Have a calibration appointment for April 5th that was scheduled 80 day prior and the company was closed. I also missed work to be there. This place is unprofessional and the owner is rude as well.

Had a problem with an aftermarket remote start that a different shop installed. 2 different chevrolet dealers and 9 months later wired right were the only ones able to find and fix the problem.

They were very professional. Price was cheap. They also gave me valuable info on my vehicle. I'll recommend these guys to anyone who has issues with their electrical system in their vehicles.

Excellent place to get electrical work for your automobile. Jason was fair, thorough, and I feel the price I paid was great in comparison to the service. You'll have to schedule an appointment. It's worth the wait.

Got a vehicle? Does it have an electrical system? You need something repaired or installed? This is the place! Wait for an appointment. There is a reason you need to wait. They are good! And those 'in the know' are aware. Fair prices, honest opinions. You'll be happy you chose these folks to work on your vehicle.

These guys are the best bar none, these guys know electrical and electronic problems like no other, in fact dealerships send these guys cars when their mechanics cannot figure out what is wrong. Great guys, and they bend over backwards to take care of you, I personally deal with hundreds of mechanics and dealerships and believe me these guys are my first and only choice for anything electrical !!!

I got a Remote Start put in my car a month ago. I wanted to wait to see how it worked before leaving a review. It was the best decision I have made! It works like a charm. They were professional and made sure I knew what I was doing before walking out the door. I highly recommend Wired Right.

Did not have the great communication that, others experienced. You wait a month for an appointment, you drop the car off early, and no one touches base with you. It's Friday, they close at 5, you have to make several arrangements to get back there. Called at 12:00 to see progress and was met with rudeness, non-chalance, and non-caring attitudes. They could not find an issue with my vehicle's gauge failure yet, have video of failed gauges the entire drive leaving Wired Right. They just wasted time, and never looked at the car.

They kept my car for 10 days. The car stayed longer in the parking lot than at service. I paid $ 300 and nothing is resolved. They told me the same things I told them the first day I went; I do not know where the defect is ... I do not know and I do not know...As a driver I don't know how to fix it, they can or should definitely know how to fix it because they earned $ 300

We bought a used Subaru Forester and wanted a remote starter installed. I searched for one but wasn't sure which one to get so I asked our mechanic and he said to give these guys a call. I am so glad we did, great price, great service! We will definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I brought my car in on a Friday morning and asked these guys to replace the instrument cluster for an issue already diagnosed by the dealer. I also very clearly explained what the issue was. I heard nothing from them for the remainder of the day and had to reach out myself to get an update on the vehicle. Proactive communication does not appear to be a strong point. They ended up doing their own testing and had my car for the entire weekend and half the day Monday. They replaced nothing and solved zero problems with the car, but still charged me, saying they couldn t reproduce the issue, but they still deserved to be paid for their time. The issue was immediately present as I was driving away and I called them to let them know, only to find out that they were testing all weekend for the wrong issue, despite my clear explanation. So, I ultimately paid for nothing and was without a car for several days due to their inability to listen. Do NOT recommend.

Jay was phenomenal in getting my remote starter installed on such a short notice. He explained the different options that were available to me and also demonstrated how to operate the remote start. So far I m pretty pleased with the install and the performance of the remote start. Thanks Jay and team. I will be sending customers your way if there is an inquiry. You guys rock!!!

I had alarms installed today and yesterday, I am super happy with the work. Glad that my vans have them, I feel safer now. I had my work van stolen recently and all my tools taken. So I have been on edge ever since that happened, now I feel secure. Thank you wired right for your work.

I wanted an after market remote starter installed in my 2013 Lexus RX. Metro Lexus quoted me $850 for a remote starter, and $1,100 for one that can be operated also from a cell phone. Wired Right installed one for $275, plus $200 more for a mobile Smart Start. They brought me in promptly, did an excellent installation job, have friendly and informative staff, and are honest and efficient.

Vince is seriously an honest man. This guy spent cpl hrs looking for the problem and the problem was accidentally fixed since my van is handicap accessible and all it is all rewired due to modification but he refused to take a dime from me for his time. I honestly can not say there are that many honest car related businesses and this one makes sure you leave his establishment happy. Thank you very much & May God keep blessing you and your business

Talked to Craig and explained what was needed. He changed the times to meet up a couple times so he could look at my car. Had to chase him down to find a price? Waste of time, look elsewhere. Never even given a quote.

Not the experience I was hoping for. I purchased a high end dash cam system (front and rear cameras) from Amazon and called them to arrange for installation. The system has two power solutions available: a small power controller that's adjustable for both 12 and 24 volt vehicle power systems with settings to stop powering the cameras when the vehicle battery drops to a certain voltage level, or an optional external battery pack which negates the need for the power controller entirely and only needs a switched connection to the vehicle battery to recharge the battery pack when the vehicle is running. The power controller was included in the bundle I bought but I opted for the battery pack since I wanted to keep the cameras powered on in "parking" mode for extended periods of time. I had already installed the battery pack and was using the cigarette outlet to recharge the battery pack as needed but I left making the hard wired connection to the fuse panel for the professionals to do. I explained all this to Wired Right, both when I initially called to schedule the appointment and again when I arrived for my "appointment". I was told by the scheduler on the phone it would take about an hour or so to complete the work, maybe a little longer if they ran into trouble running the wiring for the rear camera. She did not tell me that my 8:00 am "appointment" was really just the time I was expected to drop the car off and that they would need to have the car all day. That cost me paying Lyft for an unexpected ride back home. The installer finally called me at around 4:00 pm. He was apparently confused by the fact that the original direct power controller solution was still in the box. I again explained that I wanted only the battery pack to feed power to the cameras and that it just needs a switched connection on the fuse panel to recharge it when the vehicle is running. He seemed to understand but what I got was BOTH power solutions connected to the fuse panel with the original one (meant only for powering the cameras) being used to feed power to the battery pack instead. I confirmed with the manufacturer that this is NOT a supported configuration and that the wires on the original power controller are not meant to carry the current for recharging the battery pack (i.e., a potential fire hazard). The battery pack also communicates via bluetooth with a smartphone app to show the current status. When I checked it after my daily work commute I noted that the input voltage was way below (9.4 volts) what it should have read (around 14 volts) and the battery charge level was still at 0% after a 45 minute car ride. I also noticed he had set the power controller up for 24 volts, not 12 and set it to an infinite run time (dead car battery, eventually). So I disconnected everything and called Wired Right. The installer tried to convince me that both power solutions could be used together and then sort of blamed me for leaving the original power controller in the box if I didn't want him to use it (both instruction manuals were also in the box). He eventually agreed to fix it and put the scheduler lady back on the phone. I'll have to take time off from work, drop off my car at 8:00 am and be prepared to leave it there all day again. I scheduled the follow-up appointment but after further consideration I really don't think the installer knows what he's doing. The significant difference in the size of the wires between the two power solutions should have been a huge clue to any experienced installer not to hook them up the way he did. Additionally, there were three different sized fuse taps included in the box but the two unused taps were not returned to me.If I'm going to have to double-check their work to make sure they don't create a fire hazard then I may as well just fix the problem myself. They did a nice job of hiding the camera wires under the trim but the work they did otherwise was substandard and left me feeling unnecessarily inconvenienced and overcharged for a job I could have done better myself. I would not recommend them.
