place to buy your first car. It's important to keep in mind that these are not brand new cars, nor are they priced like brand new cars. Expect to get a decent used car that will probably have rust and interior blemishes. If you're looking for the spotless, perfect car at a $3000 price then don't waste your time going. You get what you pay for. It's important to test drive the cars and talk with their mechanic Jeremy. He will be honest with you about the cars and whether or not something needs fixed. Great place to buy your beater with a heater! Michael J will also finance the last $2000 of your purchase price same as cash for 4 months. I thought that was a nice option for customers that can't afford a huge loan or don't have any credit established. The car I purchased has been running great since I left their lot 5 days ago. Again, I test drove the car and asked a lot of questions. If you don't know anything about cars then it's not a bad idea to bring your own mechanic to help you look it over.

I give 1 star only because the man who helped us was super nice and friendly other than that, I wish I never would have gone there. We bought a Ford freestyle which seemed to work fine but as soon as we left and drive for about 40 min the car started acting up and now we have to get it fixed. They told us the car had no problems and assured us that if anything goes wrong they would help fix the problem as long as it was in the first couple days. They lied. Now I have to pay even more money to fix the vehicle. The place is a joke and I should have trusted my gut when it told me to leave as soon as I got there. What a joke of a car lot. Do not purchase a vehicle from here unless you are okay with having to do extra work and spend extra money on repairs. They lie, so don't trust a word they say. Wanted to update this to reflect the new interactions I have had with Michael j auto. They told us to bring it back and they would trade it in, and get us in a new vehicle that works right, lie again. He wanted to give me 1500 for the vehicle I paid 3000 for from his lot that didn't work. Then he said he knew what the issue was and could fix it if I gave him $200 more dollars. How about you just fix the vehicles right before you sell them instead of taking people's money and trying to get them to pay more for a problem that you didn't fix in the first place. What a swindler and a thief. If you are wise you will never purchase a vehicle from this lot.

Bought a car from here a couple years ago and it drove for literally a week or so and has been sitting collecting dust ever since . I reached out to get car serviced and I got the run around for so long that I just gave up. I m writing a review today because a I was up all night thinking about why I have to catch a bus and I have a car outside!!? My sister purchased 2 cars from here and had little to no problems but I get my first car ever and I was going to practice driving in this car and It doesn t work. I read the car fax and everything but that don t mean nothing! Im stressed about this car.
