Took my truck to John, with a shifter issue dropped it off on a Monday morning, was promised the truck would be fixed by Friday. Thursday I get a call with an excuse about the truck not being ready. Ok aggravating but not the end of the world right. So I get the truck back the next Thursday, Monday the thing starts to not shift out of high range gear (the reason I it took to Cincy truck) I call John and he comes to my yard (mind you I just gave him a check for $4500) disassembled my shifter knob and claimed it needed another part said he would stop back by and replace the part however I haven't seen or heard from him in months. thankfully I've fixed the truck myself but after my experience with Cincy truck, your better off going somewhere else. Save yourself the aggravation and headache, if I could give them no stars I would!

I brought them my semi truck for a few minor repairs. I asked for an overhead to be done with an injector and also a new bushing for the gear shifter. I also asked if they could find out why my jakes only worked sometimes and the cruise control. They said they would be able to fix these problems in about a week. After waiting 2 weeks I decided to call and see what progress was made. They told me they had several trucks being worked on and my truck was getting ready to be pulled in the shop. Another week went by and I called again and I was told my jake brake springs were broken along with a bad injector and they were waiting on the parts to get there. Well they didn't order enough springs and I had to wait another week. Finally they called and said it was ready for pickup so on my way out there I called to make sure only to be told it wasn't ready. When I picked it up they said I needed all new injectors and it was still misfiring. I'm highly disappointed because my jakes don't work neither does my cruise control and my truck is still idling very rough. They charged me 1500$ for everything and the only thing that got fixed was my gear shifter bushing. This place is a joke and I'll never be back oh but did I mention they told me to buy new injectors and they'll put em in no charge haha yea if I wanna wait a whole year. This place is a scam! Don't go here unless you want ripped off!
