Dave Owen's Auto Body fixed my car after it was rear ended. They only took 3 1/2 weeks to fix my car and it looks perfect. They are a family owned business that really care about their work and customers. Every one was respectful, nice and considerate. I've never been in a accident so this process was very stressful for me. Pamela updated me on every process of my car and reassured everything would be okay. I would highly recommend their services for any auto body needs!

Awesome company! This was the first time I ve ever had to take my car somewhere for collision repairs. I ve heard horror stories about this sort of thing, so I was really dreading it. I figured it would be a really stressful, expensive, lengthy process, but it was the total opposite. Pam was so friendly and talked me through how everything would go. She was even able to work it out to where I didn t have to pay my insurance deductible. In fact, they ended up getting it done so much cheaper than my insurance company estimated that I got a $100 check back! On top of the great customer service, Dave and his team did a wonderful job on my car and they even got it done sooner than expected! I m very satisfied with my experience here. I highly recommended Dave Owens Auto Body!

I've taken my car here twice. Both times they were able to get me in quickly. They set up a rental for me, the rental company picked me up at the body shop, and when my car was ready, I was able to leave the rental at the shop. They were able to complete the repairs quicker than expected. They go out of their way to offer affordable options and they present these options honestly. The communication is great and last but not least the body work is outstanding.. really top notch. I wont take my car anywhere else. If you want great quality body work, along with excellent customer service come to Dave Owens Auto Body.

Awesome! Everyone was more than helpful with insurance and car rental. I had a front fender replaced and a little paint touch up work. Looks great! They even did a little extra on the whole front end by polishing it all up.I would highly recommend this business!

Had my 2016 ford focus worked on here. I had a minor issue when my car was finished but I called them and they took care of it right away. My car looks like new again, they did a great job with it. They took care of all the insurance stuff as well which was really convenient. Pam at the front desk was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you Dave Owens and crew, you do great work and I'll definitely refer you to someone in need of a good body shop.

I came in on an insurance claim, someone had rear ended my car. I chose Dave Owens because it is down the street from where I live, and I'm glad I did. The staff from day one was very pleasant and helpful. It took a week from start to finish. My car had an aftermarket part and they was able to find and get the exact one! The office staff also had great communication for anything that was going on with my car. Thank you very much! The work your company did made my car look better than it did before the minor accident. I am very pleased!

I had the best experience with Dave Owens Auto Body! My daughter wrecked her car on a Monday afternoon and they worked everything independently with the insurance company and had an estimate agreed upon by that same Friday. All of the body work was completed in less than a week and BEFORE the insurance check had even been cut. The car looked absolutely beautiful and brand new again. I couldn't have had a better experience!!

Dave Owens Auto Body is the 1 and only place I will ever take any of my vehicles to be serviced. The works is always done in a timely manner, and always turns out way better than I could have imagined. I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Whether the insurance considers them "authorized" or not, I will always take my car here. Pam makes the process so easy and painless. Dave provides excellent work. If you're ever looking for auto repairs, Dave Owens Auto Body should be your only choice.

Dave Owens Auto Body was the perfect place to have my Ford F-150 repaired after a collision. My parents have been going there for over 10 years for all of their auto body needs and recommend I go there as well. Pam, at the service desk was super nice, took pictures to send to the insurance company and provided a quote the day I arrived, and was able to get me in within a few days. She also facilitated the rental car pickup and drop off. Throughout the week of my repairs, they even called to provide updates and give an estimated date of completion. When I picked up my truck, it looked brand new.With this being my first collision, I never would have imagined the repairs going so smoothly! Thank you, Dave Owens Auto Body, for such amazing service!

They were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Quick work. They made the whole process very easy. I didn't even have to leave to get my rental car it was brought to me and I could leave it there at the end. The work was great! Can't tell at all that I had any damage. They even fixed a scrape on the front of my car. The car was very clean when I received it back. Will definitely use them again if I ever need more work on my car.

Everyone at Dave Owens Auto Body was very friendly, and helpful with the process taking the time to explain what was going on with my car. They did an amazing job on my car it looks better than it did when I bought the car. They are true artists and craftsman! I also appreciate the fact that I didn't have to be without my car for a long time. i have officially found my go to body shop now!

I took my SUV there for repair based on the good reviews that I read. Believe the good reviews. They do an absolute great job. My vehicle had some pretty significant damage to the rear quarter panel and when it was completed it looks 100% like when I bought it new. I highly recommend them.

Just picked up my car after having extensive front end repairs done. The paint is a perfect match and the car looks brand new again. They took care of coordinating the claim with my insurance company as well as my rental car. The insurance adjuster had clearly left out the cost of some critical replacement parts including the bumper itself which sustained the majority of the damage. The body shop took care of negotiating the additional cost with my carrier.This was an extremely painless process and I would recommend Dave Owens to anyone in search of a quality body shop.

Great service!! They go the extra mile, dealing with the insurance company. They negotiated the extra payment for missed damage in the original estimate. I needed a replacement tail gate, they weren't happy with the first gate they received so they sent it back to get a gate in perfect condition. The repair looks great!! They also took care of returning my rental. I would highly recommend Dave Owens in need of a body shop.

Not only do they have the friendliest staff, but they made dealing with the insurance company a breeze, to top it off had my car back sooner than I expected, they basically replaced and repainted the entire right side of my Mustang, looked better than it did the day I pulled out of the dealership!!!

I got pulled over and my car was towed and takin there.. I can't even afford a slice of bread much less get my car out of impound or even pay them for the tow but they let me in the gate to gather my things out of my car.. That has been the best thing that has happened to me in a long time.. Thank god there are still good people out there!!
